Pitch Perfect Prompt Pile: Chapter 8
AO3 | FF.net
Ship: Bechloe (Beca/Chloe) Word Count: ~1800 Rating: T
This prompt, my friends, was based on a fun Brittany Snow dream. More AUs because we all bend the truth to fit shipping anyway!
Beca came to her local dive bar at the same time every week. Friday nights after work, she’d walk through the single glass door to “Pickin’s” and promptly take a seat at the bar. She’d order food around 8 before some beers, then she’d evolve to buying multiple drinks as the night passed.
She easily became friends with all the other regulars as they’d sit on the dark wooden stools and complain about their office jobs. Beca had a mock secretarial role for a slimy music producer who never actually called her by her real name. Her friends spanned from salesmen to accountants to bellboys to c-list editors. Misery was company.
That Friday night, Beca had a particularly difficult night at work. Producer Slimeball listened to one of Beca’s demos, for once, but he actually hated it. Practically spat in her face, claimed she had no talent, and that even the most incompetent pleb with a laptop could replicate her work.
Beca wanted to just brush off his opinions out of a sense of both desperation and hurt. Obviously she wasn’t terrible, since she landed at the company in the first place, but her boss’s opinion actually had some significant weight to it since he had significant marks within her industry. But Beca couldn’t even call him out for being myopic – for not even seeing the musical genius it took to construct the heavily crafted and detailed foundations of lyrical editing. But he did have a point: none of her sources were original. Thus, Beca was drinking a little more heavily tonight.
Pickin’s bartender Silas could sense something was marginally off for his favorite petite regular, which prompted him to walk to her side of the bar and lean over the slightly wet countertop.
“What’s wrong, munchkin?” Silas laid out his affectionate pet name for Beca through a thick, southern drawl.
“The fucking usual, I guess.” Beca picked at the label around her beer bottle, using the condensation on the glass to peel at the paper.
“Work troubles again?”
“Captain Asshat proved that I have no talent and the only thing I can do right is fetch coffee. And sometimes I get even that wrong. There’s this one fucker who decides he wants THE most complicated fucking thing on the ‘off-menu’ that requires 8 special ingredients like why can’t you just get a regular coffee like everyone else?” Beca spat in a seething tone, trying to keep her voice from overriding the normal chatter around the bar.
Silas looked at Beca for a moment before deciding to answer.
“If one drink cost more than $4, it ain’t worth it. Unless its beer.” Silas decided, leaning against his hands on the counter.
Beca simmered down a little bit, realizing her bartender friend didn’t deserve her incessant complaining about work.
“You know, Silas, sometimes I wonder if that job is even worth it.”
“I think about that every time y’all get wiley or when something ugly brews out.” Silas clicked his tongue before adding: “But moments like this, they’re all worth it. We’re all one in the same – same problems, different day. Only thing separating us is this counter but I’m the same as you. Brings us on a human level. That’s connection.”
Beca reflected for a moment, fulling comprehending what Silas was referring to before seeing if it applied to her own life.
“Where’s your connection?” Silas challenged once more, stepping back towards the wall before grabbing a dirty glass from the counter.
Beca sighed, unable to find an answer.
“For tonight, just in a drink.” Beca stood up to look beyond the backlit wall of bottles for her temporary remedy.
"I’m telling you, Chlo, you need to just go for it.”
Chloe and her 5 friends decided to start their night at a random bar by her place before making their way to a nightclub closer to downtown. Even though it was still relatively early in the night, one of the girls insisted that the group pre-gamed before leaving Chloe’s apartment, so the lot was already relatively tipsy.
“Just sack up your lady balls and strut right up there.”
“Thanks, Fat Amy, I get the picture.” Chloe replied to her friend’s encouragement with a slight blush.
Fat Amy was referencing a noteworthy figure sporting a black leather jacket and dark blue jeans leaning against the bar. The girl was alone with her drink but seemed relatively friendly because she was chummy with the bartender.
Chloe had only recently came out as bisexual to her college buddies, and they were only more than positively acceptive of it. Almost too much, in fact, since they kept trying to push her onto random women they spotted in public. Encouraging, yes, but effective, no.
“She’s probably not even gay.” Chloe muttered to her friends, shyly speaking in a hushed tone across the table.
