What are the Important Topics for JEE Mathematics?
JEE Maths is the subject that most JEE applicants are concerned about. It entails complex concepts, but it also necessitates a significant amount of labour to solve multiple problems. Remember one word if you want to achieve in JEE maths: PRACTICE!!! If you want to enhance your JEE maths and get good grades, you should spend more time-solving problems than reading theories, equations, and answers.
You should be able to solve the tasks with ease. You can improve this by putting in a lot of practice time before the exam. Be tenacious in your pursuit of knowledge, and learn something new every day. JEE Maths questions also assess your ability to focus on a problem and find an answer swiftly. Many people lose up in the middle of a question because they believe it is too long or difficult. That is not something you should do. The JEE Maths paper is never too complicated or lengthy, and there will be students who score higher than 95% on the same paper as you, so why not you?
Important Topics for JEE Mathematics
Don’t recommend solutions without first trying them out: With all of the JEE Mathematics books and study materials available, most students tend to read a question and quickly look for the answer. This is entirely incorrect, and if you continue in this manner for an extended period, you will get reliant on solutions and create a poor habit of yielding. In JEE Maths, on the other hand, you must have a battling mindset. Try your hardest to figure out the trick. We understand you don’t have much time to spend on each question, but at least 60-70 per cent of the time, you should try the question yourself first (spend 10-15 minutes on average on each question) before consulting the solution. It is critical to attempt initially since your brain develops only when you put it under stress.
Important Maths Chapters for JEE: From the standpoint of JEE, some chapters are pretty crucial. Integrals, 3-D Geometry, Probability, Conic Section, Vector Algebra, Functions, Limits, Continuity & Derivability, Matrices & Derivatives, Probability, Permutation, and Combination are among the chapters covered. These chapters could account for up to 65-70 percent of your final grade.
Important JEE Maths chapters and strategies for mastering them: Quadratic equation, Trigonometry, Inverse Trigonometric Functions, Permutation and Combination, Circle, Binomial theorem, Sequence and Series are all crucial chapters for JEE.
The NCERT Mathematics books include all of the necessary information as well as basic and easy questions. They aid in the formation of a solid intellectual foundation and the development of confidence. As far as Jee Main is concerned, this is more than enough. You can go on to advanced problems if you’ve mastered all of the fundamentals.
Make sure you review the formulas for Coordinate Geometry from a credible source. The ideal method is to write them all down on a piece of paper and modify them regularly. Only by putting them into practice can you learn them. As a result, try to solve as many issues as you can.
Take a notebook and jot down all of the formulas, identities, and so on for trigonometry. Examine the notebook you’ve kept daily and make sure it’s up to date. Pure questions of trigonometry are uncommon in JEE Maths, according to the recent pattern of questions. However, some Trigonometry knowledge may be required for topics using Calculus, Coordinate Geometry, Sequence, and Series. As a result, it is preferable to go over the complete formulas and get some practice from RD Sharma.
If you understand the basics of calculus, pick any publication book, such as Arihant Publications, and begin tackling the problems. It is not true that if you solve 100 questions in Calculus, you will solve any issue in that area. For that, you must solve a large number of issues.
Permutations and Combinations, and Probability are two JEE Maths topics in which you must first use your head before using mathematics. Converse will almost always land you in serious trouble. Begin by giving an overview of what the question is asking; for example, if it asks about grouping theory, that particular formula should come to mind. After that, put mathematics away for a moment and think about it as if it were a real-life situation. Start by applying mathematics if you’ve considered what you’d do to solve the problem. By following all the topics it can a student weak in maths crack IIT.
Tutoroot IIT JEE Classes offer Personalised Learning Programs to help you achieve exceptional results in your Competitive Exam. It assists students in identifying their deficiencies by supporting them in preparing for JEE through real-time interactive IIT JEE sessions. They offer adaptive courseware that allows you to learn at your speed.

