There is abrupt discontinuation in a footpath. We(G3) thought we have lost the way but we continued our walk on the road towards Tirumala. After walking for 10 minutes we found steps next to a gopura. Now the last 1000 steps were remaining. The legs started paining. Finally, we completed the ascent (3650th step) at 2.15 am. We walked further to find Bhupathi and Sundeep. They were relaxing and waiting for us. They left for finding accommodation and asked us to wait for other people. While going to darshan, pilgrims should note that there is dress code which needs to be strictly followed. Men should wear dothi with formal shirt or kurta pyjama. Women should wear saree or chudidhar with dupatta. No modern or western dresses including pants will be permitted.  Everyone should carry an original ID card. Darshan will take around 3 hours. After darshan each person will get two prasadam laddus. Pilgrims will return back to the hotel, have lunch and around 3:00 PM start their  journey back to Bangalore. They will reach Bangalore around 9:00 PM.

These daily bus packages are designed keeping in mind that the darshan of Lord Balaji is the primary objective. So, the packages are available on all days when the darshan passes are available to the respective government agencies. Each travel agency will be provided limited number of darshan passes.
