a starter for @creganstarkrp There was some peace in Rhaenya's life, after going through her episodes of being a nightmare. She had gotten a letter from one and only love and she had never been more excited to see him. She was quite excited for what was coming and the princess was doing everything to keep her room quite child-friendly. Rhaenya liked children... it was something that she couldn't wait for her future. "Elaena can't be there, he will break it!" She looked at her friends a little stressed out. Elaena laughed as she got up and she grabbed the vase and moved it into the back of the room. Rhaenya had commissioned a couple of toys for the boy and she didn't want him to feel so lonely in a new environment. Elinor and Elaena twirled around behind as they giggled, "Our best friend is going to be a step- mother!" The princess looked at wild eyes as she hushed them, "Do not be so loud! I do not need the entire court to know that!" Rhaenya frowned at the girls with a pouting smile, then inside was quite excited. There was something that was so exciting to know there will be a child she could take care of in her presence. The princess looked at herself in the mirror, she took her necklace off, she also took her earnings off and she knew that from history with her nieces and nephews. "Elinor, can you put my hair into a braid crown, so my hair is out of my way?" Rhaenya asked, even though the princess knew that Cregan's son was five, but she wanted to be extremely careful. Lady Elinor her hands worked quick as she pinned her hair back into her hair. She made sure her hair looked beautiful as she got a needle and ribbon, who started thread the ribbon through her hair. Rhaenya loved her hair and she twirled around in her dress.
There was a knock on the door... there was a little giggle on the other side of the door. Rhaenya smiled as heard the smiles, she was excited.

Out Of Place
(starter with @torrhen-manderly )
"Another, my Lord?" The now familiar voice of the wench before him asked. Cregan had not noticed his cup had fallen empty; his thoughts distracting him a little too much. The young wolf only nodded in response and soon the ale began to pour. The chatter around him only continued as those grey eyes of his scouted the room and the men filling it. It was not long before the chatter of the Tavern increased and with it, Cregan's annoyance for people in general. Still, he was able to occupy himself with the half decent ale he sipped at.
The fire crackled in the distance and a near smirk came over him; it seemed the South truly knew nothing of the cold. His own furs had been left in his new chambers and Cregan imagined they would soon gather dust. "Are you in need of anything, my Lord?" It was only then did Cregan realise the ladies of Silk had begun their rounds. Still, the Lord of Winterfell was polite as he always was. "There is no need." His tone of dismissal was easy to recognise as the girl nodded; a flash of disappointment in her eyes.
The young Lord took another sip of his drink; eyes moving around the room once more. His larger hand moved down his side; the forgotten wooden toy wolf in his pocket catching his attention. Cregan could not stop the soft smile tugging on his lips for a mere second as he remembered. His small boy and heir had placed it in Cregan's hand with his chubby fingers just before the Lord left for the Capitol. He imagined his son would no longer be that small of a babe when he returned.
The melancholy thoughts seemingly followed him but the sound of the Tavern's door opening had his attention.

Rhaenya had always been close with the Four Storms… well maybe besides Cassandra as the two never matched. Though they respected each other, the two had some slight tension every time they spoke to one another. There was Maris who was her best friend, her lady in waiting. Ellyn, one of her childhood best friend who they use to do lessons together. Then lastly there was the youngest Floris, the baby. Floris was just everyone’s little sister.
That they Rhaenya and Elaena had been reading and doing the usual business that two shared the gossip. There was something that Rhaenya wanted to do, and there was something Elaena exactly wanted. The two knew each other so well as The lady picked up a fan and started to act like one of the ladies who wanted to be mistresses of her the princes. Rhaenya was laughing as she was acting like Daeron, “Oh! My lady!” she joked as she had a deep voice to intimate her twin.
The girls started to giggle and laugh as she couldn’t truly take it seriously. She didn’t understand how her brother did it, or any of her brothers. Elaena laughed as she giggled laid back in her seat picking back her puppy. Her dog sat in her lap sleeping as Rhaenya petted Dreamer’s head as he slept. Elaena and Rhaenya sighed together as they couldn’t stop laughing over the entire situation. Though Rhaenya was waiting for one special person to come visit her today.
Rhaenya got up as she caressed her dress and she got a basket ready. She patted it down with a blanket for Dreamer to settle in. She got up, she kissed Elaena on the cheek and then she excused herself. She gently took her dog with her as she looked at from afar and she saw her.
“Ellyn!” she smiled as she sped walked not trying to wake up Dreamer. “Do not worry for your tardiness! I was just excited to even see you today!” she smiled as their arms linked.
“I brought a tiny surprise..” She lifted the basket and showed off her tiny puppy Dreamer. Rhaenya helped Ellyn outside to the the little picnic that she had set up for the two of them. She looked at Ellyn to see her surprise face.
The princess giggled as she ran towards the picnic in the garden as the two sat down and she gently took Dreamer out of the basket, and placed him to play on the grass.