how did u revise for neet ug?? I'm prepping for it rn but with postponing of boards my mind is feeling v saturated. any tips anything will be very helpful. thanks in advance and take care ❤
Hi! Hope you're doing well. You're in one of the most stressful periods of an Indian student's life, ngl.... I totally understand the struggle buddy 😔
I gave my neet ug in 2016, the cursed year when all the state entrances were suddenly cancelled out of the blue and neet ug was made mandatory for medical college admissions. I remember anxiously filling forms for at least 8 different exams and even giving a couple of them, then bam, neet ug news drops and chaos ensues. Fun times 🙃
Anyways.... For revision, I'd say the quantity of revisions matter more than the quality of the revisions : as in, you try to schedule in as many as possible, even if they're not "good/perfect" revisions, you know? It's literally not possible to get into the depth of each and every topic / concept they ask in neet, in any of the three subjects. Some chapters will be less well prepared / known than others, but don't stress about that, just keep solving the questions and at one point, you'll realise most of them revolve around certain specific segments / facts from the obscure topics, and u just need to know only those points!
Apart from that, personally speaking, my struggle was with organic chem (I still hate it with all my heart 🤢🤮). I was mentally prepared to flunk entire segments from that because literally most of it went over my head rip, but simultaneously, I had to balance it out with my scores from physics (my fav), bio, and inorganic chem. And thankfully that worked out smh lol
If you're an Aakash student like me (overlooking their terrible business practices, bc truthfully their material and classes helped me a lot 🙈) then cover ALL their study mat religiously. It goes for whichever coaching institute ur taking classes from (if any).
If that doesn't apply to you, then buy 10 years or 15 years qbanks asap (usually publishers like Arihant or Tata McGrawHill have some test series books n stuff like that) and start solving them.
TIME YOURSELF. I cannot stress this enough.
If your actual test time is 3 hours, try to solve the paper in under 1.5 hours at home, cuz believe me, the faster you push urself to solve the questions, the better you'll get at calculations, and time management, and knowing which questions to spend time on, and which Q to come back later to. Start w your strongest subject = least time consuming one (it was bio for me) then progress to the most difficult subject. Keep the bigger calculations in the physics paper for the last, if you're not confident enough w that particular formula/concept.
These were some general tips I could think of, off the top of my head. Hope they help :)
Don't stress too much, take it one chapter at a time, revise your weakest topics thoroughly, and all the best 😊👍

In A Year's Time
[I decided to do a little series comparing how everyone was immediately after Understring fell and about a year later/present day. Each character will get their own part. Hope y'all enjoy!]
[Part One... Weaver!]
[CB belongs to the amazing @idiot-arih :D]
[Understring's Fall]
Seeing that his AU and home has been completely destroyed, Weaver spends a lot of time traveling. He makes himself a set of clothes and learns how to teleport more accurately. He also learns that he possesses strings of code.
This discovery is absolutely horrifying, yet so so interesting. In his hands is the exact thing that murdered his loved ones. ...what was it like? Holding an instrument of destruction in your hands? The temptation is too powerful, so Weaver experiments with his strings in a random AU.
The results... aren't good. He can immediately tell that his strings are much more powerful than Patches'. And taking a closer look, the code isn't even from the AU he stands in. Out of sheer panic, Weaver flees and winds up in another AU.
This is where he encounters a strange looking... Sans? Well, kind of like Sans - just with a long brown scarf and colorful vials. The stranger introduces themself as Sable, guardian of the multiverse. Or, more accurately, just someone who runs around trying to keep AUs alive.
This prompts Weaver to ask if they've heard of Understring. It's not likely, but perhaps this skeleton can help him out. Sable doesn't recognize the name, but asks Weaver to tell him about the AU. He shares everything, from the arrival of Patches to his experiment with the strings.
The guardian is stunned. It's like the affect of his paints have suddenly worn off, and they can't feel anything. Another... destroyer? Another Error? No matter how bad it might make him look, Sable needed to leave. They make an excuse and bolt, leaving Weaver alone.
All alone, with only his anger and loneliness for company. Not a good combination...
[A Year Later]
Over the year, Weaver was in a destructive daze. It was an endless cycle of destruction, without any regards for the consequences. Until one day, he meets CB.
He practically fell head over heels in love. And who can blame him? CB is, quite simply, a perfect match for Weaver. (Link to what happens next)
To briefly summarize, meeting CB is enough to end Weaver's destructive gloom. Eventually, CB proposes and the two are happily married. Finally, Weaver can let go of the past and live freely.
Today, he has friends, a wonderful partner, and two cat companions.

What are the Important Topics for JEE Mains?
Tumblr media
Here the set of 8 Important Topics for JEE Mathematics
1.    Don’t recommend solutions without first trying them out: With all of the JEE Maths books and study materials available, most students tend to read a question and quickly look for the answer. This is entirely incorrect, and if you continue in this manner for an extended period, you will get reliant on solutions and create a poor habit of yielding. In online courses for IIT JEE, on the other hand, you must have a battling mindset.
