AoKise, Angst+ Fluff, After Seirin’s victory, Confession
 Don’t Stop Following Me
Aomine fought with the crowd of people that was tryingto leave the stadium and cursed every single one of them. Were they a flock ofsheep or what? He had also lost sight of Momoi, damn.
After an interminable struggle, he finally reached theexit and inhaled fresh air. He immediately moved away from the mass, choosing amore secluded path. The sky was already dark and he was still thinking aboutKuroko and Seirin’s victory, when he caught sight of a well-known blond infront of him.
Instinctively, he raised a hand and called him.
“Oi Kise!”
He regretted his action on the spot, remembering thatwell, the last time they had spoken…he hadn’t been the best friend he couldhave been, right?
He hoped the boy hadn’t heard him, but, like a traineddog, Kise stopped and turned in a second.
“Aominecchi?” stuttered shocked, waiting for the otherto reach him.
Aomine could see his expressions going from happiness,to bitterness and finally to a blushing uneasiness. He wasn’t feeling anydifferent, but probably his face was frozen in the usual scowl.
“What are you doing here?” Kise asked, fidgeting withhis hands.
“Got separated from Momoi. I’m going home,” heexplained briefly, eyeing nervously the way Kise avoided meeting his eyes.
“Ah me too! But my team lives in the oppositedirection, so it’s fine!” he stifled a laughter, scratching his nape.
“I live near you,” Aomine blurted it before he couldrealize. Kise for a moment stilled, and then forced a smile. He had written onthe forehead that he was uncomfortable and part of Aomine would have liked topunch himself for making that implicit offer, but he had always been good atignoring people’s feelings and doing what he wanted, so why stop now?
“Let’s go,” he ordered with a nod and started walking. For a second, he didn’t heard any sound of footsteps behind him and his heart misseda beat, yet Kise moved in the end. Aomine sighed in relief, trying to erase theflashes of their last match from the mind.
Kise walked in silent by his side, hands in the pocketand eyes covered by the blonde bangs.
“Tetsu was right all along uh?” at some point Aominecommented to break the silence.
Kise blinked and pushed aside his own thoughts to lookat him.
“It seems so,” he agreed with a bittersweet smile. Hewas grateful to Kuroko for the new world he had showed him, but at the sametime the defeat still burned.
The silence dropped again.
“Listen,” Aomine burst, clenching his fists, “Aboutour match-” he began, but Kise interrupted him.
“Are you here to rub salt on the wound?” hissed indisbelief, glaring at him, and Aomine growled annoyed.
“I’m not, you idiot.”
“Strange, oh Unbeatable One,” Kise mocked him shakinghis head and Aomine hit him on the shoulder.
“I’ve never done something like that.” He alleged, wounded by Kise’s joke. He had been an asshole but he had never belittled Kise.
“That’s discussible.” The other insisted showing asmall pout and crossing his arms. Aomine felt the need to hit him again butrestrained himself and inhaled deeply.
“During that match,” he tried again, a littleuncertain of how and what he wanted to say, “You stopped following me.”
Kise stiffened and whipped his head to look at Aomine, eyes wide with shock.
“W-what do you mean?” he muttered. Aomine’s blue eyeswere serious as they never had and Kise felt a grip around his throat.
“What I said,” Aomine repeated more sure, slowing hispace, “you stopped following me.”
“I don’t know what are-”
“You’ve never done it before. You have always chasedafter me,” Aomine continued to speak, like his walls had broken down, “You werethe only one who never stopped chasing after me. It didn’t matter how strong Iwas becoming, it didn’t matter if the gap between us was growing larger, itdidn’t matter if I was unbeatable. You searched for me. You challenged me. Sowhy had you stopped?” he breathed in the end, slightly panting. He didn’t evennoticed he had slowly raised his voice and halted.
Kise was staring at him petrified and some passersbywere glancing curiously at them. But Aomine didn’t care. He didn’t even know hewas that angry until that moment.
“Why, Kise?” asked again. He needed an answer. He wasthinking about it from that time, growing more and more uneasy as days passedby.
The distressed tone that surfaced in his voiceunblocked the blond, who took a step back as if Aomine had slapped him and wrappedan arm around his own waist as to protect himself.
“Why? Because that way I could finally beat you. Orthat was what I thought.” He answered with a cold, disillusioned smile, “What’swrong? Your powerful self don’t accept my insubordination? You don’t like itwhen no one is fawning about how strong you are? Were you offended?” he spitedhis accuses one after the other letting all his bottled up anger surface.
