The discovered victim is Edward Fairbairn. They were found in the Atrium. The cause of death was blunt-force trauma, and the estimated time of death was 7:58 PM.

MOTIVE

No one would be allowed to sleep until a murder occurred.

CHAPTER 6 MOTIVE

A shocking course of pain runs through you- waking you up instantly and expectantly. You don't remember how or when you fell asleep, but you wake up and nonetheless with a searing pain and a weight on your non-dominant wrist.

You inspect it, a rustic, metal bracelet of some kind with the feeling of pins and needles simmering down from your arm. Any attempts to pry the thing off fail.

The pain isn't agonising to the average person, but it certainly startled you-

Gong... gong... gong...

Ah.

"Ohohoho, well, we don't even need that drab bell since you pawns are AWAKE at this fine hour!"

"Looks like our gifts appear to be working swimmingly! We're sure you can gather that this is your next motive~ Keeping you all AWAKE with a continuous stream of shocks!"

"With each shock, it gets a  /tiny/ bit more painful- just to keep you on your toes!"

She giggles.

"Fall asleep, and DIE BY OUR HAND! Simple. And our eyes ARE peeled!"

"To cease these circumstances, a murder MUST be committed! Also simple for you... simpletons."

"That is all from us, do NOT sleep tight, ta-ta!"

Queen Dominique ends it there.

A random shock will happen every few hours, getting steadily more painful by each day to keep you awake. No one will be allowed to sleep until a murder occurs.

CHAPTER 6 - BASEMENT (CONT.)

Elevator - There is a small elevator that goes all the way below ground level and all the way to the highest point of the estate, which happens to be the Doll Room. It perfectly blends in with the wall when shut.

Control Center - By far the most modernized area in the Estate, bathed in the blue and white glow of computer screens. You found the computer room! Dominique is manually controlled here when necessary, but she’s mostly automated and has prepared answers, topics, questions and conversations in advance.