3.    Important JEE Maths chapters and strategies for mastering them: Quadratic equation, Trigonometry, Inverse Trigonometric Functions, Permutation and Combination, Circle, Binomial theorem, Sequence and Series are all crucial chapters for JEE.
5.    Make sure you review the formulas for Coordinate Geometry from a credible source. The ideal method is to write them all down on a piece of paper and modify them regularly. Only by putting them into practice can you learn them. As a result, try to solve as many issues as you can.
7.    If you understand the basics of calculus, pick any publication book, such as Arihant Publications, and begin tackling the problems. It is not true that if you solve 100 questions in Calculus, you will solve any issue in that area. For that, you must solve a large number of issues.

Preparation Strategy for Prelims, Mains, Interview for Madhya Pradesh Public Services exam
My views for Civil services MPPSC
The civil service is one of the prestigious and challenging careers in our country. Approximately between 1–2 lakh students appear for MPPSC Prelims. Regarding the total number of selections, it depends on the total vacancies, for example in 2013, there were 755 vacancies, 591 in 2014, 435 in 2015 and 255 in 2016 in 2018 Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has released a recruitment notification for 202 posts of Deputy Collector (Naib Tehsildar), Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) and More.
So you can see the vacancies are decreasing every year and competition increasing, the candidates are giving very tuff competition to each other in this scenario only the focused and systematic study plan can help you to compete. Joining a good MPPSC coaching in indore will help you achieve your dream.
How should you start as a beginner?
As a beginner starting from point zero one can buy mppsc previous year question paper module and attempt some questions daily, moreover the questions from NCERT too will help. Start writing answers and when you study, don’t wait for the whole or even sufficient amount of syllabus to be finished. For example if you are reading history and you completed The Mauryan empire soon after check previous years papers and try to answer related question as many as you wish. Don’t wait to complete the full subject or syllabus it will not be good approach you can skip such question for later which don’t cover your prepared topics.
Qualities required for cracking the civil services
Good Intelligence quotient (IQ)
Good reading skills
Good scoring potential through good memorizing skills and ability to reproduce original ideas and concept
Hard work and perseverance
Good writing skills
Focus and determination
Good analytical skills
Proper planning and time management
Good Emotional Intelligence (EQ)
High self esteem and confidence
MPPSC Civil Services is a comprehensive exam it need at least 2 years of preparation and 10-12 hours daily study. A few people may be lucky who can make it with just one year of study and single attempt. The MPPSC is not just looking for hard working people but also smart working people. The students who plan their schedule properly using time management techniques, will have better chances to succeed.
MPPSC Prelims Preparation
The first step to enter in MPPSC is prelims exam so you have to be very careful, serious and focused while preparing for the mppsc pre exam. It consists of two papers Paper 1 for General Studies it is of 200 marks having 100 questions each having 2 marks with no negative marking. This is the scoring paper of prelims exam for mains this is the only paper on it's basis you will got selection in mains. You can divide it in 3 parts First Special: approx 20 question comes out 0f 100, you are giving exam for MP state psc then your knowledge about your state should be very much strong. Second part is Current Affairs: at least 10 questions comes from current affairs, The national issues which are currently running in our country you have to knowledge about that, for this read 2 news papers at least. give at least 2 hours to news paper reading for current affairs news. By this your mains exam preparation will be done. Third part is Acts (SC/ST, HR, CR): These are 3 acts added by MPPSC board in syllabus you should have deep knowledge about SC/ST Act, Human Rights Protection Act, Civil Rights Protection Act. Easily 10 question will be coverd by this acts section. So the 40 marks will be covered by these 3 topics MP, Current and Acts. You can crack prelims easily by preparing this three topics so strongly. Remaining 60% will be covered by other subjects like science, history, geography etc.
Paper 2 for General Aptitude it is of 200 marks having 100 questions each having 2 marks with no negative marking. It is qualifying paper you need to score 40% marks in it to qualify and it can be easily done.
MPPSC Mains: Study Plan -
Generally after Prelims exam result announcement aspirants got 60 days to prepare for the Mains exam. These two months are going to be the most important days of your MPPSC mains preparation. In order to crack this, you need a robust mains study plan along with the relevant study material.