“With that jacket? Come on.” Another friend spoke, rolling her eyes and going to sip the last of her mixed drink through the straw before realizing her glass was empty. “We also need more driiiiinks.”
“Stacie, please…” Chloe whined. Her nervousness about approaching women still hadn’t changed.
“She’s right Spice Tot, we need some shots.” Fat Amy decided, with other girls nodding their heads in agreement.
“Ugh, fine. I hate you guys sometimes.” Chloe stood up, swiping crumbs off her skirt. “What am I getting?”
“TEQUILA!” Fat Amy shouted as Chloe started to walk towards the bar.
The volume was loud enough that the same figure at the counter heard it, and she ended up turning around to find the source of the noise before making eye contact with Chloe. The next 5 feet of distance was mildly awkward, but Chloe ended up strolling right next to the girl at the bar.
“Sorry.” Chloe mumbled to the girl beside her, apologizing for the rudeness of her friends.
“Bachelorette party?” The girl nudged her beer towards Chloe’s back table, eyeing the group of girls who were all laughing excruciatingly loudly.
“Oh, ha, no.” Chloe nervously laughed, moving to match the pose of the leather jacketed brunette. “Just a normal night out.”
“Ah. Yikes.” The girl muttered, sipping her drink with a cock of the eyebrow.
The girl wasn’t charming per se, but she exerted an odd sense of Big Dick Energy that Chloe had a hard time placing.
“Are you friends with the bartender?” Chloe tried to maintain conversation but using the venue as small talk wasn’t that successful. She was also trying to feel just how hard it would be to flag down the bartender to get her friends shots and flee back to her table.
“You could say that.” The girl finished the bottom of her drink before letting it rest back on the counter. “I come here a lot.”
She felt pity for the failed efforts of the lost ginger puppy next to her, so she flagged down Silas from the middle of the bar down to their end.
“Hey Silas, I’ll take a double IPA on draft and this little lady would like…” The girl cocked her head in Chloe’s direction, prompting her to reply.
“Um, 6 shots of Patrón?”
“6?” Silas asked for confirmation, holding up fingers on his hand to motion for six.
Chloe nodded with a smile before Silas left to get their drinks.
The girl scoffed in disbelief. “You can pound 6 shots?” She wanted to admit she was a little impressed, but she wouldn’t start the ovation until she witnessed it herself.
“For the Bachelorette party.” Chloe giggled, fiddling with her credit card in hand. She saw how the girl slyly grinned at her.
“I like the way you think.”
“Here’s yours, Beca, and I’ll be back with the shot orgy.” Silas dropped off Beca’s beer before turning back to grab clean shot glasses and the handle of Patrón.
Chloe felt a weird sense of internal satisfaction now that she heard the bar girl’s name, even if she couldn’t ask for it herself.
When Silas returned, he filled each of the glasses in front of the pair before topping off the rims with a lime wedge.
Chloe leaned in towards Beca, awfully close, and with a cupped hand pretended to whisper: “I could just down these all now and not share with my friends. Would sum up the amount of bad news I’ve gotten this week.”
Beca noticed the sudden intrusion of space, but she chose not to back down from the pretty redhead now orbiting her eyeline.
“Bad week too, huh?” Beca asked rhetorically. “Would you share one with me at least?”
Beca knew she was being forward, in a way that was still pretty coy. She had a hard time deciphering what the ginger’s deal was, but you didn’t exactly approach a loner at the bar to make friends. Plus Beca was at the Fuck It point in the week where it was almost if consequences didn’t apply to her anymore.
“Maybe I could spare…” Chloe whispered gently, hovering before Beca’s lips and glancing at them with soft eyes.
Beca broke the distance slowly, lazily kissing Chloe’s lips before dragging away in a downwards swipe as a tease. Chloe hungrily searched back, and their lips met again.
It wasn’t long before they started gingerly making out at the end of the bar. Beca’s hand was cupped firmly at the nape of Chloe’s neck, and they were rolling lips along one side of their faces. Beca even went so far as to open her eyes for an extended period of time, watching how Chloe’s eyelids were loosely closed and how her forehead would somehow furrow as their lips tumbled together.
