Never understood the Angel's friends season 1 cliffhanger with the voiceover of Arkan and Temtel. It's clear that the writers wanted to make them look like they're the villains but it's completely obvious in S2 that they are entirely lost when it comes to Raf's mother and where she is so it basically makes no sense.

It's also the time where I complain about Malakai not having a proper funeral and real emotional moment to realize he died. Like bitch please he protected Raf in a far better way than Arkan ever did and he just has one line after his death? No that's totally unfair.

And I will probably complain more about season 2 because there are lots of problems in it but also really cool things like Gas/Miki who will both have more screentime alone and together. Or Kabalé/Cabria who is basically the fantastic queer couple everyone loves. We also get to see the whole scene where everyone is completely lost with Raf, Sulfus and Dolce's explanations which always was the most hilarious scene of the serie for me!

Anyway let's continue my journey in rewatching Angel's Friends, this unfairly overhated show I always loved even with its flaws!

Tbh I always assumed it was because everyone knew that the asexual biromantic power couple that was Arkan and Temtel was the best way to protect them

Thinkin abt...... the golden school right

And how it contains a portrait for every living terrestrial

But what abt the rest of the world?? I mean surely there's gotta be twice the amount of eternals than terrestrials and I doubt they'd all be taught in the same school (also cause. some would simply be too far from their humans I mean if they live halfway around the world it would just be dumb yanno)

This leads me to believe there's more schools in which eternals are taught

So why would the golden school have ALL the portraits specifically?? Is there something special about it?? Why are they in a school to begin with? How do they even fit??? If they're so important why are they stored in an easy access room full of teens (half of which are encouraged to literally go against the rules)?

It raises so many questions like I'm losing my mind what's the deal with the portraits

Okay but the way Arkan always calls Temtel by her name when he thinks she's in danger is absolutely adorable. Also, the fact that they always break the veto without even realizing it, is so amusing to me.

Headcanon: They wear those big clothes because they hide the marks of everytime they broke the veto.

Even though my OTP is Miki/Gas and Raf/Sulfus and Misha/Gabe fight for the second place in my heart I just have so many headcanons about Arkan/Temtel...
