Speaking of women. I've been working on Xiaoli and Lydia's stories in gw2.
I think I'm doing a pretty good job? Hopefully?
#girlbob.txt#im not gonna say my experiences with [redacted] have made me self conscious about my original character and plot writing but i did write it#so.#hopefully im getting better now that theres no fixing [redacted] to make it better and itll forever haunt me#:)#if you want the gists of their personal stories as the main story goes on#im currently exploring two with xiaoli#one is s3 ish where her parents are falsely accused of being white mantle#due to their activism in the ministry towards things that dont benefit the wealthy fascism of the mantle#which puts her in a difficult position due to her openly criticizing the queen for crown pavilion#and then another one in eod where she reconnects with the family in cantha#that is fully just me commenting on how weird it is that only cultists and fascists#are ever written as being opposed to joon making the entire nation reliant on technology only her business can power#by making xiaoli's cousin critical of xunlai jade and express#how terrifying it is to do that post eod#with a shared bond of false accusations of working with the fascist groups of their shared nations#lydia's main story comes much earlier#in the personal story era#as hers is about the reasons why haukur ended up commander instead of her#and how that shaped and changed them both
