i listen to tts r/askreddit compilations on youtube and my favorite ones are the paranormal life stories, here are a few genre of stories that come back regularly:

- this is a good prompt to test my writing skills (quality may vary)

- something legitimately freaky happened to me and im aware a logical explanation is possible but i still havent figured it out (sometimes genuine, sometimes obtuse and unwilling to consider a logical angle)

- raccoons

-something weird happened to me and im happy to share it in a concise and interesting way (rarely paranormal but they dont try to pretend, usually genuine and interesting/funny)

- i have seizures

- i have sleep paralysis

- i hang out in the woods alone at night because gods and predators can all suck my dick (and cougars/foxes/boars/bears/mooses/whatever tf else make weird noises)

- i have cats

- ok so technically this happened to my wife's cousin's uncle's great great great grandmother twice removed and its very obviously a family retelling of an oral tale that got passed down and i havent realised its very probably not real but im still going to chug through it and try to make my storytelling as fancy and ornate as possible instead of the 2 sentences i could write in 20 seconds

- it was a drugged/drunk person

- i think native american beliefs are scary and im going to make it your problem for the next minute and a half

- i accidentally made half my town think i was slenderman by walking my dog at weird hours and im too awkward to say anything about it

- i have hallucinations

- sorry this story isnt paranormal but someone tried to steal my skin and burn down my house and it was very scary! i know its not paranormal i apologize!! (aka honey i hope your therapist has a seatbelt on their office chair cause woof)