Beca resumed her more concentrated effort, and the sight of the pair wasn’t hard to spot. Silas gave a short whistle as he was drying glasses with a rag, and even Chloe’s friends were starting to notice. Fat Amy’s eventual loud cheering caused Beca and Chloe’s makeout session to abruptly end – with Chloe pulling away with swollen lips and a noticeable blush.
Beca wiped the side of her own mouth with her thumb. “Well. You should probably deliver those.” She nudged at the collection of shots next to Chloe’s elbow.
Chloe gave them a quick glance before meeting Beca’s gaze one again.
“They don’t need them.” Chloe answered before grabbing Beca’s face and picking up right where they left off.

NANOWRIMO
Okay, so I only got 2,599 words. lol. This is a story that I’ve been working on and crafting for 3 years now, with the help of my older sibling who isn’t on tumblr. At one point I had 10k long novella written out for it. There’s also a 2nd 10k long novella from another character’s perspective as well. This is most likely going to be the first chapter, and I’m sorry that it’s really rough. This story doesn’t have a name, but at one point it was known as How I Lived, so I’ll be referring to it as HIL until I decide on something better.
HIL-
(if you’d prefer the google doc link to read it, dm me)
Words- 2599
Summary- A world where your chest glows a color when you’re near your soulmate, Heath, a boy who doesn’t believe in soulmates, or love, gets the biggest surprise. (note: only about half of this is in the story so far lmao)
Story:
My brother always tells me that waiting is even better than the reward, but to that I say bullshit. That’s all we do, right? We just sit back and wait. We wait until it’s time to talk to our friends, we wait until it’s time to go to sleep, to wake up, to go to work, to go home. Loops and endless waiting. My brother will die on a hill claiming that the wait is the best part. Personally, I think he’s just looking for an explanation as to why he hasn’t found his soulmate yet.
--
Like clockwork, Mel knocks on my door at six-forty-five that morning and I’m out the door, a quick goodbye to Onus and my backpack swinging onto my shoulder.
“Alright, spill. Jungle Blitz 4 demo, promising or no?” Last night we were up on a voice call waiting for leaks of the newest demo of the next game in our favorite video game series. Mel had to go to bed before the demo dropped.
“Depends. Do you like good games or not?”
“Oh God. That bad?”
“Think Kingsley has a kid.”
“So… good then?”
“Continue thinking, Lane is canon.”
“Holy shitting fuck. No.”
“Yes.”
Mel squeals a little bit and I know she’s going to be smiling about this for the rest of the day. “I can't believe the audacity of them to release the demo on the first day of school.”
“Oh, come one, it was world wide, they didn’t do it just to spite you.”
“You don’t know that, Heath.” Mel wiggles her finger at me and I can’t tell if she’s completely serious or not.
We continue our conversation as we make our way to school and as we pass through the student parking lot, a group of jock-ish seniors slow their conversation to glare at me. Mel just kind of glances my way and we don’t say anything about it.
“Alright, your first period is Mr. Long in room 105? Algebra 1?” I flip my hair out of my eyes and Mel laughs just a little bit.
“Get a haircut, and yeah. Well, yeah and no. Mr. Long in room 105, yeah. But it’s for Algebra 2.”
“How in the- That’s… I’m only in geometry you smart bitch.”
“Yeah! Remember, I was ahead of you in middle school too.”
“Yeah, yeah.” I walk her to her class and hug her goodbye. “Good luck, sorry you’re like ten minutes early.”
“Eh, it’s the first day, who cares?” Mel shrugs and her jackets make a sound.
As soon as Mel enters her class, the first bell rings and I head to the stairs. On my way up, I spot a very confused and short freshman gripping their class schedule.
“You need help finding your first period?” I’m afraid my voice scared the poor kid.
“My.. My brother said that he would… he would walk me to my first period.”
“Where is he?”
“I don’t… know.”
“I can help you in the meantime, can I walk you to you class?”
“Y-yeah.”
“Okay, coo. What’s your class?”
“Room 105.”
“Hey, I just walked my friend Mel there. She’s super nice, and a freshman like you.” I turn around and motion for them to follow me. “So what’s your name?” After a beat, “And pronouns.” They look very feminine, short bleached pigtails, blue tips, very big, bright blue eyes, a small button nose, and a thin pink jacket.
