I've been meaning to draw my Parker II headcanon for a while now... for the longest time it's been "he got redacted somehow". My current theory is Abdicating did it!

(Those tattoos are embroidery, because my Parkers are, uh... not exactly human. Or alive in a "traditional" sense. Actual designs are subject to change.)
