George just watched him, trailed his fingertips along the bare cording of Joe’s shoulder and traced the path back up the curve of his neck.

“How many are about me?” He asked, quiet, and refused to back away from the question. The buzz of warmth still seemed to move under his skin, some sort of guide, only growing stronger with the way Joe shifted, still staring at the ceiling, free hand running along the inside of George’s knee in an absent, thoughtful moment.

“All of them.” He said, voice scraped over with the whiskey and touch gentled with the way weak, pale beams of early morning sunshine shone through the half-shuttered window. “Every single goddamn one of them is about you.”
