Little native bee anthro sketch! I'm trying to find a medium between accuracy and stylization. I want to get to the point where people can identify my characters down to species just from the drawing. If you can successfully tell what this is, extra brownie points to you! (I'll reveal the species in a couple of days anyway.) Hint: assume this bee lives natively in the northeastern US.

gharech is a spry young fella who likes bugs and art. He spends a lot of time outside chasing the flying arthro-cucumbers of his homeplanet. He's also a major foodie and will sneak in to take some food even while everyone is still cooking e_e he also has some experience with space trade and computers from folks visiting from off-planet

Him and Yaru, my carnalist avian oc, also both have a taste for 21st century human music. Because it's rly funny to think about

Hi, you can call me Arthro, Arthr, Artie... any shortening of Arthropod is great. Pronouns are primarily they/them but occasional he/him is good too. I am agender/nonbinary/demiboy/Just Some Guy, and aro-ace!

As you can tell, i post fandoms a lot, at the time of writing i am very (actually autistic) about primarily mcyt (hermitcraft/life series) and a little bit of deltarune. I do not have a tagging system for reblogs, but i do try to tag spoilers for something that's new.

I also do a lot of reblog games/ 'in the tags' posts. Not sorry

Generally speaking, for reblogs, art including fic gets reblogged immediately and text posts and memes go into the queue. I also have a side blog, @arthropod-concoctions , where i post fanfic (and occasionally fanart, if i have the courage) that i've made!

UPDATE (1/09/2019): Im now very close to going broke. I’ve only got approx $50aud to my name and, though I’m owed another $50aud, I’m only gonna end up with about $9 from it and I have to make that last for 7 weeks for food and transport to & from uni. Anything will be helpful, and I’m fully willing to negotiate lower prices than what’s shown.

Background Clarification: Solid/single color BG (background)= free, Sketched BG= +$2, Lined BG= +$4, Flat coloured BG= +$8 Full coloured BG= +$16. If only a landscape without characters is wanted, add a dollar to the price.

References or detailed descriptions are NECESSARY. Without one (or both) of those, the commission will take a lot longer.

Chibi/cartoon: $15 with single colour background, +$4 for complicated bg Simple Animation: $20 Line/sketch, $30 flat/full coloured.