Coming to King’s Landing had been a joy for Ellyn. It was a chance to be away from Storm’s End for the first time in many moons, years even. She could speak with other women that she was not related to in some capacity and entertain the thoughts of men which she had not seen a hundred times, or ones she had turned away despite their brave efforts. Few of them truly impressed her, and so she left them to the wind. King’s Landing was fresh and new. Well, perhaps new in a certain way. She had been a young girl when Lord Borros had come before King Viserys regarding petitions of the Stormlands. Her mother had come as well, wishing for her young girls to be educated in the ways of the court. Some of the training had remained within Ellyn’s mind, but just she truly remembered was the people.
Ellyn thought herself to be the most hospitable of all her sisters, as evidenced by the connections she kept at court despite the distance and the years. Princess Rhaena often wrote her of the finest silks and cloths in King’s Landing. Ellyn had even sent the Princess a silken peachy pink lily to pin in her hair some time ago; it had been half of her allowance at that point in time. It was a symbol of their friendship, of the colors that favored them. Now, she roamed the halls of the Red Keep as Rhaena’s lady-in-waiting. She wore the title with pride, happy to serve with grace and honor. It kept her in the eye of the court as one advantage to her reputation, plus it allowed her to spend time with her companions. Princess Rhaena was one of them, but Princess Rhaenya was the other.
Years previously, Princess Rhaenya had been the first noblewoman to greet Ellyn. Then, she cowered behind her sister Maris, only coming out to argue with her other sisters. She had yet to find her bold nature, but the new space certainly encouraged it. Princess Rhaenya had taken her by the hand, complimented her hair, and took her to the gardens. There, they had scuttled about in the dirt and flowers for hours, giggling about the flower crowns they had made. Her lady mother scolded her for her dirty dress and ruined hair while her sisters snickered, but Lady Elenda softened when Ellyn offered her a purple rose from underneath her skirts. The next day, Ellyn ran to meet Rhaenya once more, smiling as the Targaryen princess wrapped her arms around her shoulders and held her tight. Her lord father joked that if he saw young girls with a head of silver hair and a head of black hair, it was Rhaenya and Ellyn. The day in the dirt bound them, continuing their friendships in lengthy letters over the years of anything and everything between. She had told Rhaenya of her quarrelsome sisters, her troubles, her desires, and most of all, her dreams as a lady of Westeros, a daughter of Storm’s End.
“My sweet Rhaenya!” Ellyn called from down the hall, watching the locks of the youngest of King Viserys’ children sway as she walked. Ellyn lifted her skirts elegantly, laughing quietly as her shoes clicked against the stone of the floor. For now, she had no care for the way of the court or who watched. She longed to be the little girl in the garden, weaving a crown of pale morning glories for her beloved princess. For a moment, she let the little girl out, a wild smile stretching across her face.
“I do apologize for my tardiness. Our Rhaena has been terribly busy with Queen Rhaenyra’s upcoming coronation and Floris decided this afternoon would be a fine time to try to practice singing again.” Ellyn dropped her skirts as she linked an arm with Rhaenya, laughing under her breath as she remembered Floris’ attempt at song. She used her free hand to smooth out the lines in her skirts. Today, she had worn a fine dress of silken cream embroidered with dark flowers and golden leaves. It was a dress for a day of light and happiness, one she intended to enjoy. She leaned closer to Rhaenya, her voice taking a more secretive and whispering tone.
“But now, I am all yours.” Ellyn smiled triumphantly as they walked in the direction of Rhaenya’s chambers. While they had exchanged letters, Ellyn longed to hear her companion’s thoughts and wishes in words. Rhaenya looked happy, and Ellyn had heard mutterings of why she was despite her father’s death being so recent. Ellyn intended to hear the glad tidings herself if her friend was willing to tell them. Ellyn could be persuasive, not so clever as Maris, but she had a charming smile that often won the heart of any man or woman. Her voice increased in volume, her blue eyes shining as she looked at her friend.
“My schedule is cleared, and no one besides the Queen herself can take me from you!”

starter for @lyarra-of-house-stark
Rhaenya had entered back into the castle of Winterfell. She had saw the crowd forming as they all looked at her and Cregan. The princess felt quite overwhelmed by the faces and looks at her.
The silence was threatening feeling the tension of eyes just staring at her. She wanted the people to realize that she was going to do her duties, and also be a lovely towards all of them.
Her eyes traveled back her newly husband as she looked nervous… feeling as if everyone hated her here. She squeezed his hands, but she couldn’t complain, as she was now the Lady of Winterfell.
The last time she was here… all she remembered everyone being quite scared of her, espeically the idea of brining her dragon.
She looked at the people and the crowd of people that came to come see them. As she was led towards the high table as the people were alreayd sitting there.
A couple of the people stood up… as Rhaenya gave a smile. As she looked at new people she had never met in her life. Lord Benjen Mormont and Lady Lyarra Stark.
The princess smiled gracefully at the Lady, seeing how quite beautiful she was. She looked at her, “Lady Lyarra, I am very grateful to meet you. And wish to strengthen our relationship,”
Rhaenya looked down, as she knew one of things that was taught to her was the way of gift giving. As she handed the lady a bracelet… “I brought this from King’s Landing, was very much thinking you might like it.”
The princess was calm on the outside though she could feel how hard her heart was beating. She thought to herself, as she realized this how Cregan thought possibly. Then she took a deep breath as she started to talk once more.
“I hope our relationship… as sister can strengthen, and I will forever be grateful to be at your side for any reason.” Another sweet smile escaped her lips as she gently held her own hands… as she brought them in front of her.
When she realized, people weren’t paying attention to them, they were talking, a normal party. Rhaenya smiled as she realized, it was a big deal and people weren’t going to make a big deal at the North… she hoped. and if anything she would always have Cregan… and possibly Lyarra’s support too…

