Once again wrote this entire thing in class, over a few days of course but still. I am severely risking getting my laptop privileges away for this

AETHER

Acts of service and quality time

“Aether! There you are! Where have you been?” You asked, running up to your boyfriend. He was picking up some herbs by the looks of it.

“Hm? I was out getting ingredients for dinner!” He smiled, standing up to face you. He held out the basket, showing off the herbs and spices he had and the few bits of meat he had gathered from hunting.

“Dinner? We could have gone to the city, you know.” You said, setting your hands over his to take the basket from him. He had worked hard enough as is, he deserved a break, didn’t he?

He let you take the basket and wiped off his hands on his pants. “A home-cooked meal is better.” He sighed happily, excited about the dinner he had planned. “Besides, Paimon spent all our mora on snacks…” He slumped. Now he had to take extra commissions!

You laughed and swung your arms side to side with the basket. “Hm, don’t worry. Living with nature for a bit isn’t too bad.” You said, following him around as he picked more herbs for dinner.

“Yeah, well. As long as I am with you I don’t care where we are or where we live.” He said, knowing you would be with him on his entire journey to find his sister.

“Of course, I will.”

CHILDE / TARTAGLIA / AJAX

Gift-giving and physical affection

Childe walked with you, hand in hand down the harbor docks, looking at all the things on sale. There was a plethora of jewels and flowers. It was beautiful.

“Oho, look at these! I should buy them for you~” Childe said, having pulled you to a stall that held a few pieces of metal jewelry. He picked up a broach and held it up to the collar of your shirt, taking a quick look at it.

“Hm? Why is that?” You asked, taking a quick glance at the other pieces and then back to your lover.

“It matches your eyes.” He answered, holding it up for you to see the colour. He was right, it did. But you didn’t like the idea of having something that matched your eyes.

“What about this one?” You asked, picking up a blue broach and held it up to the same spot he did. You smiled at him, proud to show off that you’re essentially his.

“Blue? It looks great! You sure you want that one?” He asked, coming closer to you and brushing a strand of hair behind your ear.

In that moment, you could care less if there were people staring at you. All you wanted was to be with him.

You nodded and pressed a gentle kiss to his nose. “It matches your eyes.”

Childe smiled widely and handed over the money to the vendor. “It matches you.” He replied, and grabbed your hand to lead the way to the next stall.

You just hoped he didn’t spend more money on you, even if it was Fatui money.

ARATAKI ITTO

Physical affection and words of affirmation

“Itto, sweetie, we can’t be out here all day looking for Onikabutos.” You sighed, ducking under a branch he pushed passed. Even though he was incredibly tall, he always manage to almost knock you out with those stupid branches.

Itto stopped and smiled widely at the little pet name, turning to you and grabbed your face gently. “Oh listen here! We will look and hunt until I can find the best! Onikabuto for the best person in the world!” He proclaimed and pressed a quick kiss to your nose.

You laughed and grabbed his wrists to hold him there. “Itto, it’s getting late. We can hunt more!” You said, staring into his eyes.

You watched him slump his shoulders and start to pout. You panicked slightly and moved your hands to his face in the same way he was currently holding yours. “You did great today though! I’m sure you can find the best for me.” You said, rubbing your thumbs against his cheeks.

He lit up to that, quiet enjoying the praise you were giving him. “Hmm, more.”

You looked at him slightly confused before it dawned on you. He wanted more silly little praises. You laughed, deciding to give the goof what he wanted. “You did the best today, love. You looked so cute too.” You pressed another kiss to his nose, littering more across his face.

Ittos face lit up, it both the colour red and in excitement. “Have I ever told you how much I love you?!” He nearly yelled out, dropping his hands down to your waist to lift you up.

“Itto- pff put me down!” You laughed, dropping your own hands down to his shoulders as you were held above him.

Oh how in love you were with this goof.

KAEDAHARA KAZUHA

Words of affirmation and quality time

“If you, my dear, were a flower. You’d be my favourite.” Kazuha spoke, picking up a Sumeru Rose to tuck behind your ear.

You laughed gently and shook your head. “Kazuha, do you know how cheesy that was?” You asked, staring at his contrasting form. His red clothes sure did stick out from the blue hues of the sky and the greens of Sumeru’s terrain.

He nodded and kept picking at other Sumeru specialties he could send to the traveler before they get here on their own journeys with Paimon. “It was, however. I know you enjoyed it.” He paused, and turned to stare into your eyes. “Care for more?”

You did nothing but nod in reply.

“With you, time stops. Like at dusk. Warm, and just between night and day.” He let out a sigh. “I never want it to end, my love.” He hummed out a quiet tune, going back to picking up more specialties as if nothing had happened.

“Kazuha..” You couldn’t think of what to reply with, and instead quickly kicked off your shoes and took off your socks to run into the small stream to pick up any and all plants you could with your lover.

“I love you, my muse.”

“I love you too.”

THOMA

Acts of service and gift giving

You watched as Thoma rushed around the small room the two of you shared. He rushed around picking up items and putting them away. All while you simply sat there on the floor with nothing to do other than watch him.

“Thoma. You could let me help-” You offered once more while being in the process of getting up.

Thoma simply shook his head, and stopped what he was doing to look at you, his eyes showing nothing but love. “No, it’s okay! Don’t worry about me.” He said, chucking once he realized how abrupt that was.

“Hmm, well. I’ll pay you back soon. Okay?” You said, knowing full well he would try and decline and decline until he eventually would give in.

“But-” He tried to speak, turning fully to you to try and protest.

“No buts! I’m heading out now!” You said rushing to the little door to leave the building.

He sighed, and continued to clean as he waited for your return.

And once you had returned, he was nothing but surprised. “Wh- why do you have so many bags?” He whined, immediately going to help you with putting items away.

“I did a bit of shopping! For you and the place.” You laughed dropping the few bags on the ground so you could take your shoes off. “This ones for you, we can open it after dinner.” You smiled, rubbing your feet before you got up to help your boyfriend.

He sighed and nodded, smiling widely.

God, he loved you.