“That’s not-”
“That’s not what?” Kise abruptly interrupted him andgrabbed him by the collar of the t-shirt, “Were you lonely because I wasn’tthere? Did you feel left behind? Well, welcome to my world.” Kise hissed, fewcentimeters away from his lips. Aomine speechlessly stared at his burninggolden eyes. Why his voice was so sad? Why he was on the verge of crying?
Kise let him slowly go, trying to calm his acceleratedbreathing. He didn’t want to speak anymore. He didn’t want to let him see histrue feelings a second longer.
“You’re such an egoist, Aomine,” he murmured with thesame cold expression he had worn during that fatal match. Then he turned andtried to walk away.
The sound of his name, without any suffix, without anycheerful inflection, echoed in Aomine head. He watched Kise’s back leaving anda thought crossed his mind: “Is this what you have seen for all those years?”
“Kise!” he called reaching for him, but the boy joltedand suddenly bolted away without turning.
Aomine cursed and sprinted after him, stretching hishand. He had never had the need to chase after something, he had never felt thefear of not reaching what he wanted. Yet he was learning how bitter and scaryit could be.
“Kise, stop!” he chased after the blond like his lifedepended on it. Kise tried his best and pushed his body to the limit, butAomine was still the best, wasn’t he?
He finally caught his wrist.
“Let me go!” Kise screamed, but he tightened the grip.
“No!” he roared before yanking and roughly slamming theboy against the nearest wall. He pinned him by the shoulders, impeding him fromwiggling out of his hold. “You have to listen to me!”
“Why? Why I have to?” Kise cried as desperation tookover.
“Because I don’t like you stop following me.” Aomineadmitted panting and letting his tiredness crept in his voice.
Kise tightened his lips and ducked his head, trembling.
“And what should I do, you egoistic idiot?” he repliedtrying to hold back the tears, “If you need a dog or a fool for your ownentertainment, find someone else. I can’t stand as player on your level becauseyou never recognize me, yet I can’t stop chasing your shadow and become aproper rival because you don’t want it. Do you want to make me even moremiserable? I’m tired of looking at you from afar…” he confessed finally droppingany resistance and shrinking against the wall.
“I don’t want you as a rival or player!” Aomineexclaimed instinctively. Only the pained expression that flashed on Kise’s facemade him realize that it wasn’t what he should have said.
“Are you a sadist?” Kise whined in disbelief. He wascrying and letting him crush his heart and that idiot just poured salt in thewound.
“That’s not what I meant!”
“Then be clear!”
“I’m trying to-”
“Do you want to break my heart again, you insensitive asshole?”
“I said I’m trying to-”
“Not that you car-”
“I’M TRYING TO CONFESS!” Aomine finally screamed itout, exasperated and annoyed at the same time. Why Kise had to speak that much?
“W-what?” Kise stuttered lifting his head and staring athim shocked, eyes still filled with shiny tears. He had to be mistaken…
“I’m trying to confess,” Aomine repeated slowly andrested his head against Kise’ shoulder, “I love you, I don’t want you to stop followingme. Please come back, even if I’m egoistic. Sorry for having realized it afterso long.”
Kise remained there, petrified for some seconds, andthen blinked at the blue haired head. Realization hit me.
“Aominecchi!” he suddenly shrilled and the other guyjumped for the surprise, “Repeat it!” begged catching his face between thehands and squeezing his cheeks.
“Uh?” Aomine looked at Kise dumbfounded and tried tobreak free, but the guy’s fingers remained planted into his skin. He wasstaring at him with eyes full of expectancy and incredulousness.
“Say it again!”
“No.” he grunted avoiding his gaze.
“Aominecchi! Please!”
“I’ve already said it. Stop with this shit and answerme.”
“I’m not answering if you don’t say it again.” Kisethreatened serious and Aomine groaned defeated.
“…I love you, go out with me,” He muttered unwillinglyand embarrassed. A light pink hue colored his dark cheeks.
Kise slowly let him go and took a step back to lookproperly ad Aomine, struck by both euphoria and confusion. It had happened sofast and after so long at the same time. He felt lightheaded, as if he wasstill caught in a dream. A happy dream.
“Oi, you said you were going to answer!” Aominefretted, trying to calm down his own heart. He was starting to believe thatKise was going to escape again. Not that he could have blamed him but-
“Yes.”
Aomine stared at Kise’s blushing face. He was wearinga bright smile, the one of the old days, and his eyes shined brightly. All thesadness had finally left him.