a challenge for @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood
[ with approval with @notatargaryenbastard ]
Rhaenya bit her nails, as she started to look anxious from all the lessons. She shared lessons with Prince Jacaerys. They were reading with one another, as she stuttered with her words.
Jace corrected her, as her face blushed as she looked down. The two had shared a friendship, always going around and play together.
She frowned as she looked at the words struggling to read. The prince put the book down, “Don’t worry, we can’t always get the first try,”
The Princess nodded as she looked at him…with mischievous smile. “Do you think we can sneak out… and go play in the gardens?”
Prince Jacaerys widened as he let out a small grin before he slowly closed the book. He grabbed her hands as they sprinted out of the library.
The two giggled and laughed as sprinted out to the castle and went to the garden, feeling the fresh air through the sky.
Rhaenya stopped once they arrived as she inhaled the lovely air into her nose as she smiled. Jace looked at her also doing the same.
The princess looked at Jacaerys, as she held his hands, “It feels nice, doesn’t it?”
The prince nodded as they both started to explore the garden. There was this nice feeling, of the two of them just exploring the garden. Rhaenya looked at Jacaerys, “Do you ever worry?”
Prince Jacaerys nodded, “I worry, about the realm, my mother, my family…”
Rhaenya nodded as she looked at him with slightly sorrow in her eyes. “I apologize for my mother,”
Her hands squeezed his hand as Jacaerys’ eyes looked up at hers. He saw her blush, her face turning red. He saw a flower, as he picked it for her, “For you,”
Princess Rhaenya having the biggest crush on the Prince smiled, as she blushed. As she smelt it, “Thank you,”
It was silent between them, as they both sat down in front of the gardens, as their hands kept intertwined. It was just silent, with birds chirping, with the lovely scene of the outdoors.

starter for @black-queen-rising Everything was slowly getting back to normal for her, Rhaenya was getting into her peace. She thought she was, well the fact that everyone was slowly making comments about her once more. She groaned at the idea of hearing all these rumors and it wasn't well for her to be hearing these, but she could quite careless. She was already happy with the life that she held, with her family and with Cregan. The young princess knew everyone was just jealous of her.
She looked at herself in the mirror once more in her chambers. There was a hesitation looking at herself, “You are not Rhaenyra, You are not Helaena, you are just Rhaenya,” she whispered to herself.
Her face held a soured face as she caressed her dress. She flattened it out and it was something that she had to continue to remind herself. No matter how many people said… what, she was sure that she was just Rhaenya.
Her door opened as Rhaenya turned to look back and it was her friend Elaena. “The Queen is requesting your presence,”
That made Rhaenya’s stomach tightened, it was quite nerve wrecking now. She didn’t know why, it was making her feel this way.
She turned to her friend, “I look ready to go right? or should I change my dress?”
a wash of anxiety came across her face as Rhaenya looked at herself in the mirror once more and she took a deep breath. She was her own worse enemy… she was worse than the Smallfolk.
The princess looked around as she looked for any gifts to give her sister. She somehow felt rushed now. Well she had been meaning to talk to Rhaenyra for while now. This was just felt even more nerve racking. “Do we have anything to give her majesty?”
Elaena looked around seeing the anxiety in the princess. She dug through stuff as she around, “A paper crown?”
Rhaenya had never felt more annoyed, “The Queen, is not needing a paper crown and looking a fool Elaena!” She took a deep breath, as she closed her eyes and took a deep breath.
Once she was calm she apologized to her friend for her outburst. Everyone seem to be getting on he nerves and it was making her annoyed.
“I’m ready,” Rhaenya told herself, “Everything will be alright,”
She gathered her ladies as they lined up behind her and everyone flattened out their dresses. She took another deep breath before leaving her doors. As they walked through the halls the sound of shoes clacking in the halls, as people curtsied to the princess.
They arrived to Queen Rhaenyra’s chambers as the guards looked at the princess before giving a little bow and opening the door.
Rhaenya made sure her ladies had some space behind her and she saw her sister sitting there as she looked at her. “Your majesty,” she curtsied, as she snuck into her knees and gave a deep curtsy.
The room felt tense as she bit her lip looking down at the floor waiting for her sister to say something. Her body fell tensed up for some reason, this was the first time she felt like this Rhaenyra.

