OK SO IM GOING TO RANT: I’m black and I see nothing wrong with this. Here’s the problem, I see a lot of canon straight characters being gay, nobody gives a shit. Other way round everyone gives a shit. Same for black/white characters. In a sense you dehumanising black people acting like we can’t stand up for ourselves if we feel offended, and 9/10 times we really don’t. You’re acting like I give a shit if some artist does the pettiest things towards black people. Like if I was that low in real life I’d get triggered whenever I see my classmates (all of them are white) cause they say nigga/nigger a bunch of times in blantly racist ways and even draw swatikas on the school grounds. The thing is they really aren’t racist cause I talk to them on a daily basis, they just do that to try and look cool and edgy, I’m not saying it alright, I’m saying in comparison, drawing black characters more athletic is LITERALLY NOTHING! Don’t act like they are nazis for fucks sake like holy shit. Sure I don’t like it but that’s no excuse to call someone shitty. Don’t talk about stuff you don’t understand. if you’re an artist an your “style” is to draw a black/dark skin character way buffer/masculine/taller than they actually are, esp. in comparison to nonblack characters, you’re just a shitty artist