“Yes, I love you too,” Kise beamed, as he vibrantlyaccepted his confession. He didn’t even hoped it for it anymore and yet. He wason the verge of exploding for the happiness.
The other boy suddenly crouched to the ground.
“Thank God!” Aomine sighed in relief holding his headbetween the hands; “Don’t tease me like this!” growled glaring up at the blond, who had burst into a lighthearted laughter.
“Now we’re even!” Kise chanted playfully, bendingslightly towards him with a mischievous smirk.
Aomine however didn’t miss the chance and suddenlygrabbed his collar; in a swift move dragged him down and planted a rough kisson his soft lips.
“Now, we’reeven.” Aomine allured satisfied when they divided, licking his lips. Kise’sface flushed even more and, with a whimper, he let himself fall into Aomine’sarms, on the ground.
“That’s sly, Aominecchi!”
Some old ladies on the street that had stopped towatch the entire scene clapped furiously and dried their eyes withhandkerchiefs, expressing aloud compliments and congratulations. Ah, thoseyounglings in love!

Kise: I like your pants.
Aomine: Thanks, they were 50% off.
Kise: I’d like them 100% off.
Aomine: The store can’t just sell free stuff.
Kise: No, that’s not what I-
Aomine: That’s a terrible way to run a business.

 Good Boyfriend
It was a summer midafternoon and in the middle of a street courtfour boys were laying panting and sweating. Aomine was seated with his legs crossedand kept his eye closed to focus on his breath, while Kagami next to him wasbended with the hands on the knees and a tired but satisfied grin on his lips. Heand Aomine had defeated the other two, who were laying sprawled on the ground.Kise was whining about their stupid destructive strength, while Kuroko was toooccupied gaining back some strength to speak. They had put up a fight, but theother two aces, even without managing to coordinate, in the end had won bysheer force.
They were laughing and chatting quietly, when Kurokodropped the bomb with his straight expression.
“What?” Kise stuttered, his headperking up suddenly and he fumbling to straighten. The blonde immediatelyfocused on the tanned friend.
“Tetsu!” Aomine growled menacinglynarrowing his eyes, but it was too late and Kuroko had stopped being intimidated byhim long time ago.
Aomine knew he shouldn’t have mocked Kuroko for hisstature and for dating Kagami, who was twice his height, while they played, buthe hadn’t resisted. He also knew Kuroko was going to get his revenge on someways or another, but he had secretly hoped it was going to be just a smalldamage to his pride. Some humiliating memory maybe. Not that, not that! Yet, hehad forgotten how vengeful that quiet little bastard of his friend was.
“A-Aominecchi! It’s true?” Kise mumbled looking at himwith wide eyes, incredulous. He had to be wrong.
“Ah it is.” Kagami confirmed obliviously, withoutnoticing Aomine’s death glare. He didn’t even understand what was wrong withit.
“Are you crazy? You shouldn’t have done it!” Kise protested, frowning, but Aomine rolled his eyes.
“I did it for Tetsu. He was looking forward the matchand if Haizaki had found you, you wouldn’t have been able to play.” lied in amutter, but Kuroko hadn’t finished inflicting the pain he deserved.
“That’s false, Aomine-kun. Don’t lie so blatantly. Youclearly said it was to protect Kise-kun, Haizaki’s aim.” Commented with a hiddensmirk, before standing up and tugging Kagami by the sleeve of his shirt. “Let’sgo, Kagami-kun. I want a vanilla shake.” Said put of the blue.
“Eh? Shouldn’t we wait for…”Kagami tried to protest, standing up, but Kuroko sent him a “do not contradict me” glare that made himshiver.
“Let’s go.” Repeated emotionlessly.
“Aye…” Kagami agreed mildly and tailed after himoutside the court, leaving a restless Kise taunting an embarrassed Aomine.
“You could have been suspended!” Kise insisted poutingwhile combing back his blonde hair, “I can’t believe you punched Haizaki!” exhaledshocked, shaking his head.
“I had already lost, so I had no match to play afterward. No problem.” Aomine grunted walking away but, as he already expected, Kisefollowed him closely. He was now used to his footsteps by his side.
“You could hurt yourself!” Kise continued, not believingAomine had been so reckless.
“Pftt.” Aomine scoffed, putting the hands in hispockets, “The only one who can beat me is me.” Muttered under his breath, scratchingthe back of his neck.
“Don’t start again with that Aominecchi! We’re talkingabout fights, not your basketball talent!” Kise exclaimed exasperated, coveringhis eyes with the hands.