Rhaenya was trying to clean up the mess that Rickon had left behind. It was hard for her to clean all the toys up and it truly reminded her of her childhood. The heard the door open and the princess smiled at her sister. She embraced her sister, as she tried not to step over a toy. "I mean--- yes, but no," Rhaenya responded looking around, at the floor, she was quite unsure of what to do, there were dolls on the floor and castles. The princess watched as her sister looked around the toys and she gently bit her lip. Rhaenya never had told Helaena about who she was getting closer with. Rhaaenya saw the rocking horse and she smiled as she looked at it... knowing how much Rickon loved that little horse. She wandered her own chambers slowly just organizing toys and putting them into a nicer way. Her eyes were slowly just trying not to make it so obvious what was going on as she was biting her lip even more, as she looked around not trying to make eye contact with Helaena. "Hm...?" She continued to look at the toy she held in her hands, "Oh? I-- um, it's someones..." Rhaenya cursed in her head... none of her siblings knew about her and Cregan... only her mother did. "Rickon..." She thought she said in her head, but she had said it out loud. She didn't mean to say it loudly but she did. "It's Rickon's toys..." She didn't clarify herself again as she just kept holding a small dragon toy in her hands looking at the floor not wanting to explain more to her sister on who Rickon was.

Helaena walked in, scanning her younger sisters room, seeing old toys she knew from their childhood. When her eyes met her sisters, they embraced. “Rhaenya, sister, isn’t it good to be back in our old rooms?” She softly remarked, continuing to look at their toys. The room seemed to be almost… messy with toys. Unusual, Helaena thought.
She pulled back and looked Rhaenya in the eyes. “Have you been playing with toys, sister?” Helaena teased, “It looks like a storm has come through! Oh, look at our old dolls…”
Helaena strolled towards the small dolls her and Rhaenya used to play with, feeling a wave of nostalgia. She picked up a doll that resembled Rhaenya in a way, feeling its soft hair brush her hand. The same way it used to years ago when she was a child.
Her eyes shifted towards the other toys, looking for more familiar objects to reminisce over. But her eyes kept catching different things, unfamiliar things…
Toys that she had never seen before littered the ground, ones she couldn’t imagine Rhaenya would have ever owned. Why are these in her room? Helaena wondered to herself, looking to Rhaenya to examine her.
“I’ve never seen these toys before, sister. They do not belong to my children, or Rhaenyra’s, or you…”

a starter for @goldaegontargaryen Rhaenya was in her chambers as she was already annoyed that one by one the secret was getting revealed to all her siblings. She put her head down in her hands as she was thinking about the entire situation. She knew she was in the wrong for not telling them but it wasn't her choice. If she had told Daeron already by now the entire court would've known. She sighed as she looked at her room as she laid into her bed. Her and Cregan had made their first court appearance already and whispers already were being told. She hated everything about the whispers and she just wanted to scream into her pillow. She knew her elder brother Aegon had suspicions, Helaena already knew... Aemond didn't care... and Daeron... he probably knows. She did scream into her pillow as she was getting extremely annoyed by everyone around her. The princess laid in her bed with a pillow across her chest as she sighed looking up at her ceiling. As she was going to close her eyes to get a break there was a knock on her door. Rhaenya sighed as she groaned as she was annoyed knowing it was going to be one of her siblings. "Who is it?" She asked annoyingly, in a yelling tone.

a challenge for @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood To celebrate and launch our time skip we have a scene challenge for all (or as many as you want) of everyone's muses! Write a scene (at least 200 words) or a series of scenes about important, major, or otherwise impactful moments in your muses lives that happened during the time jump!
There was a rumor, that shouldn't have spread around. There was this hesitation... the idea... but it was never clear. Lady Elaena noticed the gloomy darkness in the room, as she realized Rhaenya had kept the curtains closed. Her windows were always opened and never closed, the Princess always wanted sunlight in the room.... Things have suddenly changed... There were more books on her desk, more than any time of the princess's life. She never studied... but her mind was set on something. Maybe the rumor was true... but the idea of being a Silent Sister was looming over her head. Everything she did... started to align with her mother's life. She accepted no visitors, she sat in her chambers reading... about how to dismantle a body. There was no way, her own ladies knew... cutting her tongue out, not being able to talk, and dismantling her body would be nothing the princess could do. But her mind was set to it... and it was stranger than anything the have ever experience. Elaena had enough of all this, she grabbed the Princess from desk. "Enough, put the book down now." "Leave me alone, you don't know anything," Rhaenya responded as she turned the next page. Elaena's hand stopped her. "I have had enough of you trying to become a Silent Sister, you aren't going to be one. I don't want you to be one, and you will suffer being one. You act like you can easily be one, without having to suffer... you can't even look at blood without nearly throwing up. Stop this madness right now!" Elaena looked at her friend, there was a sense of worry in her eyes. Rhaenya looked at her... friend.... she knew she was right.. but there was something calling her to do what she needed to be for a form of punishment. A tear rolled down her face as the book pages started to get wet. She started to get emotional over the fact that she felt like she was wasting all this time. The Princess turned to her friend as she held her arm and she started to cry in her friend's chest. This wasn't even the idea of her mother... this was her own punishment to herself for making her mother upset. Elaena held her friend closely, as she undid the vale covering her friend's face. "Let me see the beautiful face of yours," She whispered. The wet-tears rolled down her face as she was only punishing herself for this. The lady held her close to her chest comforting her best friend. "Do not ever punish yourself like this, this is dangerous, and you will never be a Silent Sister, is that clear?" Rhaenya nodded as she started to listen to her friend, she realized how much she was only harming herself, but she was harming her entire household for acting like, someone she wasn't. The redhead lady kissed her head, comforting the crying princess, "Never ever change yourself for someone you are not,"

