Maybe it's because I've been looking at too much PR content recently but everything you've said about Ferrari really reminded me of Ducati as well (in the MotoGP context). Obvious disclaimer that these two teams are basically not alike at all as in one is undoubtedly the most historically significant team in their sport while the other is historically completely insignificant in their sport, but just the whole impatience with their athletes (getting rid of them if they don't won championships after a few seasons) and the thirst to sign multi-time champions (Before Marc there were Jorge and Vale, before Lewis there were Seb and Fernando...) . Also having that one guy they were weirdly loyal to despite their usually commitment issues. Even more so with Ducati because at least Charles was successful from the get-go, known flake Ducati really saw Pecco flop around for a good 2 years and were like yeah we should promote him to the factory team. IK contracts but like you said before they don't really mean much at the end of the day. Anyways gonna start RPF-ing Charles x Pecco sad hookup after they both get fired from their dream teams after getting their asses kicked this season 😔😔😔
