i have my first psychiatrist appointment tomorrow (and then counselling again on thursday) so today has been a whole lot of anxiously distracting myself while i'm kinda trapped in waiting mode asjkds

#may or may not have been destroying my fingers further over the last hour and a half :x #gonna try to distract myself from that now tho. maybe play a game or smth to keep my hands AND brain busy lmao.........#anyway. i anticipate i'll be too exhausted after both my appointments to do any writing but like.#hopefully friday-ish i'll feel up to pecking at drafts again?#i miss writing with some amount of consistency sfm like i cannot even express ;~;#━━ ˟ ⊰ ✰ ooc ⋮ don't @ me.