A challenge for @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood Write about your character's childhood...
⋆ ˚。⋆୨♡୧⋆ ˚。⋆
120 AC DRIFTMARK Driftmark was always a strange area... they never went as often as they wished... she just went when she had to. There was times she missed seeing her Aunt Rhaenys. There was always lemon sweets when they would come... but now they were leaving. Her septa had packed all of her stuff, as she sat patiently in her room to leave. The Princess had never had this much patience in her life, she was holding her doll tightly. Septa Braith came over to the princess as she caressed the princess' head. The princess looked up at her Septa as she was still to traumatized from the events that took the night before. She had a small frown, holding her doll tightly... "Does everyone see my momma as scary...?" Septa Braith looked at the princess in awe as she crouched down to see the little princess. "She just made a mistake, last night..." Rhaenya put her head down as she put her doll down... "I want the other doll," The Septa looked at the doll, realizing that the doll had looked like the Queen Alicent. The princess climbed into bed, she pouted-- there was a little tear in her eyes. Braith hurried over with two dolls, the ones that look just like her sisters. Rhaenya grabbed the dolls quickly as she held them tightly in her arms. She sat back up and she smiled playing around with the dolls. "I"m princess Helaena... and I am Princess Rhaenyra..." She giggled making the dolls hug.
Septa Braith looked at the Princess with a smile, than she saw the sad doll on the table. Rhaenya looked at her Septa, seeing how she looked at the doll. "That one looks like momma... and I don't want to play with it..." There was some anxiousness in the princess' voice... she looked at the door hoping someone was going to come in. Maybe her mother... Ser Erryk... or even Helaena. The princess at back onto the bed as she grabbed her doll again, she was sat back down onto the table. The door opened as ser Erryk walked in, "Princess," The little girl smiled as she giggled getting up holding the two dolls in her arms. "Hello," Ser Erryk gently picked up the Princess, as she wrapped her arms around his neck. "Does mummy want to see me...? Or was she mad at me... for screaming...?" "Of course not, you did not mean to scream... you were just scared," He held her gently in his arms. Rhaenya nodded as he rested in his arms... "I think momma will want to see my later... because... I have to ask her something..." She responded, looking down, feeling slight comfort. "Do you want to pratice what you want to say to her...?" Ser Erryk asked.. titling his head to look down at her. She nodded, as Ser Erryk put her down again so she could imagine that she was talking to her mother... "Okay... act like my momma," The knight nodded laughing, she looked at him with her hands on her hips. Ser Erryk became serious looking back at the princess, starting to act like Queen Alicent. "Momma... I want to ask you... why are you so angry all the time..." She whispered, as she looked up at him. Erryk's eyes widened as the knight realized how scared the little princess was. Ser Errky got until on his knees to see both of her eye to eye. "Say this exactly to your mother, and do not be scared of her. You can do it... and if you need anything I will make sure that Septa Braith goes with you. You can do it, do not be scared of your mother, she is your mother and she loves you," The princess understood as she nodded gulping, as she looked back at her Setpa and the guard. "Can you both take me to her chambers...?" Both the Septa and Knight looked at each other as they nodded as they held her hand as they helped her through the door and went to Queen's chambers....

Rhaenya was quiet, she wasn’t talking to most people after her father’s death. She sat in deep silence, and she missed the water. The waters of being able to play in Driftmark.
She held her dress tightly as she looked over at her family...She would have only had a couple people at moment who gave her trust and comfort. That Lord Cregan Stark, her twin brother and her Aun.
Rhaenya looked at her Princess Rhaenys from afar… the concerned eyes that she gave. She could tell that she knew. the Princess wore her black dress… a newer dress, where she hadn’t ruin the hems quite yet.
She felt uncomfortable just standing there as she grabbed her necklace and played with the jewels on it. She wasn’t a child… but just feeling the missing half in her was weird.
Rhaenya sat on a bench bouncing her leg- she saw Rhaenys approaching her… she looked up at her and she felt Rhaenys’ hand on hers.
“oh.. Okay,” Rhaenya looked up getting up and holding her hand tightly. The princess took her hand and followed… she didn’t know where exactly they were going but she hoped, it was somewhere peaceful and comforting.
Sandcastles at the Sea Side
When Aemma and Viserys announced the birth of Rhaenyra, Viserys had pulled Rhaenys aside to tell her the name they had picked for their daughter. Rhaenys swelled with pride. An unspoken acknowledgment that had the Great Council of 101 chosen her as heir; Viserys would have been her supporter, just as she supported him.
Years later, a more weakened Viserys once more pulled Rhaenys aside as he and his second wife Queen Alicent had welcomed another princess. The princess was to be named Rhaenya, in honour of her sister the crown princess and in honour of her great aunt. Once more Rhaenys swelled with pride.
Rhaenys had grown close to Rhaenyra after Aemma’s death and Rhaenyra’s marriage to her late son Laenor. Though Rhaenys had no official role in the council under Viserys’ reign she often followed her Lord Husband to Kings Landing which allowed her to spend time with her youngest name-sake.
Rhaenys was proud of the woman Rhaenya was growing into, however she also worried about the young princess. She had noticed the state of her dresses, while the girl had always seemed to have a tendency to fiddle with the hems, Rhaenys feared that the nervous habit had gotten worse after the death of her father, Rhaenys’ cousin; the King.
After a particularly tense luncheon, Rhaenys carefully approached Rhaenya, reaching down to stroke her hand. “Come with me?” She suggested softly, nodding towards the grand doors leading away from the dining hall.

