I’m happy to announce that I am soon starting a comic: Mage of Naught.

A destroyed world was created through a war between Mages, inter dimensional wizards who wield powerful magic through books called “Grimoires,” and humans, who used their advanced technology to create equally powerful robots called “Anti-Mages.” Although the Mages were decisively defeated, the humans die out from a mysterious plague, leaving all machines without purpose. So the Margrave, the de facto leader of the Anti-Mages, aims to ensure all traces of Magic are destroyed and to avenge humanity.

Mage of Naught follows Squad 125, an irrelevant trio in charge of looking after a Memorial to Humans and collecting human artifacts (aka human junk). Among them is Serge, the hot-headed and overzealous leader of the troupe, Big B, a soft-spoken and pacifistic Anti-Mage who can punch *really hard,* and the only robot in the trio who isn’t an Anti-Mage, Charlotte, an unhappy, self-aware Cleaning bot with secret, unorthodox opinions on magic. Namely, she wants to wield a Grimoire. One day, Charlotte stumbles upon a Grimoire with the ability to control and create plants. With something he always wanted, she abandons her Squad and leaves to master her newfound Grimoire. Her former Squad follow in pursuit with the goal of capturing Charlotte and destroy her newfound Grimoire. However, either party is unaware of the domino effect they’ll have on the ruined world.