“Naomi.. And uh.. She/her.”
“Okay, cool. I’m Heath and I use he/him.” I smile at her, but she still looks like she’s ready to explode any second. “So what are you into? Do you play video games or anything?”
“Um… Kind of, not really.” We get to her class and I point at Mel, who is sitting at a table by herself.
“Go make sure Mel makes at least one friend, please.”
“Sure.. thing…” Naomi then rushes into the class, her tiny backpack bouncing with her.
When I finally get to my class, I choose a seat towards the back of the class, having not recognized any friendly faces in the crowd. My first four classes go by slowly, my teachers discuss silibi and give us “peer bonding” assignments to get to know the classmates we’ve known since freshman year. Lacking as that sounds, it’s still stressful and by the time I get to lunch, I’ve forgotten that Mel and I have the same lunch.
“Heath, I’ve been texting you. What the heck?” Mel sits down next to me, startling me from the astral plane my soul had traveled to.
“Oh, sorry, I was spacing out.” I check my phone, sure enough there’s five unread messages about lunch.
Then Naomi sits down next to Mel and gives me a little wave.
“Hey, you have lunch with us!” That gets a simple smile from Naomi. I pull a piece of bread from my backpack and begin to chow down.
“You cannot be serious.” Mel glares at me, her glasses slipping down her nose.
“What?” I ask, my mouth full.
“That’s your lunch?” Mel has pulled out a sandwich and soda can, while Naomi has a bag of chips and a salad.
“Yeah. I slept in this morning and Onus forgot to make me lunch.”
“Oh for christ’s sake, here,” Mel pulls out a second sandwich from her bag and hands it to me.
“Ohoho, thank you!” I kiss Mel’s hand begin to chow down a second time.
Just then, a loud bang sounds and we look over from our cafeteria table near the double doors, to see none other than Ronnie fucking Yule, their face pressed against the glass. “Let me in bro,” they mouth.
“Who’s that?” Mel asks.
“Ronnie, they’re in our discord server. You’ve talked to them before.” I open the door for then and they join us at our four-person table.
“My little brotato chips, what is cracking?” I can just feel the cringe radiating off of Naomi and I’d be lying if I said the only reason why I wasn’t cringing as well was because I love Ronnie with my entire fucking heart.
“Not much, just my bones.” And then I crack my neck.
“Oh, yucky. Hey, who’re you, you little carraromo?” Ronnie is talking more so at Naomi, rather than with her. That’s just a thing that they tend to do tho.
“I’m N-Naomi.”
“Sweet! Hey, so say you’re not just Naomi, but also a sister. Would you be having a brother who is on the football team?”
“Uh… Yes…?”
At this point in the conversation I’ve spaced out again and only really care about my sweet sandwich. I wait for lunch to end. Then I wait for the day to be over and I walk home with Mel.
I ask her if she plans on joining any clubs, she says no. I ask her what she thought of Naomi, she tells me Naomi is pretty cool so far. I ask her how her day went, apparently okay. I ask her if she wants to hang out at my house to play Jungle Blitz, she says yes.
My house isn’t much to look at, to be fair I’m surprised we still have it. It’s a mobile home, and a very homely one at that. It’s painted a perfect suburban beige on the outside, and a sickly sweet yellow on the inside. Our kitchen and livingroom are mostly connected, but there’s still a breakfast bar separating the two. We have fairly lights up in the living room year round because one reason or another when Onus and I were younger. The house always smells like either musty old books or whatever was most recently cooked, usually pancakes or spaghetti.
I sprawl out on the couch, Mel takes her place on the floor, leaning back on the couch, and she starts playing the third Jungle Blitz game. “I need one of the achievements still.” I fall in and out of sleep, watching Mel play. We hold a running commentary on events of the game, events which I am so well in tune with that I’m able to talk about them in my sleep apparently.
Mel leaves after a few hours, and I’m free to sort out the stack of silibi and other assorted papers I need my mom to sign. I leave them on the couch and I head to bed.
The next day of school is the first day of one of the three clubs I’m a part of (I know, social butterfly Heath), which is the first thing Onus informs me of when he hands me the stack of papers my mom signed sometime during the night. The next thing he tells me is that he’s made pancakes. I’m out of bed, ready for school and pounding my fists on the table within the next four minutes.
