#apparently there are effects to throwing up ur entire stomach contents#my stomach has thankfully calmed down but my body just feels sooooo weighted#it’s rly weird#and my lower back hurts from sleeping in a bizarre position so as not to trigger the nausea#I want to shower to bad but just lifting my arms hurt#i feel 60 years older rn#rahma’s rambles