“The same.” He replied offended, kicking a pebble.
Meanwhile, Aomine had guided them to their usual vendingmachine and was looking thoughtfully at the different beverages. Without payingattention to Kise’s rambling about his conduct, at some point he stretched outa hand and Kise automatically searched for some coins, putting them on his palm.It had become a sort of usual habit for them.
“…And even if you hadn’t other matches to play, youcan’t risk your position on the team like this. You know how strict they canbe! Without talking about Haizaki: what if he returned with a gang of punksready to beat you up?” he asked raising dramatically his hands.
“I’ll call Kagami and Murasakibara. Or even Akashi.” hereplied with shrug, selecting his and Kise’s favorite drinks.
“You can’t drag other people in your mess, Aominecchi! And wait! You wouldn’t call me?” he cried helplessly. Why he didn’t understand?
“Not at all. You’ll be a hindrance.”
“So mean, Aominecchi!”
Aomine huffed and took the two cans he bought, beforepoking Kise’s cheeks with one.
“Oi.” Called him tilting the head and finally Kisestopped blabbering and whining to pay him attention, “Is this all?” asked somewhat…unsatisfied.
Kise blinked, snatching away his can.
“What do you mean?” inquired perplexed, shifting slightlyuncomfortably under his stare.
“Well…” Aomine started avoiding his gaze and startingto walk again, “I thought you were going to have some stupid reactions likealways. “Eh? You punched Haizaki for me? I knew you love me a lot Aominecchi!”Or “Aominecchi you are so cool! That’s my caring boyfriend!”” Aomine mimickedhim perfectly with a forced high-pitched voice, “Or some shit like that, whilebouncing around me excited and being annoying like a puppy as usual.” Concludeda little embarrassed, hiding his face by drinking.
Kise became red until the ears, nearly choking on hisdrink.
“I don’t talk like that!” protested stuttering, “And,to be honest, I thought that at first…” admitted blushing furiously and lookingdown at his shoes.
Aomine stopped and searched for his eyes, but herefused to raise his face.
“But?” Actually, he would have liked that kind ofstupid reactions. It was annoying obviously, but seeing Kise so happy and proudof him was comforting in some ways. Cute too, but he wasn’t going to admitthat.
“But I don’t like the idea of you getting hurt becauseof me.” Kise repeated gripping tightly his can, “I’m not a girl and even if itmakes me really happy when you get protective, I don’t want you to suffer orgetting punished for my sake.” Explained slowly.
Aomine finally understood what he wanted to convey andsighed, exasperated but caring.
“Well, it’s the same for the other way round.” Mutteredruffling his blonde hair with the usual rash fondness, “You are a model. Youhave never been into a fight. I didn’t want to see that pretty face of yoursgetting ruined. It was just a punch, Kise. No need to worry.” Replied with asmall proud grin, that widened seeing him blushing more at his words. He lovedmaking him blush.
That’s why Kise could never win with Aomine.Everything he did, even the most stupid things, always made his heart skip abeat. He was like a living magnet for Kise.
“You are so unreasonable.” Exploded glaring hard athim, before grabbing the collar of his shirt and pulling him down. He planted aquick kiss on his lips, taking him by surprise. “A thank you kiss. Don’t dothat again or I’ll be mad.” He stuttered, walking past him in a hurry.
Aomine touched his own lips in awe and then smirked;with three steps, he reached his boyfriend and passed an arm around hisshoulder.
“So bold.” Teased mercilessly the tomato boy.
“Shut up, Ahomine.”
“Ah, a bench.” Aomine didn’t even react to his weakattempt to be annoyed and dragged him to a lonely bench under the cool shadowof a tree. Once Kise was seated down, he lied down with the head on his lap.
“Aominecchi! They could see us!” Kise worried stealingglances to the crowd in the park, but the guy hummed raising only one eyelid.
“Do you care?” he asked quietly, playing dirty bytaking his hand and planting a kiss on his wrist.
That was cheating.
“…No.” Kise managed to stutter, his face was burningso hard he would have liked to take a cold freezing shower to calm down.
They stayed silent for some seconds, with the blonde absentmindedlystroking Aomine’s hair and sipping his drink, until the tanned boy called himagain.
“Kise.”
“Yes?” he replied immediately, surprised to find himwith both eyes open and focused.
“If Haizaki or some other guys come to you, call me.”Ordered seriously in a low, soft growl.
