In Batman 181# (cover date June, 1966) Poison Ivy, Dragonfly, Silken Spider, and Tiger Moth were introduced. They were created by Robert Kanigher and Sheldon Moldoff. Of them, Poison Ivy was the break out character who would become a regular in Batman's rogues gallery.