“Calm down, bro. I have a headache.” Onus serves me the pancakes and it takes everything in my not to eat the plate with the pancakes. “Didn’t put butter on-” I take a bite out of the stick of butter on the breakfast bar. “No. No, jesus christ, not this early in the morning you fucking gremlin.”
“Awugh c’mon O-nie,” I spit some crumbs his way and he rubs his temples.
“How old are you? Six or sixteen?”
“As if a six year old could be as funny as me.”
“Fucking Hell.”
“I have club today?”
“Chew your goddamn food. Yes, you have GSA today. Tomorrow you have DnD.” Onus reaches into his backpack haphazardly lain on the kitchen counter to pull out a textbook and a bunch of papers.
“What- that?” I swallow my food between words.
“Just some biomed bullshit. Doesn’t really matter.”
“Ah.” Just as he spreads his papers out to start working on them, there’s a knock at the door, and I’m stuffing my papers in my messenger bag and sprinting out the door, tugging shoes on as I run.
“Guess who got breakfast this morning!” I brag.
“You, for once?” Mel yawns and clearly would rather be in bed.
“Haha! Onus is the bestest brother in whole entire wide world ever!”
Mel yawns in agreement.
Similarly to yesterday, when we pass through the parking lot, the group of seniors hanging around some small sports-ish car all stare at us, mostly me, and glare. One of them laughs a little bit. When I glance over, usually I ignore them, I realize that I do, in fact, recognise most of them. The one laughing is Calvin James.
Calvin James sure is a character, or something like that. I’ve never spoken to him, but I’m certain he’s spoken about me. Not that his friends are horrible and the worst people in the whole world, but they sure don’t like any of the trans kids who go to school here. Including me. And probably Mel is they ever get close enough to her to know that.
“I need a haircut still,” I whine as we enter the school. Calvin James is the hottest guy I’ve ever seen. “This sucks!” I flip my hair out of my eyes and my glasses almost fly off my face.
“Get one then.”
“I need Onus to take me, but he’s busy with, like, adult stuff or some shit.” When we get to Mel’s class I walk in and sit with her at her table.
“Do you think my parents could take you?”
“Um… Maybe?” I think about this for a moment. “Wait- new topic, are you going to GSA today? Please say yes. You have to say yes or I’ll cry.”
“Bitch.”
“Fucker.” We makes hearts with our hands to really get the fact that we actually hate each other across.
While we’re having our chat, Naomi joins and we welcome her, there’s a brief exchange in which Mel agrees to go to the club after school today, only if Naomi goes too and Naomi agreed to because it beats just watching the football team practice while she waits for her brother to drive her home.
I only get a few complaints from teachers about the crumpled papers, it’s mostly just jokes though. At lunch, Ronnie joins us again.
“Heath, you need a snake?” Ronnie offers an applesauce cup to me and I oh so humbly accept it from them.
All but inhaling the applesauce, it’s gone sooner than anyone can start a new conversation. As I slam the empty applesauce cup onto the table, a group of preppy-adjacent freshman girls pass by us and sicker to each other, pointing at Naomi.
“I can beat them up for you,” I offer, wiping applesauce from my face.
“Haha, n… no. That’s not… needed.” I’m just now realizing that Naomi might not be stuttering from anxiety and she might actually just have a stutter.
“If you say so.” I shrug my shoulders and start a conversation with Ronnie about our Dungeons and Dragons characters, before moving on to talk about how GSA is meeting after school.
After lunch, my next three classes are boring and nothing particularly happens in them. At the end of the day, I head back to my art class where GSA meets.
“Hey Heath!” I’m greeted by Jae, who is in conversation with a freshman, who must me new this year.
“‘Sup.” I start moving some of the tables together so there’s a large table for about twelve people to sit around. “We’ll be starting soon, probably. Take your seats, please.” Jae and the freshman sit down at the other end of the table, soon Ronnie joins, then three small freshman, then Mel and Naomi. “Okay, we’ve got mostly everyone who will be showing up today, and it’s about time to start.” We start with check ins, which consists of stating your name and your pronouns?