a challenge @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood Write a scene of your character (in groups or with partners if you'd like as long as you get permission per usual!) during the week of Prince Jacaerys and Princess Baela's wedding celebrations! This scene MUST focus on your character's attendance of either the events held themselves or things directly involving the celebrations during that week; for reference, there will be feasts, balls, and festivities held on all seven days but the main, public wedding ceremony at King's Landing's Sept is held on the fifth day of seven overall
✼ •• ┈┈┈┈๑⋅⋯ ୨˚୧ ⋯⋅๑┈┈┈┈ •• ✼ It was not normal for Princess Rhaenya to be never been more excited in her life than her usual. She had never been happier for her nephew and cousin. She was excited how their wedding and their celebrations would turn out. Though the princess wasn't a big party lover, she had recently gotten a new dress that made her extremely excited for the entire celebration. She was able to wear a lovely blue gown with a simple hairstyle done to her. There was the most gorgeous ball, her eyes looked around at the decorations as she admired all the lovely moment. She was in awe as her Ladies-in-Waitings all looked in awe. Knowing that Rhaenya and her ladies were known to always dance, this excited them even more.
"My lady, are we allowed to dance tonight?" Lady Elaena whispered, as she looked at her, as her hair was slightly coming across her face. Rhaenya turned to Lady Stark as she brushed her hair out of her face and then she nodded. "We will always be allowed to dance," The princess watched as her Ladies' eyes widened in excitement, as they had been taking more dance lessons, and it was going to be able to show off their new dancing skills. The song started to change, as their eyes widened as it was one of the songs that they had practiced, as Rhaenya joined the dance circle. Her body glided against the across the floor. No matter how overwhelmed she felt, dancing was her peace. Small giggles escaped from everyone around her and as she had a small smile across her face. Her skirt brushed against the floor as she twirled around. Maris and Rhaenya smiled as she looked at one another smiling as Elaena joined them. Their hands linked as they all laughed as they started to dance in a circle. Once the song was over, the Princess looked over at her ladies that all of them were all smiling and giggling. There were smiles and giggles across the floor as they started to settle down at the tables.

starter for @alicenthightowerrp Rhaenya was playing with Rickon Stark in her chambers, he was running around and she was chasing around behind him. She loved being around him, as the little boy was giggling and laughing. "Rickon!" She called out for him... her voice echoing around the room, the little boy hid under her bed giggling and laughing. The princess heard him as she crouched under the bed and gently pulled him out. "Nooo!" He screamed laughing, as she held him close to his chest, Rhaenya caressed the boy's head. She kissed his head, as she sat him down on her lap. "Rickon, you will tire yourself out and we will be seeing your father later!" She told him holding him, as she brought out a little toy for him. The little boy's eyes widened as he grabbed the little horse from her arms. “Every time you play with this, I want you to remember me,”
The little boy nodded as he admired the horse in his hands as he gently put his head on Rhaenya’s chest. There was already enough chaos around her, now she wanted to do anything to protect him from the entire court.
“Rhae… Lemon Cake?” his eyes traveled up to hers, pouting at her.
Rhaenya looked down at him, “You will spoil your lunch, we can have it after dinner..”
Rickon pouted looking at her even more, it was near his nap time and she knew. She held him close, as she wondered what her family thought…
She knew the rumors were spreading already, but she didn’t care, she loved this little child already, as if he was hers.
The door opened, as one of her ladies came through, “Your Royal Highness, your mother will be coming to visit,”
The princess’s eyes traveled up looking at the lady who had walked in. She nodded, “Of course, let her in,”
Rhaenya held Rickon close to her as she was nervous, but she knew if he bribed him with lemon cakes he would be quiet. “Rickon I will let you have two slices of Lemon Cakes, if you stay quiet,”
The little boy’s eyes widened as he nodded and he sat up straighter and held his little horse toy tighter. He looked at Rhaenya, putting his serious face on.
And the Door opened.

the monologue challenge for @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood
"You don't understand! I have kept all my love life private, or even not being able to love anyone because I am afraid. I am afraid of the idea of love not knowing that I can be protected or judged by my mother. I understand that we will have challenges in our lives, but I don't want us to be forbidden lovers…
I want the public to know how much we are in love, that I am not just some fallen princes that is too scared to find love. Cregan Stark, you are everything I truly ever wanted. You don't make me feel like-- I want you to be my husband. For years, I watched my sisters get married waiting for my turn.
I waited and waited and waited, yet no one chose me… Yet you came here… no matter what I do you love me. No matter how chaotic… no matter how reckless I am. You love me not for my status, but for who I am. Yet the realm will keep up the continuous rumor that you are only using me for my titles. I don't care anymore, you have proven to me that you love me, not just for my beauty and titles, that you love me just for my personality.
I feel loved for once… not by family… by someone who truly wants to live with me for the rest of our lives… you make me the best version of myself. Thank you for that... thank you for giving me what I was looking for, "

