You draw strong women, and it turns out very cool, but why did you decide to draw them?

Funnily enough, I was just talking about this IRL so it's fresh on my mind! It was kinda incidental. I absolutely loved X-men comics when I was a kid. And the male heroes, regardless of their powers, were brick sh*t-houses, and the women were thin model types. It makes sense, from the beauty standards of the 90's, but I thought that they should look like athletes, so I tried to make them powerful looking, like their male counterparts. and people seemed to like it, and here we are! I also just think fitness is beautiful and empowering for everyone!
