A/N: As someone who lives with chronic pain (I have fibromyalgia & arthritis), this hits home.
He would do anything to help you
all you'd need to do is call for him
if you need him to massage a certain area, he will do so
he would get whiney when you do something on your own instead of asking him to help
he knew you could do things on your own
you were capable, sure, but that doesn't mean you should hurt yourself further
you don't need to need to prove yourself to him

Today was not going his way. From the moment he woke up, Primo had been facing anything and everything going wrong. He went to brush his teeth? No toothpaste left. Went to take a shower? The ghouls had used up all the hot water.
He woke up late for the first time in 100 years and he was beginning to wish he never woke up at all.
With a grumble he walked out to the gardens, hoping to find some peace amongst his flowery friends. He hadn’t finished up the work he wanted to get done yesterday. Thinking the sunshine would fix everything, he took a deep breath as he put one foot in front of the other and stepped out into the fresh air.
Peering out across the yard, it looked like he would be left to his own devices for the most part. It wasn’t that he was a grumpy fellow, but today was trying his unholy amount of patience. He didn’t want to make any of the Siblings upset with his grumpy attitude, and almost tripping over his robes as he went down the steps was not helping.
“Saint Lucifer…”
He walked slowly over to his flower patch, and began tending to his leafy companions. The beautiful hues of blue, purple, pink and white shining brightly under the midday sun as he worked. Some would say that the plants and flowers perked up at his presence. Bending their stems all right ways to help him prune easier, glowing as he gave them soft words of encouragement to grow strong and healthy.
Primo loved working in the garden, it was warm and comforting. It brought him immense joy and happiness. However today it seemed a lot more like work than usual. The arthritis in his hands and fingers making it quite painful to close the scissors and pluck weeds around the stems and hold the watering can.
With a pained groan, the scissors fell out of his hands and onto the ground. The Rhododendron he was working on almost resting its leaves over his arm in comfort.
“You’re right little ‘dendron, maybe that’s enough for today.”
You were walking through the garden when you heard Primo’s frustrated sigh, quickly making your way over to find him sitting on the ground.
“Papa! What are you doing on the ground?”
He looked up at you and tried to give a small smile, but you could tell it was quite pained. “I’m fine my dear. Just… resting.”
You noticed how he clutched and rubbed at his knuckles and hands with a look of discomfort. With a small roll of your eyes you bent down to help the ancient one to his feet. He wobbled and grasped your arm for stability as his vision faded and quickly returned, an unfortunate side effect of standing too quickly.
“Thank you, amore. I do think I need some rest, would you care to help me to the gazebo?”
“Of course, Papa.”
The two of you slowly walked arm in arm. Headed towards a large gothic gazebo that stood in the middle of the elegant garden, you made a point to hold up Primo’s robes to avoid another tripping hazard. The gazebo had 2 steps up to a round platform, two plush chairs sat on either side with a comfy couch with pillows decorating the centre.
“You need to take better care of yourself, Primo. What’s happened today, you aren’t yourself.”
Helping him up the couple steps, you two plopped down onto the very comfortable couch sharing a tired huff and a chuckle.
“The dark one is testing me today, Cuore mio. I wake up unfashionably late and look what happens.” He holds out his shaking hands, attempting to bend his fingers. They only get so far before he hisses in discomfort. “I barely got to tend to 4 of my flowers this afternoon.”
With a sad smile you take his hands in yours, massaging his pained joints in hope to bring him some comfort.
“The world will not end if you take a day off, you know. You probably needed the rest, you work yourself too hard, Papa.”
Primo let out a small chuckle, gently patting your head. “I would not care to find out if that’s true, but perhaps today you are right.”
You leaned in closer, resting your head on his shoulder while Primo wrapped his arms around you. He was genuinely enjoying the company as he brushed the last of the garden dirt and grass off of his robes. Since you picked him up off the ground, things have started going right. In your embrace his mind finally went quiet. All the bad things that happened today faded away and his frustrations ceased.
He laid back against the back of the couch, grabbing a pillow as he guided you to lay in his lap. You both sat together in silence, taking in the sound of birds chirping in the trees and the wind whistling through the branches. It was exactly what he needed, but would never admit.
“Are you comfortable? Do you need anything? Excuse my manners, I never asked about your day.”
“You don’t need to ask about my day, today is about you,” you tutted.
“Oh I am fine. I am always fine.”
“Yes but sometimes it's nice to have people look after you, yes?” You looked up at his softened expression.
“Of course.” He said, running a hand through your hair gently, leaving a small tender kiss on your forehead. “Thank you for taking such good care of me. My bad mood has been lifted, and my day brightened. Grazie mille.”
“Oh, Primo! I almost forgot!” You carefully jumped up from his lap to kneel next to the basket you brought out to the gardens. Rummaging through the goods inside, you pulled out some freshly baked muffins and scones, some cream and a bottle of pressed juice from the kitchens.
