All crawled out! Grabbed this super cute #sirdaryarn worsted pattern book and #araucaniahuasco DK at @socalknits to round out my crawl. 💚💗💛🖤 I had such a good time this year even though I didn't hit all the shops--it was nice meeting friends old and new along the way. Now to wind some cakes and cast on!

So my kid has been kicking my butt this week. I feel like I've gotten about zero done. Which isn't entirely true, but between him and losing the crochet hook I've been using for three different actve WIPs, I've been in a bit of a funk. (don't worry, I have a replacement hook arriving today!) So this morning I pulled out a size smaller hook and started my third baby Huasco hat. Simple, colorful, zen. I did the increase rounds while he binge watched Paw Patrol. 🤷 Sometimes it's the little things! Now it's ready to stuff in a pocket and just spiral away in whatever spare moments I find, though. It's not design work, but I've had very limited brain capacity for creativity this week. Next week will be better! Also, how many baby hats can be made with a single skein of sock yarn??
