My god. I’ve actually followed the rules so far. Btw, Alex your questions are brilliant.

1. Favourite book?

Uhmm, this is really difficult. There are a lot I want to mention. In terms of most read, I’ve read every Harry Potter book at least 7 times, most 8. (And y’all thought YOU were the HP nerds. Pfft. You ain’t got nuthin on that). But then Fire by kristin Cashore is incredibly moving and fantasy and brilliant and also Empress by Karen Miller is incredible, it breaks boundaries I think. The most hard-hitting start to a novel I’ve ever read.

2. First Kiss?

This wasn’t funny the first 10 times I’ve been asked this. I’m just going to sit in a corner and cry.

3. Favourite BBC writer and favourite episode written by them?

Oooh, I think Toby Whitehouse. He wrote all of being human which was all brilliant but the best episode was the last one of the 3rd series. So emotionally packed. Intense dude. Also, whoever wrote a program I can’t remember the name of, I only saw it once. But it was two hour long episodes on a BBC station, and Billie Piper was the lead in the first episode, and then the second was later in her life. Anyway, I have that program to thank for first making me believe in love. Its also upsetting and hysterically funny at times. If you know what its called and tell me I will love you cuz then I can watch it again! (there was a brilliant scene where a character got stuck on a roof if that helps).

4. Invent a word and give it meaning

Ophropy - that feeling when you look in the mirror and you just can’t associate the person you see with yourself. (hopefully I’m not the only person to have experienced this phenomena)

5. Which element would you most like to control? (Earth, air, fire, water)

Hmm, well fire sounds cool but in practice there isn’t that much you could do with it. I think water purely because of a series of books called the storm lord trilogy by Glenda Larke where some of the characters have power over water and its fucking awesome. But then sometimes energy is included as the 5th ruling element, so if it is then energy. We all know how I feel about ruling ;)

6. A single item from any work of fiction can be yours, what is this item?

Aw, fuck man. This is difficult. If this were a real offer I’d reread a load of books and read a load of new ones to make sure I got the coolest thing, but off the top of my head… That necklace that lets you read people’s minds that was on Torchwood. (Although if there is any gadget that lets you do mind control to others too then that)

7. Pick up the nearest book, what is the first sentence of the second paragraph on pg 69.

Dead Reckoning by Charlaine Harris “There was a surge of pleasure from Eric”. That was genuinely it. -.-

8. Describe your favourite meal as you would your OTP?

I don’t have an OTP. Uhmmm, “asfajkghkl pasta and tomatoey sauce and cheese they should really be together, pleaseeee omg they’re just sgnbaioasjkf”. Happy?

9. You have the ability to rewrite any one historical event. What do you do?

The first thing that came to mind is prevent the Holocaust from happening, but I guess I’d have to research first to find the most horrific historical event that caused the most pain for the most people and remove that.

10. The story behind your name on tumblr?

I love 80’s music so I wish this was 1984. That’s when all the best new romantic bands had released or were releasing their stuff and the clubs in london that only let you in if you were new-romantic-enough dressed were open. Also, there’s the political aspect. We’re always watched. Every word I type can be traced to me and we really are controlled now just as much as ever by our government, we just think we’re ‘free’. Freedom of speech is an illusion. I could go on but I’ll save you all the rant. (I haven’t actually read 1984 though I’m absolutely desperate too, and if any of you lend me it I will forever love you, though I plan on buying my own copy this half term).

11. Fictional character you hate the most & reason?

Sookie infuriates me at times. The writers of true blood and Charlaine Harris herself both try and make her so likable that it’s annoying. She needs to be able to have more/different character flaws. I’m not really sure what it is about her she just irritates me.

MY QUESTIONS NOW BITCHEZ. Mwahaa.

1) If you could hear the thoughts and feel the feelings of one person (including their feelings towards others) for a day, who’s would you hear and feel?

Okay, this is a really tough one. But honestly, I think I would like to hear Natalia Kills' concious for a day. If I can gain so much insight and emotion about the human condition and society from her music, just imagine what I could gain in a day of being her.

2) Thoughts on BDSM?

Okay, light stuff like maybe something like tying someone's arms down or blindfolding them or like lightly biting would kinda be sexy. The second that it hurts/humiliates/looks like a medieval torture device/ involves blood, it's somewhat creepy.

3) Put these in order of which you want most - least in your life in the future: Money, success, fame, love, close/good friends, happiness, health (physical)

Fame, Success, Money, Love, close friends, health - We all lost the ability to be happy when we lost our innocence.

4) There are x people I would let kiss me if they wanted to. What number are you replacing x for? (Irl people, otherwise this will be in the thousands bc celebs n all)

The second someone would actually want to kiss me, pigs would grow wings and fly.

5) If you could live in any time period and in any class/job who would you be and when would you have lived and why?

Okay, I would loved to have lived during the Regency Era/Victorian Era, where I could have been a misunderstood runaway, with like an cool old style name who could like end up using weapons while attempting to write novels that would one day become classics. Why? The Regency Era was awesome... Anyone who plays WoW, think of the Worgen Capital, Gilneas. It was just when Guns were becoming widespread but that more classic weapons were still widespread enough. The amount of dark, dreary, gothic literature style adventures I could have would be awesome.

6) If you could bee 50% cleverer or 50% more attractive which would you choose and why? (I know beauty is in the eye of the beholder yadda yada, but some things are universally recognized as beautiful - symmetrical faces, clear even skin etc)

50% more attractive. It would make people like me more, whereas being cleverer would make me even sadder.

7) If you were looking into the mirror of Erised what would you see? (that mirror on HP that people see their hearts desire when they look into it)

Fame and Love

8) If you’d received the marriage offer Clara did, would you have accepted? (Being trapped in a relationship with someone who liked you but you thought was ok but getting to be queen of a massive part of the universe etc. - pretend Matt Smith wasn’t there doing funny faces in the background)

I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. But marry him, murder him, win-win situation.

9) If you knew this would be the last week of your life, what would things would you want to have said? (you don’t have to say who you want to have told this thing, could be “I love you” to my crush or “You used me” without saying who to)

I would probably become the biggest whore I possible could.

10) If you were a style of dance what style would you be, and what style do you wish you were good at?

If I were style of dance, I would be like a fusion of several different genres, that would in itself create its own genre. I wish I was good at dancing period.

11) You win the lottery, what are the first 5 things you spend money on?

Investing, Having a nice house built exactly the way I want it, University, Equipment for my artistic endeavours (including my own studio, soundstage, nice cameras and everything for film and music and more) and a shit ton of clothes.
