Okay as someone caught in the middle why the FUCK are the transfems and transmascs infighting, it’s been going on noticeably more than ever since January and it’s exhausting. It’s on every single post made by one or the other at this point. What is the point??

The times we’re living in right now are dangerous enough, can we perhaps stop being enemies before the leopards fucking eat our faces maybe???

I want to just be a genderless blob of flesh truthfully #but people don’t see it that way #but this discourse has already reached her ears #she doesn’t agree with it because it’s also catching intersex people in the crossfire #her first exposure was the thing where shinigami eyes was labelling intersex people or people saying something positive about being intersex #as not trans-safe. she agreed it was fucked and uninstalled #but what if it gets deeper than that to her. it’s dangerous territory to infight with your own. it makes you miserable #I would know!! I was a fucking asshole when I was younger!!!!#but even if she doesn’t care for the discourse…what if she expresses even that online #what then? because I’ve seen transfems turning on EACH OTHER for speaking up on this shit #I just want her to be safe. I just want the community to feel like home again
