Has anyone else ever been offered a job only for the onboarding paperwork link to be broken, and upon learning most people who were hired all have the same problem of literally being unable to accept the job due to being unable to fill out said onboarding paperwork, the company decides that we applicants need to call a completely different help desk line that's not even affiliated with the company to see if they can fix it, and if they can't then they'll "figure out what to do next", all the while the pay for the job has not been discussed because it was within the onboarding paperwork details that are hidden behind a broken fucking link?

Anyway no one wants to work anymore or whatever

#it was funny in a pathetic way at first but after emailing 3x only to get a call the next day like “hey did you see the offer” & then being #told everything i mentioned above between two call backs.. hm! bad! it was a temp position but also like yeah i can definitely see why you #are understaffed & need temps if this is how your business operates. have you considered not running a business this way? im so curious #what the pay was gonna be too bc i KNOW it was gonna suck but i dont think i wanna go through hoops all day just to maybe still not know #bc i have a sneaking suspicion this wont be solved easily based on every other step of this process lol
