So here is Nate from the animal AU. He’s a cockatiel( Nymphicus hollandicus ) who chirps when he is happy! But, although he has wings he can’t fly since his parents didn’t teach him or encourage him do it. He often tries but can’t get higher than one foot of the ground and he’s pretty ashemed of it.  

We choose a loving birb to make a contrast with Nate more serious personality(even if both are very cute)

In this AU everyone is half human and half animal having said characteristics about that animal(even dietary choices: carnivores, herbivores and omnivores)

JB: Oryctolagus cuniculus domesticus (Flemish giant rabbit)

Lynn: Cervus nippon (Japanese deer)

Lucas: Chrysocyon brachyurus (Maned wolf)

Waldo: Gallus gallus domesticus (Chicken)
