chanel literally but puts the same styles out over and over again every season but uglier and uglier. u can’t even call it a signature style it’s just wasteful unnecessary and lacks imagination and creativity. i understand the appeal of like 90s stuff cause it was new it was hot whatever but like it’s not even good now. ppl just like the way their elite consumerist brain tingles when they hear the house name. but all my brain gets is confusion bc it’s mediocre at best being praised as genius and coco chanel was a nazi and the house has never said anything about it. just continuing their legacy off of a NAZI. but also i just feel so bad for ppl in that chanel contract bc they sabotage them on carpets soooo bad but get ur bag ig! 9,000$ for a tiny ass purse that has so many layers of paint and film on it that it takes away the beauty and history of leather is just so meaningless. and ik everyone has their own personal style and stuff but like ethics behind what ur wearing??!?!!????!!
