anyway at my drs apt my new pcp was surprised i was diagnosed w adhd and meds without like seeing a psychologist or smthing similar and i was like me too tf so now we have to wait on records to get my refill (which is Stressful bc i only have four days worth and thats after skipping the past three days) and im stressed its gonna be a whole Thing to get it refiled and listen doc. i am a hazard off my meds specifically when driving please,

also for the past ten? years ive been on my anxiety meds anytime i needed a change in dose instead of like. changing the pill size. i just started taking an additional 25mg pill but we finally changes that so instead od taking four tiny pills i take one Big Guy and it throws me off every time i go to get it djdnndnd

#its not even That big of a pill like its mostly just compared to the old pills lol #anyway. shoutout to the pills that keep my brain functioning and literally keep me a live lol.#i started taking a higher dose a few weeks before this appointment bc i am forgetful so i had enough of an excess #to just increase my own dose until o could confirm w a doctoe #(which was vwey badly needed lol)#and my brain has been so much better now that jts veen a few weeks on the highwr dose
