thinking about how like. emma had to be close with the other guys for the channel. like even if they weren’t the closest friends or they were mainly chases friends they were still a huge part of her everyday life. and like… judging by the fact that she weren’t aware chase was going to be on, she’d not kept contact with him at all, and if they were originally his friends then she’d also completely lost them. and this is fully headcanon atp but like i imagine that she probably lost a lot of her original friends when she and chase started dating because he’s. well. he’s chase. he’s fun to be around at first but is selfish and impulsive and doesn’t think about how his actions affect others nor does he particularly care. and like. she fluctuates from absolutely adoring to absolutely hating him and obviously when they first got together she would refuse to see any flaws, same as her conversation with bowie when she got back together with him. and then fuck chase is the only person she’s got again