“I was coming out here for a little picnic, but I found you instead and you’re not allowed to let me enjoy these goodies alone!”
You pulled the glass coffee table closer and laid out the food and glasses on it. Pouring a glass for Primo and then yourself. You delighted in the opportunity to spoil him since he often got forgotten within the Ministry.
Primo mainly got friendly “Hello’s!” as he passed Siblings and Clergymen in the hallways, but nothing more. In his retirement he no longer had much of a role to play, but you loved all the conversations you had with the older Papa. He was full of interesting fun facts and stories, you made it your life's mission to hear everything he was willing to share.
Spreading the cream on a scone, you placed it on a plate with a muffin and some grapes and handed it to him with a smile.
“I can get my own plate, amore. I am fine.” He returned the same smile.
“I know,” You shrugged. “I was putting one together for me anyway.”
Returning to your place beside him on the couch and trying the muffin, you noticed him struggling to grab a grape off the stem.
“Oh Papa, Mi dispiace. I forgot.” You grabbed the entire thing off his plate and picked off each grape, discarding the stem. You even put them into a separate small bowl so they wouldn’t run away.
“Thank you very much, Amore. My arthritis is quite bad today, si? We must be getting some rain.”
“At least the plants and flowers will be happy! It’s been a bit dry lately.”
Primo nods as he takes a bite of the scone and hums in delight.
“Did you bring my favourite buttermilk raspberry scones just because you like me, or were you hoping for another story?”
Your face flushed slightly embarrassed and looked at him with hopeful eyes. “If you had another story I wouldn’t be opposed to hearing it.”
“For you, I will tell all my stories… so one day you can tell them when I am gone.”
It was mid afternoon when he began. The sun began to set as the story came to an end, the juice now empty and the plates carrying the crumbly remains of muffins and scones. Your mind once again alive as you followed along in another of Primo’s many exciting adventures.

Best Course of Treatment - Crockett Marcel × Reader
"You okay Y/N?"
You look up and smile at your husband.
"I'm good."
Crockett hangs his coat up and frowns at you.
"Positive?"
You nod.
"Yeb."
He sits down next to you on the couch.
"Y/N." He raises an eyebrow. "I'm a doctor I know when an patient is not being honest with me."
"I'm not a patient."
"But you are my wife and we have known each other for a very long time now. That smile...That's not the smile I love. This smile is hiding something." He rests his hand on your knee and looks at you with concern. "I'm gonna ask again are you okay?"
You blew out a heavy sigh.
"It's nothing." You answered. The other eyebrow shoots up. You shake your head. "I swear it's nothing it's not even that bad." You look down at your feet. "My feet are sore I blame the new heels." You smile a little. "New shoes are always a bitch."
He looks at your feet and notices the redness around your toes.
"Well you poor thing." He gives you a smug smile. "Good job I'm a doctor."
"Which you told me many times."
"And I can make this all better for you." He leans forward and gives you a peck on the lips. "Wait here I'll be right back."
Few moments later Crockett comes back with a jar of foot cream.
"Here." He props the pillow against the couch. "Lay down."
You lie down. Crockett takes one of your feet and brings it on to his lap. He opens the jar and scoops some cream out on to his hand.
"Babe." You shake your head. "You had a long shift you should be resting."
"And let you suffer?" He grins. "Never. Now relax and let me take care of you."
Those words immediately filled you with warmth. You couldn't help the smile that spread across your face.
"Okay. Ready?" He asked.
You nod.
Crockett then starts to rub the cream into your foot.
"Oh God." You immediately moan as he starts to massage your foot.
"That good?"
"Very." You answered with another moan.
Once the cream is soaked into the skin Crockett curls his hand into a fist and presses down into the sole of your foot.
A curse slips from your mouth. Crockett's lips tug upwards as he continued kneading you.
His other hand grasps your toes and he gently rotates them. He turns your toes side to side.
"So good." You mumbled.
His hand cups around your foot and he gives your feet a squeeze.
"This all helps to relieve stress, tension." Crockett nodded. "It also improves blood flow and quality of sleep it even improves lower back pain and decreases your chances in getting arthritis."
You roll your eyes at him.
"Thanks really wanted to know that."
"No problem." He grins at you. "Just keeping you informed that's my job after all."
You again roll your eyes. He chuckles and returns his attention back to your foot. You close your eyes and continue to enjoy the massage.
Then you feel his hand slowly trailing up your skirt. You suddenly tense up as his fingers hook on to the hem of your panties.
"So much tension here." He shakes his head. "We have to do something about that. I know the best course of treatment." He looks up at you and smirks. "Do I get your consent Y/N?"
You look into his dark eyes and smirk back at him.
"Yes Dr Marcel you have my consent."
His grin widens.
"Excellent."
Within a second Crockett pulls your panties down and tosses them on the ground. He then teases your entrance. He circles your vagina and enjoys the frustrated sigh that comes from you.
