Can I request DrunkCollegeAU with Kuroo? He keeps meeting his crush in parties and a few times they end up kissing, but somehow always end up interrupted. But one time he's alone at a party and gets really smashed and wakes up in someone else's house. When he enters the kitchen he sees a girl who was talking about the party to her friend who happens to be his crush. Apparently through the party he was sobbing how his crush is not there and he refused to leave until he sees her xD
Here you go! Enjoy!
~Wendy!
Kuroo Tetsuro was abusy man. Between his college classes and captaining the volleyball team, hedidnât have time to worry about things like relationships. Heâd been asked outmultiple times, but his schedule wouldnât allow it. Kuroo had pretty much acceptedthat heâd have to wait until his life slowed down a little bit to date.Â
That was, until thesecond semester of his freshman year of college. He was never a fan of groupprojects, but this was different than any group he had ever been put with.Normally, he teamed up with his buddies from the team, or someone he knew frommiddle or grade school. This was the first time he had been paired with acomplete stranger.
âHi.âKuroo smiled at his partner. âIâm Kuroo Tetsuro. Nice to meet you.âÂ
"Iâm l/n f/n.Nice to meet you, too.â She smiled back. âSo, for this project, wehave a choice of topic? Which did you want to choose?â
Y/n was able tofocus on the work. But Kuroo was a little distracted. The more they workedtogether, the more he liked her. They got to know each other pretty well, andtended to drift off topic and talk about anything and everything. By the end ofthe project, Kuroo was completely smitten, and his buddies started poking funof it.Â
Kuroo was generallytoo busy for parties. But exams had just finished, so there was a small breakfrom school work for a while. The team decided to go together to a party, andthey all got pretty drunk.Â
âKuroo,look!â A teammate pointed to y/n. âItâs your girlfriend.â
âSheâs not mygirlfriend.â Kuroo chuckled.Â
âNot yet. Gotalk to her!â
Thanks to the liquidcourage, Kuroo walked up to her. They talked and danced for a while.
âItâs nice tosee you outside of school for a change.â Kuroo chuckled.
âYeah, itis.â She agreed. âBut there actually is one course subject Iâd liketo talk about. Can you guess which?â
âChemistry.âKuroo smiled seductively.Â
âSo you feelit, too?â Y/n blushed.
âAbsolutely Ido.â Kuroo leaned in, and y/n closed the gap. There was definitely aspark. And after the events of that night, Kuroo made a mental note to attendmore parties. He stuck to that, and ended up making out with y/n at three orfour more parties. Thatâs as far as they got, though. Y/n always had a D.D thattook her home, so Kuroo never got the chance to.
Y/n generally wentto parties with her friends, and had never mentioned any other guys before.Kuroo hadnât even seen her flirt with anyone but him before. So, naturally, hethought he was the only one she was interested in.
That was not thecase, but Kuroo found that out the hard way. Y/n posted a facebook picture ofher kissing another guy. Kissing didnât necessarily mean they were together, but posting the picture on facebook made it pretty clear.
âYouâve beenoff all night.â A teammate nudged Kuroo. âWhatâs wrong?â
âNothing.âKuroo lied, taking another sip of hid drink. Kuroo was an emotional drunk, andhe didnât want to get into something sad after that many drinks.Â
âYouâve beenstaring at y/n all night, instead of actually talking to her. Somethingâs goingon.â
âShe posted apicture with her boyfriend. They were kissing in it, so Iâm pretty sure theyârea thing.â
âThey might notbe an exclusive thing.â
"Maybe. But Idonât want to be part of a non-exclusive thing with anyone. Thatâs notme."Â
"Why donât youat least go ask her if it means anything.â
âItâs on herprofile, of course it means something.â
âSo youâre justgoing to stand here and pout, instead of confirming youâre right. Then, youcould move on and enjoy your night.â
That was a goodpoint. Kuroo wouldnât be able to move on without closure.
âOkay,fine.â
But as he aproachedher, he saw the man from the picture get her attention. She hugged him tight, and Kuroo backtracked.
âWhathappened?â The teammate asked.
âThatâs the guyfrom the picture.â
âThat sucks,dude, Iâm sorry.â
They continued theirnight, dancing and getting even more drunk. But once the alcohol wore off,Kuroo was pretty bummed. The team noticed, and invited him to a party thatweekend to get his mind off of it. But, he wasnât in any mood to go.Â
Classes had pickedup speed again, so Kuroo was working hard instead of partying. He took a studybreak, checking facebook and other social media, only to see another picturey/n had posted of her and her boyfriend. Kuroo rolled his eyes and decided to getback to work to distract himself. His phone beeped again, but it was a teammatetelling him to come to the party. Kuroo had told everyone noâ multiple times, but it didnât seem to help.
Kuroo reluctantlygot back to work. He couldnât focus. His thoughts kept drifting to y/n and herboyfriend. Kuroo had never felt this jealous before. But more than that, he wasupset that y/n didnât tell him. He thought they were closer than that.Kuroo decidedto finish the chapter he was on, and go blow off some steam dancing anddrinking with his friends.
