the new setting of the edge of the forest could almost be described as a peaceful one - occasional travelers who made it this far wandering in and out, and the quiet wind and wick to keep the dealmaker company otherwise. it was a vacation for wick practically, the dog enjoying exploring whenever specter had the free time to do so - though specter distanced himself (maybe he never truly had one in the first place) from any kind of heart or whatever customers wish to describe it as, watching wick enjoy themselves so much may as well have warmed it.

specter thought over the memories as he carefully threaded a doll, sitting at the main counter with little else plans to do aside from wait for another person to show up or maybe take wick out for another walk - yet, as if on cue, the door opened with a small sound of a bell above it to indicate it and his gaze quickly averted upwards as the faery headed in - the wings and simply the appearance alone of her a tell tale sign of just who this friend could be, the faint reminders of phoenix ringing in his mind (and more so, his wish now that specter thought about it - but that could be discussed with him whenever he made his return).

the smile was a bit more than merely a polite or welcoming one as wick was brought up though, said dog tilting their head curiously upon being brought up. the dealmaker waved, moving the doll he was working on out of the way and snapped, the magical scroll unraveling over the counter.

You know what else fuels my love for NortAlice? Since the Orphan skin is phoenix themed which the Phoenix is a creature associated with death and rebirth, it matches the description of the Eternity skin which is also about death and rebirth. The beginning of a new cycle.

as phoenix shook his outstretched hand, specter’s eyes took a different gleam than the friendly one from before, the faintest glow of white and silver circling it for a brief moment visible to only those who dared to peer close enough as his hand in the other’s seemed to tremble slightly. the smallest sliver that was ripped apart from the seams of the rest of phoenix’s soul was enough for a rush of power and life to thrum within his very being for a few seconds before fading. the exchange was made.

it was fortunate that the once overwhelming sense was one that specter had gotten used to; having made countless deals over centuries at this rate. letting go of phoenix’s hand and taking a step back as the floor creaked, the dealmaker smiled, patting his leg which was enough to bring wick’s focus onto him.

tilting his head in acknowledgement, specter had turned again and made his way back to the front counter with wick hopping after and returning to their previous seat, offering a simple wave in goodbye as he clapped and sent away the scroll. all desires of one will be granted in due time within otis’s doll shop and only the barest part of one’s soul in exchange - the waiting would be worth it, if that rush was anything to go by.

In the clearing of the forest, a faint golden glow that reaches out to make the outlines of a building seems to shine brighter and brighter as much before there stood a building with the sign, “Otis’s Doll Shop” and out stepped a figure with wolf-like ears and a dog loyally trailing after, the two looking around.

Both Phoenix and Faery could sense a disturbance near the edge of the forest, but Faery was told to stay behind out of fear for her safety.

Once he got to the forest clearing, phoenix was surprised to see a shop had appeared, and the person walking around outside of it... Phoenix feels like he's seen them before.. Possibly in a picture.. Or perhaps this shop may have been in the village at one point. But either way, he was somewhat wary while approaching.

{The Circus Of Mirrors}

Did you ever heard of the scary tale that called "The Circus Of Mirrors" before… No? Well, it used to be an old scary bedtime story that parents tell their kids so they wouldn’t wonder around at night and to put them to sleep.

It said if you went to the forest in the middle of the night where not even the moonlight or the stars can reach you. You shall find a mirror within a huge tree that act as a portal to the Mirror world, where you shall witness the most unimaginable of things. it also said that there is a mysterious Circus within this world that belong to a miserable and sad Showman who rule this world and make sure that anyone who dare to enter his realm stay within it forever and become part of it.

I decided to make an Essence Project myself even tho I am bad at coming up with clothes designs let along drawing… BUT!! I have been thinking of this may help me approve my talent so why not?

Exorcist didn't hesitate to pull out a familiar blue feather that was secured on his briefcase. It was sealed perfectly on a glass box that the feather still has it's glow.

the dealmaker tilted his head at the question. it was a bit more of a rarer occasion for one to actually wonder what happens afterwards with the taken portion of their soul - often long since distracted and taken away by the potential that the dolls held, though nothing he’s not seen before.

specter’s sewn mouth was tugged into a slight smile as he held out his palm towards the other and snapped - the flickers of dark blue embers beginning to arise within his open hand in the shape of a bird outstretching its wings as lighter blue wisps surrounded specter. however, the bird visibly struggled to stand for long - and after a minute or two, he closed his hand, glancing back up with a curious gaze before leaning back and snapping.

there is nothing to be done with it at the moment, dear customer - it is too little of an amount, that’s all. you have seen it for yourself as the bird withered.

however, if you are so curious of what I do, why not make a deal then? I may enlighten you, but really - what is done afterwards is only for i to know. why fret about unnecessary things when there’s much more deserving of your attention in my shop? it would be a shame if I were to be gone soon and you hadn’t the chance for a wish yet.

Quick intro post for now!! I’ll probably edit this later

I am a fairly new artist, still pretty much in the beginning stages of everything. I’m learning and trying new things all the time, please do not criticise my art unless I DIRECTLY ask for it

My motivation for drawing operates in waves, meaning I’ll probably spam post for two days straight and then go silent for a couple months. I draw both digitally and traditionally! My traditional works are usually pretty simple doodles

My main fandoms are Identity V, Smile For Me, Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, and the Bendy games! I have a ton of other interests as well, but these are probably the ones I’ll draw from the most! (Very heavy on IDV… This is what happens when you’ve been hyperfixated since December 2020)

I’ll probably open up for requests every now and then! Keep in mind I am a minor and will absolutely not draw anything sexual or suggestive. I’ll probably do art trades as well at some point!