“Aominecchi! I’ve already told you…”
“Don’t be stupid and come!” he interrupted the blonde annoyed, frowning; “I can take them. Call me and let me protect you, like a good boyfriend.Consider it a payback for when I’m not one.” stated determined.
Kise’s heart stopped and the words he wanted to use toprotest died in his throat.
“Okay.” Agreed unwillingly, blushing, “I’ll help you, though.”
“If you want. It’ll be all finished in a blink evenwithout you however.” Aomine smirked confidently at him and Kise fell in love allover again.
“…You are so cool Aominecchi.” Muttered covering hisface with the hands.
“I know, you idiot.”

The Great Magazine Sabotage (?)
Happy holidays to Kyo @bubbledesu! I’m sorry that I couldn’t do any AoKi for you, so I did Platonic!AoKi in their Teiko Days instead (ft. the GoM + Nijimura :D) I hope you like it~!
@kurokonosanta Here is my gift! Thank you for waiting~
Aomine Daiki laid his head on the concrete railing of the school rooftop. Phew, he managed to get away from Satsuki, his so-called babysitter. Now if he just could get some peace and quiet by closing his eyes and-
“Aominecchi, Aominecchi!”
Great. Just great.
The bluenette whipped his head around to find his yellow haired companion standing in the doorway, eyes twinkling excitedly when he saw him. He groaned. Kise Ryōta, the part-time model and basketball player, had apparently wasted a lot of his precious time searching for him.
“What is it, Kise?” Aomine asked, looking away from the figure.
“We’re about to practice now! Akashicchi and Nijimuracchi have been looking for you-”
“Not now Kise.” The said male pouted in response.
“But Aominecchi-”
“Tell them I’m busy.”
Kise opened and closed his mouth, not having the right words to use for a debate against the blue haired aho. He sighs, and then closes the rooftop door shut. Aomine pulls out another gravure magazine from his bag and decides to flip through the pages. He had bookmarked the ones with Mai-chan as the model so he wouldn’t have a hard time searching for her photo. He yawned once again.
“Heh, skipping practice for a few hours won’t hurt, right?”
 “Aominecchi’s skipping again.”
Momoi groaned. Nijimura shook his head. While the rest looked indifferent.
“I am so done with that kid!” Momoi scoffed, “even Kise-kun won’t do the trick!” she was eyeing the captain. Nijimura blinked.
“... Why are you looking at me?”
“Well then,” Akashi diplomatically said, as if he’s taking matters into his own hands, “it’s time that we should handle this seriously now.”
“’Seriously’ how?” the purple-haired titan stuffed another piece of maiubo into his mouth. Kise still looked pretty upset that his basketball senpai slash comrade would not come to practice for the umpteenth time in the week.
“Maybe we need to trick him into coming here?” a voice popped up beside Kise. Kuroko was standing there, looking as innocent as ever.
“KYAAAA KUROKOCCHI!” the blonde yelled, “since when were you here?!”
“Since a few minutes ago...?”
“Tricking him seems like a good idea...” Nijimura pondered a hand on his chin, “any ideas?”
“Like, maybe something that had to do with those magazines of his?” Haizaki stated, who honestly just wanted to say something smart in the conversation, even though he didn’t really care.
‘Something that could drag Aominecchi to practice...’ As if a spark of lightning struck Kise’s yellow head, he jumped. Everyone eyed him peculiarly.
“Eh? Kise-kun, is everything alright?” Momoi peered at his face to check his expression. Kise had a wide grin on his face.
“I think I know how to get Aominecchi to practice!” Kise cried out. All the members of Teikō High’s Basketball Team stared at him.
“Kise actually has a plan? Gemini is not ranked highest today, I don’t know about this...” Midorima mumbled hesitantly.
“Give him a chance, Midorima-kun,” Momoi said. All eyes turned to look at Kise once again. A glint of mischief twinkled in his eye.
“So... here’s what I had in mind...”
Aomine was peacefully snoozing on his bed after successfully sneaking out of practice once again. It was a really rare occasion, but something had actually waked him up from his deep slumber. When he heard a click coming from the window, he opened his eyes. It was really strange how that was only a light sleep. He sat down and rubbed his droopy eyes, and at the same time, heard another click. Standing up from his bed, he walked towards the window to check on what was going on, but he found nothing suspicious outside. ‘Huh... strange...’ he thought. The tan man decided to immediately shrug it off and lay on his bed once again. Grabbing a magazine from the side of his bed, he flips through the pages to find striking poses of his favorite model. Ah yes... the newest edition of Mai-chan’s fanbook...