“I’m Heath, this club’s president, and I use he/him pronouns.”
“Ronnie, I’m the vice president, they/them.”
“Mel, she/her.”
“Naomi, she/her.”
“Christian, he/him.” The freshman with Jae.
“Jae, the secretary, he/him and they/them.”
“Felicity, she/her.” One of the three freshmen.
“Alex, she/her.” The next freshman.
“Kali, she/her.” The last freshman.
“Okay, thanks for coming, everyone, today we’re just gonna set some stuff up for the rest of the year…”
The meeting goes well enough, the three freshmen mostly just whisper and giggle to each other, but other than that nothing goes wrong. I walk home with Mel after the club and I eat dry cereal out of the box as I do homework in the living room.
Mom doesn’t come back home that night, and I feel sorry about how many hours she’s currently working.
*
The next morning goes business as usual, except for the fact that I didn’t get any sleep at all. Onus arrives at the house, makes me a pancake, packs me a lunch and does does homework while I get ready for school. I leave the house with Mel, we walk through the school parking lot.
“School parking lot” is where things deviate from business as usual. As we’re walking by the regular group of jock-adjacent kids, they snicker at me and I turn to them.
“You’re just gonna do that everyday, huh?” I shout. The morning is bright, cool and the perfect time to throw some hands.
“Keep walking, girl,” one of the guys, a taller, lankier one, who isn’t even facing my direction just kind of shouts back out of the side of his mouth.
“Keep laughing, asshat.” I tiptoe my way towards them, and I can feel Mel plant herself in the pavement.

BTS-When You Move/Take His Stuff
I was in the shower and was thinking what would happen if like my stuff had been switched and I would cry and then it developed into this so.... enjoy! It’s not my best tho.........
unedited tho
Pretty fluffy although some has strong sexual hints (COUGH BLANTENT MENTIONS COUGH)
okay but WHY ARE THEY SO PRETTY I LOVE LOOKING AT BTS OMG
S E O K J I N
“Jagiyaaaaaaaaaa,” Jin called from the kitchen. “Where are the chips?”
Your eyes widened, and you swallowed, “What chips?”
“You know, my favorite cheddar ones! I only bought them yesterday!” You could hear JIn rummaging around the pantry, opening and shutting cabinets, and even the fridge. You could listen to his loud sigh and his heavy footsteps leaving the kitchen towards the living room where you sat with a book ... and Jin’s chips in your lap.
Quickly, you rolled up the bag and stuffed it under the couch while wiping the crumbs from your fingers. Holding your book to make it seem like you hadn’t done anything wrong.
A pouting Seokjin moped into the room and threw himself at the couch cushion next to you. “I was really craving chips.” He rotated to lay his head on your lap, moving your book to the side, his long legs hanging over the armrest.
He looked so sad that you couldn’t help but lean down and give him a quick kiss, forgetting about the cheddar dust on your lips.
“JAGIYA! HOW COULD YOU!”
“IM SORRY I DIDN’T KNOW!”
“Y/N, I love you but I don’t think I can continue this relationship if you plan to continue betraying me this way.” You giggled at Jin’s over-dramaticness, pulling out the bag of chips and leaning in to kiss him again.
Soon enough, your book lay long forgotten.
Y O O N G I
“Y/N? Do you know where the CD I had laying on the dresser went to?” Yoongi asked, poking his head in the room, looking a little flustered.
“Uh, the one in the purple case that’s been collecting dust for weeks?” You looked up from your book.
“That’s the one. Where is it?”
“Oh um, well it was just sitting there so I thought it wasn’t very important...” You trailed off.
Yoongi walked towards you, slightly concerned. “Babe... What did you do with it?”
“Nothing bad! I just brought it out to my car to listen to it. I was hoping it would be a bunch of the songs you’ve been working so hard on.” You smiled nervously, knowing what was actually on the CD.
Yoongi sighed, “Well, I guess the cat’s out of the bag now. Hold on, I’ll be back in a sec.” He walked towards the bathroom.
The CD that you thought would be full of finished or demo BTS songs, was actually full of Yoongi’s personal love songs that, in the very last song, he had dedicated to you.
Yoongi came back, holding a hand behind his back. “See, I had planned on taking you for a drive coincidentally and playing you each track and then for the last songs there would be signs on the road with the lyrics. Specifically the last few lines.”
