#maybe can we talk about non traditional methods of self harm one of these days#as a teenager I didn’t wear sun screen or bug spray deliberately to hurt myself#get bug bites scratch them until they bled pick the scar make it last as long as possible#skin cancer runs heavily on both sides of my family I deliberately didn’t wear sunscreen#one to get burned but main to deliberately increase my risk of getting skin cancer#because I hated myself
