Idk if its a f/o or a really high comfort character but being a paranoid schizophrenic system myself and seeing him in my favorite media represented in such an accurate way makes me really happy.... ofc there's some issues but there's no such thing as "perfect" representation. Anyway he shows so many ugly sides of these disorders and I love it! Like. Hashtag me! And he's a really good villain but literally Araki almost always cooks when making characters. I really like his design too, watermelon head lol!

His voice is really good too I especially love his English dub voice. It's very dreary and when it gets mad the va does and exceptional job at suddenly snapping. He does a great job expressing its volatile nature. Btw Omg everyone do you remember this classic panel

There's also another moment where he misses Giorno I believe and it's like "his brains should be eviscerated by now..." in a droopy voice and its really cute the confusion on his face. And he immediately starts freaking out like the situation he's in finally set in and he starts yelling at NOTHING like. Sighs dreamily
