#ari's rambles#detective conan#zero the enforcer#furuya rei#look that movie was ridiculous at times but that's anime for you#but ASIDE FROM THAT#aside from IoT devices stretching the limits of their capability and the general stupidity of Conan's magic skateboard and soccer balls#it's surprisingly solid???#most of the time I forgot I was watching a conan movie tbh#more of a political drama or some such#the question of how far is too far to protect your country#the harm it causes on the people around you#and if it can be excused by “the greater good”#i remember going “that was a DETECTIVE CONAN movie????” the first time I watched it#just finished m23-m25 and none of them made me more thoughtful than m22 i fear#man furuya is so *interesting*
