I am enjoying the playfulness of wire jewellery but somehow want to make it my own. The tree of life image is beautiful but not my unique idea. I love the wabi wabi approach and want organic flow. I am reiki Usui ans#d Seichim trained and so am combining Reiki power symbol into my pendant explorations. This Cho Ku Rei is a Seichim version which carries a beautiful feminine energy like the copper it is made from. I have used fine red wire as a red thread symbol of connection as I have woven the pieces together into a unified whole. I love the image of the spiral as we travel our path. I was initially unsure what to do with the back but realised that I could make this into a 2 sided piece. There is a beautiful small piece of turquoise woven into the back of this piece.
