CLOVERSTAR

there's something wrong with her . go girl . keep fucking urself over (this post will probably be repeatedly edited as i figure her out more . stay with me here im figuring it out)

rambling + general lore stuff under the cut

originally coming from a very, very far away clan; cloverstar is one of the awfully few living cats who can say she got to see both the fall of an old clan and the rise of a new one.

she lived in that far away clan for most of her life - roughly until she was 39 moons. she watched as the home she held so dearly was ripped from her - with sickness and a particularly harsh leafbare wiping out a majority of the warriors.

as the last members of the clan began to die out, cloverstar - who was named cloverhawk, at the time - started seeing mysterious, ghostly figures trying to lead her out of the territory, towards the mountains.

by the time she decided to leave, there weren't many of her clanmates left. cloverhawk clung fiercely to those who remained - mousepelt, rapiddapple, snowyfern, asterdapple and frecklekit.

the six of them journeyed long and far to their new home, lead only by the apparitions cloverhawk saw, until they reached the opal cavern they came to call home.

upon reaching the cavern - cloverhawk received nine lives and a leader name in her sleep. she was honoured for her ferocity and warned not to let misguide her.

to say cloverstar's leadership has gone smoothly, though, would be a thorough misjudgement. she makes quick, rash choices - sometimes for the better, most times for the worse.

she has ordered her warriors to punish those who challenge her on multiple occasions and it has near always backfired on her.

the severity of her violent orders has only hit her in the wake of asterdapple's death, after he died to an injury inflicted by bluebell after cloverstar ordered her to attack him for challenging her.

she's eternally reminded of the consequences of her actions by the scar asterdapple left on her heel after she was dragged into the fight.

cloverstar became mates with rapiddapple only days before asterdapple's death and while his presence was very much comforting, the two are far from a functional couple.

cloverstar received the scar on her side rescuing cloverise from a dog.

Slumberdusk has developed a migraine and has decided to stay in her nest all day.

Rosemarybark and Goldrose went out early this morning to watch the sun rise.

Sleetdawn, Goldrose, and Asterpaw drove a rogue off the territory while on patrol