Cregan as ever listened more than he spoke; those grey eyes of his moving over each member of the council. Some he knew more than others; but there were more members he did not know more than their name, which was always the case with a Stark this far South. A near smirk tugged on his lips Dalton's words. There were many to describe Cregan; but interesting was not one of them.
Still, the Lord of Winterfell moved to stand as he fought to urge to reach for that marble ball in front of him. Cregan gave a nod of thanks to Dalton in his usual stoic nature. "My Queen," Cregan finally spoke turning towards their new ruler. "I know I speak for all the North in reaffirming our oaths to you from all those years ago in front of your late father." The Lord could not say he knew the King well and not many rumours from court would ever make it to the North; only the more important ones, he thought to himself.
He would not praise the Lord of the Tides anymore than what had already been spoken about; he did not look like a man whose ego needed to be stroked. "It is an honour to serve in your council," Cregan continued even if he had his own doubts of his capabilities and reasons of why he was here; it was something no Stark had ever held before and he imagined, none would again. "For however long you desire." He slowly looked towards Daemon if only for a moment before reaching to a piece of parchment; his own writing on the page was clear to read with the large direwolf sigil placed with care on the corner.
"I took the liberty of becoming more familiar with the laws, especially for the small folk." The new master of Laws began. "I do wonder if a spark of a rebellion could be possible after the slight crack in the Targaryen household, no matter how healed now." Cregan's voice was steady as he pushed the piece of paper further onto the large table.
"It may even be something for our master of coin to look into. The happiness surrounding the coronation may only last a short while." Cregan warned; ever the impending sense of doom in his tone. Alas, it was best to be prepared for all outcomes. "I imagine the audiences with the small folk will return as normal once the celebrations are settled?"
"It is best to remember not all danger comes from powerful houses and Lords." Sometimes its much closer than you believe, the Lord of Winterfell thought to himself.

This Council is Hereby Called To Order
(Starter for an ensemble scene within @asongofgoldenfireandblackblood)
Since the dragons first landed in Westeros, one truth has remained foremost within the halls the Red Keep and at the heart of the power held by the Targaryen Crown; The Small Council of the ruling King or Queen were the only members of the court who truly had the ear of their kingdom's monarch.
"You must ensure you arrive after the Lords have had enough time to treat with one another, without allowing their negotiations to turn to madness."
Rhaenyra was skeptical of most of the advice her late father had provided on matters of ruling; the decade she spent as Hand, in truth, ruling in his stead, was more formative of an education than any advice the late King had seen fit to provide. On this matter, however, she had found the guidance sound, and arrived precisely ten minutes after the Lords of her small council had been called to arrive. The new Queen entered in a whirl of silver-gold curls and burgundy toned silk, taking the seat at the head of the long, oak table that filled most of the small council chamber as if it had belonged to Rhaenyra all her life. After all, had it not in so many ways? It was no secret she was still recovering from the attempt on her life, but none would no simply by looking at her, if there was one thing Westeros' first ruling Queen had honed to its pinnacle over her life, it was the presentation of perfection, regardless of what persisted underneath the veneer.
It took no more than a gentle clearing of her throat for the advisors gathered around the table to fall silent, then Rhaenyra offered a dazzling smile, and called the meeting to order. "Good morrow, my lords, ladies, you have my gratitude for your patience, so let us be prompt and see straight to our most pressing business of the day. I believe my Good-Father, Lord Corlys, has petitioned to take the floor first, then their is our Lady-Hand's agenda, updates I have been informed should liked to be discussed by Lord Dalton, Prince Daemon and Lady Mysaria, as well as Lord Cregan, regarding the loyalties of their respective lieges and some ruffled feathers that may need soothing in the Wastelands, and, of course, Prince Jacaerys Ser Stefan, and Prince Daeron's progress on the investigation into the...unfortunate interruption at His Grace, my Father's funeral feast," The Queen forced herself to swallow the lump in her throat that persisted whenever the attempt on her life was broached, even now nearly a moon hence, before concluding. "That said, my Lord Corlys, you have the floor."
Response order is as follows: @lordhusband @calla-celtigar @creganstarkrp @daltongreyjoy-rp @theladymysaria

