Photo dump from @artshantyprojects last weekend. The first one is my favorite shanty, ‘Techno From the Sun,’ a solar-powered shanty containing people generating music on synthesizers and sequencers, with unique controls on the outside of the shanty. Attendees could modulate, adjust sway, and inject samples based on the controls at the front of the shanty. It was so cool.
