I am extremely excited to bring you my take on a completely plant-based Christmas "Ham" with a "meaty" texture, amazing taste and a beautiful glaze on top. It kind of grossed me out how much it looks like ham 😳 but I swear it is #vegan, #glutenfree and even #oilfree. 👏🙌👏 It creates a beautiful holiday roast for Christmas Dinner or anytime really.