Unfortunately, Kuroomightâve blown off a little too much steam. He was completely smashed, evensome of his drunk friends were concerned, trying to get him to drink somewater.
âWhereâsy/n-chan?â Kuroo asked.
âWhat do youmean? Did you see her here earlier?â
âWellâŚno⌠butshe should be here.â
âShe should behere becauseâŚ?â
âBecause herstupid boyfriendâs right over there. Sheâs gottaâŚ. be somewhere aroundhere.â Kuroo went on a drunken ramble. âWe spent so much timetogether. She didnât mention him once. Or any guy. Not once! It blindsided me.I thought we were closer than that. I thought we were going somewhere. I toldher pretty much everything, even some sappy stuff about how much I liked her.Come to think of it, she always managed to change the topic after that.â
âIt reallysucks when you think youâre close with someone only to find out you care aboutthem more than they care about you. But you know what I do when I feel likethat?â
âWhat?â
âI say âForgetthemâ. After making out that many times, while mentioning zero other boys, pretty much anyone would think you two would be a couple soon. I guess shedidnât want that, and it wasnât cool of her to lead you on so many times. Youtold her how much you liked her, but she didnât say anything back. You shouldbe with someone who will, and youâll find them soon enough.â
âExactly. Thanks, man.â Kuroo smiled for the first time in a while.
Kuroo didnâtremember anything after that. He woke up in a bedroom he had never seen before. There were blankets and a pillow on the floor, meaning someone had slept on thefloor and given him their bed. He panicked. What happened last night? Heblacked out somewhere along the line, and couldnât remember anything after theadvice from his friend.
Kurooâs plan was tolook around the room and find his phone. Maybe he could call someone, who wouldtell him what happened.
âHey, Kuroo,whatâs up?â He asked.
âIâm insomeoneâs room. I donât know who. What happened last night, I have no memorypast our talk, with all the advice.â
âI know, bro,you were pretty smashed.â His friend chuckled. âDonât worry, though, nothing happened. Our manager took you home.â
âThatâs notwhere I am.â
âI guess shemeant back to her home.â
Then, Kurooâsstomach flipped. He suddenly felt sick.Â
âOur manager isy/nâs roommate!âÂ
"Yeah."Â
"What if shethinks something happened between us!?â
âTell her thetruth, youâll be backed up. Besides, sheâs with someone else, so you can be,too."Â
"Thanks, man.Iâve got to go.â
 "Noproblem.â
There was no wayanything happened between him and his manager. Kuroo looked around the room onemore time to make sure he didnât forget anything. He walked out to see hismanager and his crush having breakfast together.Â
"Morning.âKuroo smiled as he walked out into the kitchen.
âMorning,Kuroo. Want some breakfast?â Y/n asked.
âI actuallyhave to go, sorry. Maybe another time.â Kuroo headed for the door.Â
âAre you sure?I wanted to talk about last night.â
Kuroo stopped. Hedid want to know what happened last night. Even if all he did was embarrasshimself, he wanted to know. Otherwise, he would imagine the worst case scenarioover and over again.
âI do, too. Ihave absolutely no memory of what happened after I saw your boyfriend.â
âYou saw him, huh? How was he?â Y/n asked, in a worried tone.
âShouldnât youknow better than me?â Kuroo chuckled.
âI actuallybroke things off last night with him, after our talk.âÂ
"I mustâve seenhim before I talked to you. I donât remember that either.â
âOh. I guessweâve gotta go over everything again, huh?"Â
"You two havefun with that, I have to head to the library. Later, guys.â Y/nâs roommateheaded out the door after grabbing her backpack.
âSo, what didwe talk about?"Â
"It didnâtstart off well. You were really drunk, which explains the lack of memory. Youwere pretty emotional, too.â
âIâI think we need to talk.â Kuroo said, slurring his words.
âOkay. Whatâs up?â
âThat was tâtotally uncool. Why didnât you tellme about that guy?â
âWhat guy?â Y/n could tell where theconversation was headed, and she was stalling.
âYour boyfriend. You knew I liked you. You leadme on, it was a shitty thing tâto do.â Kuroo stuttered. The tears werealready threatening to fall.
âI didnât lead you on. You never asked me out.Someone else did. I thought you were all talk. I didn't⌠I didnât know you wereserious about me.â
âI am very serious about you.â
âKuroo, youâre drunk. Will you say the samething when youâre sober?â
âOâof course I will. Bâbut the real questionis⌠what will you say? Are you serious about mâme?â
âVery.â Y/n smiled.
âSo, basically,I made a fool out of myself, but you like me anyway?â Kuroo chuckled, earning a laugh from y/n as well.
âBasically.âShe agreed.
âIn that case,Iâm going to formally ask you out. Maybe a classic dinner and a movie?â
âThat soundsgreat.â Y/n blushed.
âIâd love tostay longer, but I wasnât lying earlier when I said I had to go. But Iâll callyou, and we can work out a time for our date. Take care, y/n-chan.â Kuroowinked.
