"then i know it will go to a good home and will be well loved." ellie didn't care about the inch difference between them. but byan did, and the small joy in teasing them wasn't any less joyful for it being small. it was the lighter side of being able to bare their souls to one another, that the two of them both knew the others buttons, how to press them, and when to stop. this wasn't one of those times. he waited, patiently, for byan to decide what they were going to do.

"i'd have to be blind and an idiot not to notice." she allowed them their back-handed brag, deciding whether to burst their bubble about his own bodily developments, or just allow the next few moments to speak for themselves: she was confident that lifting them wasn't going to be a problem, between her own exersize routine and the strength required for some of his tasks at work... yeah. this would be fine.