It was not a normal day for dragons to be around these cold parts. Still, it allowed for the day to have its excitement, Cregan thought to himself. "Do keep my son away from our visitor." The Lord of Winterfell ordered as he sat on the large, imposing chair. His young boy was far too curious for his own good. "It is the Princess Rhaenya, my Lord." One of his knights announced, which filled him with confusion.
"We shall greet the Princess like her station demands." Cregan waited for his Lords to nod before turning back towards the door. It was not long before their unexpected guest entered the room.
Cregan's grey eyes slowly moved over her body in what he hoped was a subtle way. He had heard the rumours of the Targaryen beauty - everyone had but to see it so close; it was dazzling. Still, he would have his composure. Cregan knew no man should have such power even if they thought themselves Gods. As the Princess moved; so did he. It was improper to make a guest walk all the way. His furs trailed behind him as Cregan closed the gap between them.
His larger hand reached for her far more gentle one. "My Princess." A kiss was placed on her hand as he stayed a second too long. Even with the smell of dragon; she had a delicious scent. Her soft words caught his attention as he listened. "You are welcome to stay for however long you need." It was not as if Cregan could say any different but he actually meant his words now.
Cregan fought the urge to have his eyes wander. No, he had more about him than that. "I am sure we can find something." He nodded his head to dismiss most of the room - there was no need for such an audience.
"I imagine you are quite famished." Cregan commented gently as he stepped back only slightly; giving the Princess space. "We should have a feast for such an arrival." Cregan hummed; a hint of a smile on his face. A harsh breeze moved through the hall which did not disturb Cregan but he knew the Princess would feel it even with the blood of the dragon. "Here you go." Gently, the Lord swiftly placed his own furs around the Princess.
"I am sure we can handle a dragon." Cregan teased; a hint of a lie in his tone. He bowed his head once more as his larger hands moved over her delicate arms before settling beside him.
“Let me hold your heart like a flower…”
starter for @creganstarkrp 💗
Princess Rhaenya had the tendency to escape… she did that since she was a teenager and it hadn’t stop since. This wasn’t the first time she had gotten into an argument with her mother and left.
She hadn’t left in a while… she hadn’t done her little journeys in ages. But here she was… at 22 and traveling once again like she did as a child. This time she wanted to try somewhere different…
the Princess had been traveling across the North… for some time now. This time which wasn’t her normal route… she always went towards Dragonstone… or even just somewhere sunnier.
But today… she had different plans, she flew right across the castle… feeling the snowy air cross her face. She could feel the coldness immediately hitting her. It had finally been three days… no rest breaks.
This was Winterfell
There was a crowd of people point and screaming as she was landing… she gripped onto the reins of the dragon saddle as she waited for her landing. She pulled up to force Auerilys to land safely and she did.
She cursed under her breath realizing how cold it was out in Winterfell… now regretting her decision, realizing she probably should’ve went to a warmer location.
She had realized that there was no dragon keepers around… as she cursed under her breath once again. Not very ladylike… her mother would say. She took her time out of the saddle as she hopped down into the snow.
She looked up at the Castle in front of her… as she dragged her dragon to walk just a tad bit more… but she had stopped right in the courtyard.
“Auerilys, you cannot be serious right now,” she sighed as she turned to face her dragon. “Just because you get princess treatment at home does not mean you get princess treatment everywhere else,”
The silverish golden dragon refused again and she sat right down in the middle of snow as she rested her head onto the snow.
The princess rolled her eyes, “Fine until I can figure out a place for you to stay… do not move. And do not eat anything. If you eat something without my permission, I swear we will have to flee again…”
Rhaenya was stopped by guards… as they looked at her. She looked at them slightly tilting her shaking from the cold. “Yes? do you need something?”
“The Lord Cregan Stark wishes an audience,” The guard stated.
Rhaenya raised an eyebrow… “hm, How does he know I am already here…?”
The guard chuckled, “Everyone knows you are here princess, Your Dragon is a dead giveaway,”
The princess rolled her eyes, as she was not used to be called her “Royal Highness…” Something was not normal like Dragonstone or King’s Landing.
She walked into the castle… it was much different than her home. The guards followed her, “Your highness… do you know where you are going…?”
The girl nodded her head no… she acted like she did… but it clearly failed. “Lead me,”
The two guards chuckled at the Princess as they lead her to the Great Hall. She admired the architecture of the castle. She slightly shivered feeling more of the cold air coming in and the dress she was wearing, was not the right fitted one.
When the doors opened the court caller introduced her… “Princess Rhaenya of House Targaryen!”
Heads turned towards her as she felt like she was the queen… She was hesitant. She saw at the end of the Hall… Lord Cregan Stark.
The Princess walked down to meet to the lord… her eyes turned seeing everyone respect her was a first.
Lord Cregan Stark decided to meet her in the middle… as he bowed and kissed her hand. She looked down at him and helped him up. “No need for that my lord…”
Her eyes stayed on his… as a small smile appeared on her face. “I wish to stay here… for just a little bit of time. Not to long, just so my dragon and I can get some rest… we will back to our journey…”
It was quiet… she looked at Cregan… her body slightly shaking from the cold… “And… if I would have a new wardrobe…”
The gasp from ladies were heard across the room… realizing the Princess had brought nothing with her. She truly needed a new wardrobe… seeing she was in the thinnest layer of fabric a woman can wear in Wintefell.
There was slightly generosity in Cregan’s eyes as she smiled… “and I apologize for my dragon… in the courtyard… she would refuse to move my lord..”
She had her head down in slight embarrassment… but her eyes kept slightly glancing up to take a look at the handsome… lord.