"Crockett."
Just then you gasp.
He sticks his finger inside you.
He starts to thrust you. It started of slow at first but eventually he started to pick up the pace.
Then he sticks another finger inside you. He pushes all the way in causing you to cry out. You moan his name. You curse out loud as he hits the sensitive spots. You grit your teeth as his fingers move up, down and around you.
"Fuck!" You groaned.
Your hands grab the nearest pillow. You put the pillow over your face in order to muffle the sounds that came from you. Crockett quickly pulls out and goes back inside you again. That caused another cry from you. It came out muffled due to the pillow being over your face.
Crockett lays a hand on your trembling thigh and sighs.
"My patients are less squeamish than you."
He sounded disappointed. You remove the pillow and see the amusement in his eyes and the cheeky grin that formed on his lips.
"Admit it." He raises an eyebrow. "I'm good with my hands."
That made you groan.
But he is right. You thought with a sigh.
Crockett Marcel is good with his hands.
"You are a surgeon." You replied. "It would be weird if you are not good with your hands."
"Fair point."
As he leans forward his finger pushes inside of you again. You immediately go to cover your face but Crockett takes the pillow of you and shakes his head.
"I want to hear you. I want to hear those beautiful sounds from you." You bite your lip wanting to challenge him. He grasps your lips with his and tugs your lips away from your teeth. "I also want to see that smile."
Your lips tug upwards. He grins which makes your smile grow wider.
"That's the one." He kisses you. You respond and kiss him back. His tongue pushes inside and rolls along with yours. Your hands go to his back and you deepen the kiss.
"Y/N." He moaned into the kiss.
Hearing the way he said your name immediately made you push your body on to him. He growls and shoves another finger inside you.
His fingers start to pick up the pace again. He fucks you while he kisses you passionately. Your nails dig into his back. His other hand tugs at your hair. He pulls hard which causes you to gasp. He hungrily kisses you all over. He latches on to your ear lope and nibbles at it. He sends a trail of kisses down your collarbone towards your chest. He shoves his hand down your bra and cups your breast into his hand. He then squeezes your breast.
"CROCKETT GOD...GOD!"
Your scream causes him to increase his grip on you. He is going faster now. It is more intense, more rough and you are enjoying every moment of it. You loved how you are able to bring this animalistic side out of him.
You smirked at the thought.
Well that's one thing I am good at.
Suddenly you can feel the fire forming at the bottom of your belly. You are reaching your climax you are close.
"Croc...Crockett!" You panted. "I...I need...need."
"Yes!" His mouth moves to your ear. "Do it! I want to taste you. I want to taste you so bad Y/N!"
You didn't hesitate. You cry out as the tremor went through your body. You then let it all out.
Once it was all out you drop your head back on to the pillows and sigh heavily.
Crockett loosens his grip on you. He goes back and sits on his knees. His fingers slide out of you. His fingers are wet and sticky.
He then brings his fingers to his mouth and sucks on them. He does it slowly. He gives you a devilish smile as he licks up every part of you.
"All good in that department." He said pretending to sound professional. "Nothing to be worried about."
You laugh but it came out as more of a squeak than a laugh.
He pulls you in towards his chest and wraps his arms around you. He then kisses your forehead and strokes your back. After a while you look up at him and ask.
"Are you going to do my other foot now?"
He laughs.
"You sure you can handle it?" He asked with a teasing smirk.
You nod.
"Absolutely." You wiggled your foot. "I'm all yours."
He grins.
"I like the sound of that."
He picks up the jar of cream.
"Ready?" He asked.
You grin and again nod.
"Ready."

Plot: Myla has bad arthritis in her feet and toes and hands and fingers, one night it gets bad and Chan helps her through it.

Chan sits up quickly on the couch when he hears Myla yelp out in pain "Baby?! What's wrong?!" Myla whimpers as her left foot start to become numb and becomes in pain.
Chan kneels down in front of her in worry and grabs her left foot as she whimpers, he watches as one of her toes tires to cross the other one and he gently puts both hands on her foot and gentle adds pressures which makes her crying decrease and she whimpers as she still feels the pain.
Chan gently starts massaging her foot and he whispers lovingly "I got you baby, I got you."
Myla whimpers and waits for the pain to stop but it doesn't it just becomes dull and she leans forward causing Chan to let go of her foot and places his hands on her waist as she cups his face gently, tears rolling down her face and whispers "Thank you, can you maybe get an ice pack? and see if that helps more?"
Chan nods and quickly rushes to the kitchen and grabs an ice pack before running back to her side and she sighs in relief when he puts the ice pack on her toes.
Myla leans forward and kisses his forehead in thanks.
Chan smiles and nuzzles her gently and he whispers "Does your back hurt?" Myla nods and he picks her up gently and he whispers "Let's get you in bed babygirl."
