honestly, he lost track of what you were saying.

it was something, something very intelligent and well-spoken, but all jisung could see while you were ranting on was the glorious way the setting sun kissed your already too pretty self. your hair glowed a tad bit orange-yellow-pink, your entire face was illuminated divinely, and just... oh, the visions he was blessed with since he became his lover’s roommate.

in that split second, han jisung decided that this moment would make the most perfect, grossly cute “i’m-in-love” song lyric.

he was propped up against the edge of the kitchen island and then suddenly wasn’t. jisung was soon sprinting– yes, sprinting– down the hallway for your shared room.

“babe?!” you yelled after him, startled by his sudden flight during your average after-work rants.

“one second love!” his voice was muffled a bit by the sound of some loud rustling noises. what ever was he doing?

soon, your boyfriend came back to you, his lyric journal in hand. the journal was hard to not recognize– it was battered by long studio nights, many coffee spills, and the vicious seoul winter. as soon as he reached your side, he plopped down and started to manically scribble down something.

“hannie…” his eyes shot towards you, moony and wide.

“oh!” he quickly shut his notebook and turned back to you. “i really, really needed to jot that moment down.”

you giggled. “about how much i hate my manager?”

jisung shook his head, eyes avoiding yours. “you looked nice against the sunset, that’s all.”

crouching down while holding your head in your hands, you decided to join your lovely creative genius on the floor. it was a good place to rot away with embarrassment, no?