He bent in front of you, not really the kneeling type and casually handed you the box. It was so perfectly Yoongi that you wouldn’t have minded either way.
In a soft tone, he began carefully rapping the last few lines of your favorite song from the CD, “Y/N, my perfect suit to a T, wanna marry me?”
H O S E O K
“TAEHYUNG!" A loud holler came from the back of the boy’s shared apartment. “IM GOING TO KICK YOU!” Which was then followed by a loud, puppy-like squeal and a scared Tae running from an angry Hobi.
Tae, the smart little thing he is, ran and hid next to you, knowing that you’d protect him from your scary boyfriend. You quickly went up to Hoseok and put your arms around him.
“Babe, what’s going on?” You asked softly.
“He stole my favorite shirt again!” Hoseok whined, burrowing his face into your neck. You stiffened, glad you had put a hoodie on over the same shirt Taehyung was being accused of stealing.
“Hyung! This time it wasn’t me! I bet it was Kookie. He’s got those beady eyes, perfect for a life of crime!” An innocent Tae pleaded towards your boyfriend.
“Taehyung, do not blame poor Kookie for your ‘crimes’!” Namjoon hollered from his seat on the next couch over. Tae harumphed and crossed his arms over his chest, still standing behind you.
“Hon, maybe Tae didn’t steal your shirt. Maybe it’s still in the laundry or something. But even if he did steal it, or anyone for that matter, you should forgive them and just be ... happy!” You soothed, hoping Hoseok listened to you well. You heard a soft Thank you, Noona from the beagle behind you.
Hobi sighed, “Fine, sorry Tae. I guess you probably didn’t steal it. Y/N is right.” Hoseok snuggled his face deeper into your neck, accidentally shifting your hoodie and revealing the shirt that had caused so much controversy.
Hoseok pulled back sharply. “Jagiya.”
“Yes?” You squeaked.
“Run!”
N A M J O O N
You stepped out of the shower, fuzzy blanket wrapped around your body. Namjoon stood up from his seat on top of the bathroom countertops.
“Nope, no, not happening. Joonie I just got clean.” You lightly pushed his bare chest away from you, ignoring his protests. “Take your shower. I’m going to get dressed and make breakfast.”
“Jagiyaaaa, our shower is big enough for two, so we should take this opportunity, right?” You just looked at his puppy face with a stoic face. Internally, you were about to break, but Namjoon didn’t need to know that. “Alright fine. I’ll join your clean club.”
“Good boy! Who’s a good boy! Aw, look at my wittle baaaby!” Namjoon gave you an unimpressed stare, quickly glancing downwards with an eyebrow raised as if to say Am I really that little? Wink wonk and promptly turned towards the shower.
You left the bathroom with a grin on your face. The bed was still frumpled and messy from all of last night’s - and this morning’s - activities. You sighed because you know that Namjoon would just skip away from the mess, leaving you to clean it up. Stalking into the ‘her’ closet, you pulled on a random pair of sweatpants that really belong in the ‘his’ and a plain white t. (I’M ROLLING: HEY THERE DELILAH WHAT’S IT LIKE IN NAMJOONS BED??) You grabbed your ring, threw the covers on the bed back up haphazardly and left towards the kitchen.
It was then that you heard Namjoon’s screams of terror. You ran back into the bathroom, heart pounding in your ears. “Namjoon! What is it?”
You heard a loud sigh from the other side of the curtains.
“You moved the body wash again, Jagi. Now I have sugar scrub in my hair and when I realized, I spun too fast to look at the bottle that I knocked your shaver and it cut my arm.” Namjoon whined, poking his head out from behind the curtains. You couldn’t help but let out a large cackle, finding your fiancé’s misfortune hilarious.
“Maybe I should join you and kiss you better. My razor can be a bitch.” You smirked to yourself.
“I think that’s your best idea yet, Jagi!” His face was an adorable mix of his smile and his smirk. You stripped quickly, carefully setting your ring on the bathroom counter thinking how lucky you are that Namjoon’s razor was gonna prick you hard.

“Jimin.” “Jimin.”
“JiMIN!”
