Hi folks, hello and namaskar to all as I’m inspired by my Marathi roots. Seems like cooking has become my daily dose now. As you all can guess from my post it’s hot piping soft n spongy idlis along with hearty stew made from yellow lentils along with vegetables the so called sambar n fresh groundnut coriander chutney.
