Star Cruise Superstar Gemini 🛳 #AsianCruise with Lana. Really glad I went with her on this 16-day cruise! Probably the most peaceful, relaxing 16 consecutive days in my life! Not a care in the world, just chilling with the BFF, with an absolute Eat-Workout-Sleep-GoAround itinerary! That's life. 😎😅 I terribly miss it. And I need more of that. Sorry about this throwback. Just constantly reminding myself that I need to travel again. Not stressed or exhausted or something. I'm okay. I just really think traveling is good for our well-being. We really enjoyed our first day touring ourselves in the cruiseship! 👌😍 Here are our activities: ✅ checked-in the the cruise ✅ lunch ✅ go to our cabin and got our freebies from Usana ( lots of gift for our first day ) ✅ merienda with unli pizza ✅ go to the deck to see the Big Eye ✅ see the demo of flow rider ✅ see the demo of Ripcord by iFly ( this is amazing! ) ✅ played a lot specially pingpong ✅ sunset viewing ✅ buffet dinnner ( i love this part the most 😂😂) ✅ jacuzzi ( will go now there ) Can't wait for tomorrow!!! Talk about ultimate #throwback! Taken 10 years ago onboard Superstar Virgo working as an Entertainment Cruise Staff. I was 26 back then. My first experience to work out of the country. I was a typical #OFW working miles away from my family back home in the Philippines. Time really flies so fast. Now as a Sun Life Financial Advisor I understand why it is very important to save and invest while we are earning abroad. Every OFW dreams of one day buying a home, opening their own business, be reunited with their family, and to be able to retire comfortably. I salute our OFW heroes and hopefully someday I can touch more lives by being their financial advisor of choice. Asian Cruises Resume, in Taiwan and China's Yangtze River

The Asian cruise market is slowly coming back to life, with an ocean cruise ship entering service in Taiwan and domestic river cruising approved on China's Yangtze River. Explorer Dream, one of the ships in the Dream Cruise Line fleet, embarked on its first short sailing in Taiwan, leaving from the northern port of Keelung. The cruise line, owned by Hong Kong-based Genting Cruise Lines, developed special two- and three-night island-hopping itineraries to Peng Hu, Matsu Island and Kinmen, as well as Hualien, for the Taiwanese market. The ship carried 926 passengers on the first sailing Sunday according to the line; about half of the ship's 1,856-passenger capacity. All passengers were required to complete a health questionnaire and travel history declaration form before boarding; the line did not require a negative COVID-19 test. Masks were not required, the line said, but free ones were made available onboard. "We encourage them to do, especially in common areas on the ship." Genting Out In Front Genting was among the first cruise companies to outline health and safety protocols within the industry, releasing their plans back in April. including thorough sanitization and disinfection and enhanced hygiene practices for cabins and crew member quarters, public areas and recreational facilities; social distancing in dining, entertainment and public areas; safe food and beverage handling procedures; and fresh air ventilation in staterooms and public areas.
