Kingohger spoilers

Kaguragi and Suzume vs Racles and Gira in the last ep was so fun.

Two sibs who know each other so well, they'll go along with any and all nonsense/humiliation in pursuit of their true goal to protect their nation

Vs two sibs, one of whom disappeared the other but the other still remembers enough to take note of the massive disparity between who he was and who he is

And then the bridge between the two. Gira understanding how much Suzume and Kaguragi mean to each enough to try and go save her and enough to respect her decision to stay. Gira understanding that Kaguragi is very much on Racles' side but still wanting to convey that tidbit of info for free while they can still speak...

#i can understand why people dont like kingohger but the thing is i get to eat deliciously when it serves me #r u bugking kidding me #anyways as much as i want Gira to commit fraticide/regicide i think the show is aiming for an eventual Racles forgiveness/redemption #between all of giras faint memories and moments of hope...i dont mind. theyve been building it up a lil and i only want good things for Gira #Racles strikes me as both a dictator wannabe and also 'i will carry the stains of dishonour so you may remain uncorrupted'#after all his miniseries posits him as the guy who did/will go down as the worst shuggodam king #so im hoping hes like aware of that and doing it deliberately #rather than jumping ass bavkwards into infamy #idk. im biased. i find all the men mentioned here hot.