‘Wait, what? This note isn’t supposed to be here...’ His blue orbs widened at the sight of a white piece of paper with dark yellow ink stuck to the last page.
“This is the last remaining magazine. The rest have been cursed.”
“The fuck is this?” he grumbled. A part of him didn’t believe in this stupid little prank someone was playing on him, but another part of him actually heeded this message as an actual warning. He decided to take another one of his gravure magazines, something he just got at the bookstore a few days ago.
 Well, it did get “cursed”.
Doodles and scribbles were seen all over the pages, all in pen and marker. Someone had apparently covered the face of one of the models in red marker, drew hearts and butterflies to “decorate” a portrait, and wrote “The only one who can beat me is me!” in childish print. Aomine narrowed his eyes. Well, at least it was only magazine that was vandalized, right?
 Nope, he was completely wrong.
After scavenging through all of the magazines in his room, he found every single one of them completely vandalized with art supplies. He let out a low growl.
“Goddamnit, who the fuck did all this?!” he roared, all of his precious magazines scattered down on the floor. Profanities started to spew out of his mouth. After rampaging for a little while, Aomine decided to sit down and think. He tried to connect the dots onto who could be doing this to him. First off, had anyone entered his room? He was asleep, after all, so how could he know? A thought came into his head. He realized that the the window clicked twice. Someone must’ve had opened it and closed it again... so someone did get in through the window. Whoever did must’ve been agile. Yellow ink, childish handwriting, messy drawings, agility... Aomine sighed and gritted his teeth.
How could it possibly be him?
 “Aomine-kun, you actually came!”
The voice of the pink haired girl didn’t bother Aomine one bit. He still had his glare fixated on the blonde basketball player in front of him.
“Oi, Kise, what the fuck did you do to my magazines?”
Everyone on the court stopped what they were doing and stared at them.
“Aomine, language,” Nijimura hissed. But the power forward wouldn’t seem to listen. His glare on Kise was strong and sharp, and was sort of able to make the blonde turn pale.
“W-What do you mean, Aominecchi?” Kise let out a nervous laugh. He did love attention, but this wasn’t the type of attention he wanted.
“You were the one who doodled all over my magazines and made the pages look like a coloring book, right?!” Kise pouted immediately.
“Well, we needed to get a way for you to practice, so we decided to prank you with your magazines!” he retorted.
“But still! How dare you hurt Mai-chan’s beautiful picture!” Aomine yelled.
“It’s just a picture, Aominecchi! I didn’t hurt a real person! And besides, how do you even hurt a person with crayons and markers?!”
“I don’t care! I don’t like it when you take and ruin my property just like that! And besides, the only one who can get me to practice is me, not any of you!”
“That’s enough, you two,” Midorima shot a glare at the both of them while polishing his flower pot, the lucky item of the day. Akashi shook his head disapprovingly. For a split second there, Aomine saw Kise’s face soften.
“But Aominecchi... I just want to play basketball with you...” Kise whined, “I want to try and beat you again, and I want to have fun with you!”
Aomine gave him an unsure look. So basically, Kise was only doing this just because he missed playing with him? A smirk crept onto his face. He walked over to his friend and gave him a pat on the back.
“Heh, really, Kise? You seem to be lying, since you have never asked me to play a match with you before.”
“But it’s true! I really really wanna play with Aominecchi!”
After that being said, Aomine was convinced. He picked up a nearby basketball and started dribbling it onto the court.
“Wanna play a match with me now?”
Kise’s eyes startled to sparkle with joy, but before he could open his mouth to say something, Nijimura cut in.
“Well, since you’re here, Aomine, might as well do a warm-up. Ten rounds around the court. Now,” he stated sternly.
“Nope, I won’t do it.” Kuroko came up beside Aomine and poked his arm. The man turned his head.
“What is it, Tetsu?”
“I know where you hide your emergency gravure magazines, Aomine-kun. If you don’t practice after this, I will get Kise-”
“Okay, okay, fine.”
“Aaah, what a fun day today~ I got to play with Aominecchi in a tight match~” Kise mused happily and entered his room. His room was filled with posters and photos of himself from photo-shoots and his basketball idols. “Now... what to do next...” his golden orbs scanned the room for something relaxing to do. He spotted his latest photo album with his best shoots from Zunon Boy in the past month and grinned. Kise stood up from his bed and took the album from his desk. He was awfully surprised to find some of his pictures vandalized with permanent marker and crayon marks.
 “AOMINECCHI!!!”
It seems like this “friendship” still had a long way to go...