“Y/N, shut up. I’m trying to sleep.”
“But Jiminie, you stole all the covers and I’m freezing.” You complained, shivering on the other side of Jimin’s bed.
“There’s blankets in the closet over there,” He pointed very vaguely towards the hallway? Or maybe the closet? You couldn’t tell.
“Jimin, please share your covers with me?” You tried once again. Your childhood best friend was so annoying. He even forced you to stay at his new apartment after helping him unpack because he wanted to celebrate, but you had a feeling he was just a little scared.
You got no response. “Okay, Jimin. I’m gonna call Namjoon to pick me up, then.” That made him react.
He sat up - slowly but progress is progress - and looked at you with a pointed glare. “Y/N. No. I’m your best friend. You don’t need to be with him all the time. I’ll go get you a blanket. I’ll even get you that fancy heated one that your mom gave me.” He clambered out of his bed, making his way into the hallway.
You smirked. “He is my boyfriend, ya know?”
He grumbled quietly to himself, stretching up to the top of the closet for the blanket. “Yeah, I know.” He finally grabbed it and made his way back to his room where he found you curled up with his blanket, passed out.
“At least she’s in my bed tonight,” Jimin mumbled bitterly, throwing an arm over you and snuggling into the person he’s been in love with for 18 years. The person who will never love him back.

“Baaaabe! Please talk to me!” You pleaded toward Taehyung who was stubbornly refusing to even look at you after he found you curled up in his chair.
See, when you had forced Taehyung to go shopping with you a week and a half ago to replace your old, dingy furnature in your shared living room, he had fallen in love with a creme colored leather rocking recliner. It came with swing out cup holders and even a phone charging port.
When he sat down in the chair at the store, he not only shed a tear, but woldn’t let you sit in it so that you “wouldn’t feel heaven and therefore would never steal his chair from him.” You groaned at him before flagging down a salesperson to show you to the more practical, cuddle-able couches.
Instead, Taehyung asked them for a brand-new, never sat in chair to be sent to your house.
“You were teasing me Tae! I couldn’t not know what it felt like after you’ve been pushing your feelings for this chair down my throat for an entire week!”
Taehyung flared his nostrils at you before picking you up and dramatically tossing you on the couch. “You picked yours and I picked mine, Noona.” He sunk into the cool leather. “Oof, the seat is warm from you.”
“Good! Embrace my body heat. I’ll sit on the couch all alone and stretch out, and even though this couch is perfect for two people to lay on, it’s even better for just one.” You said loudly, trying to guilt trip the man.
Two days later, a distraught Taehyung, and a trip back to the furniture store, you and the oversized manchild sat on an even newer brand new couch. One that was basically two creme colored rocking recliners with slide out drink holders and phone plugins but they were connected. Perfect for cuddling and sharing body heat.

“I thought you loved me. I thought wrong.” Jungkook said before he turned tail and walked right back out of the kitchen where you had been eating cereal with his special golden spoon.
“Ya! You used all of the other silverware and I was hungry!” You chased after him, abandoning your bowl. You found him looking out of the window dramatically.
You giggled a little to yourself before swallowing Jungkook in a backhug.
“Y/N, you have your own spoon so why did you have to use mine?” He asked very sternly. He was referring to the two sets of silverware you bought when you first moved in together. All of yours were pink and whle you tried to beg him to get the blue ones to match, he chose the golden ones. Of course, you had regular silver sets as well.
“My spoon was dirty,” You answered simply.
“And what about the guest spoons?”
“You used the last one yesterday so right now they’re in the dishwasher.”
“Why didn’t you use a fork? I know there’s plenty of those.”
You rolled your eyes against his back, “I can’t exactly eat cereal with a fork, can I?”
“I’m sure it’s possible.” You gripped him tighter and pressed a few short kisses to the back of his neck.
“Kook, what can I do to make it up to you?” His breathing started to get heavier from the kisses paired with the tone of your voice. Your breathing followed suit.
He turned in your arms to face you, “You can buy me a new spoon. That one’s ruined now.” He lightly pushed you away and walked off towards your room.
“Kookie!
Wow okay I’m thinking of making Jimin’s into a mini-series. Thoughts?
Thanks for reading guys! Hope you enjoyed! Oof