I- MPPSC General Studies Paper I
GS 1 mainly contains Geography and History. These portions are static, lengthy and factual in nature. Therefore, most students, especially first-timers tend to spend almost half of their preparation time on this paper. While the weightage of this paper is around 21 %(300/1400). So, the careful utilization of time is the key.
So, instead of reading it thoroughly, read all the topics mentioned in syllabus once this month and then revise it in next month. For Indian History, you can refer to any book which is comfortable for you. For World History, and other important topics of Geography you can refer to these links. It should not take more than two weeks to complete Paper 1.
II- MPPSC General Studies Paper II
GS 2 mainly covers polity and social issues. Polity has mostly static content for which your prelims preparation will help you. Revise those notes; alternatively, you can prepare polity through M. Laxmikant, one of the best source to read polity. Five days are enough to cover Polity along with Security issues.
Next part is the Social Issues which requires knowledge of current affairs. Static portion like acts, organization etc you can cover from here in very little time. Read the schemes of Central and State government concerning Education, Health, Welfare sector etc. along with other topics mentioned in the syllabus. Prepare your own notes and try to cover this portion in 5-6 days. Notes will help you in revision.
III- MPPSC General Studies Paper III
The first half of MPPSC GS paper 3 covers Indian Economy, whereas other half has these important topics: Science & Technology, Reasoning, and DI, Environment, Energy etc.
For Indian economy, you may refer to Sharma Academy's video lectures or Indian Economy by S.N.Lal. These sources will give you an insight on almost every topic mentioned in the syllabus. Along with this, read the summary of ‘Indian Economic Survey’ and ‘Indian & State Budget 2018’. Also, go through the schemes for rural, urban, and agriculture sector. Try to complete it in 5-6 days.
Fo Environment section, you can refer NCERT Books, you can also read these topics from the internet. As environment portion is limited so complete it in two days.
For Science & Technology, the best strategy is to read out the particular topic from Science NCERT class 7-10. And for emerging technologies refer any notes or read it from various internet feeds. It will take two days to complete this part.
For Reasoning, practice the type of questions asked in previous year papers. Refer the source you used for CSAT preparation during prelims preparation.
IV- MPPSC General Studies Paper IV
GS paper 4 is all about ethics and case studies. Student needs to have a clear perspective and positive mindset to attempt this paper. Some of the topics you can read from any book like Ethics by Lexicon Publication or by Arihant. Try to mug up as many thinkers as you can because in past lot of many questions were asked from this topic.
Around 75 marks out of 200 are from case studies and the easiest way to score in them is to practice as many case studies as you can. Cover the entire ethics paper in 4-5 days.
V- MPPSC Paper V: General Hindi
This paper checks your proficiency in Hindi language. Study Hindi Grammar from any standard book and practice letter, report writing etc to secure good marks and take an edge from other students. Do not devote any particular day for this paper, instead, try to give one our daily to finish one topic from syllabus each day.
VI- MPPSC Paper VI: Essay
This paper has the least weightage but it doesn’t mean it is less important. For essay preparation, read newspaper daily to have good content with you and practice one or two essays every Sunday to get proficiency in writing the essay.
The above preparation will take around 35-40 days to cover the whole syllabus once. Then in the remaining days try to revise whatever you read at least two times. One more thing, like study, practice is also very much important for mains examination. Therefore, you must daily do some answer writing practice, or you can join a test series. Test Series is good idea to evaluate your self try to solve the questions in particular time limit and use a timer to analyse your efficiency to write. Specially in word limit question's answer.
MPPSC: Interview preparation
Interview is the third stage of MPPSC examination in this interviewers evaluate the candidate's potential for civil services and examine their personality it is to assess the personal suitability of the candidate for public services. There is no any book or syllabus for interview here you can get high marks with less hard work. Start Interview preparation for MPPSC after the mains exam don't wait for the result. Generally question arise from your surrounding which you mention in your profile (biodata) the interview team will go through your biodata then will ask the questions about your native place, your education, if you were in job they ask about your work experience.
Short words for MPPSC
This exam needs hard work and full concentration of the aspirant.
Use test series for practice it is essential to test your analysis power, you can try more than one test series will be beneficial for accuracy speed and analysis of self.
Enhance your accuracy in question solving.
Increase your speed of question answering.
Do writing practice as more as you can.
Develop writing skills write at least 40-45 pages in 3 hours.
