the thing about the Seattle housing market is that you will be wandering around on Zillow for a laugh, find the most beautiful, most perfect, sent from heaven condo or townhouse at the CHEAPEST price and be like, why the fuck would anyone sell this?! at that price?!

and then you will find out the HOA is $1,650 a month.

Sun room off the kitchen. 2 parking spots. 2 bed 2 bath 1 flex space. mini split.#like it had it all. gorgeous. close to the water (far from transit but worth it for a sunroom)#you know I can’t even enjoy it anymore. I will see god’s perfect condo and be like oh my god I love you—so what’s wrong with you?#no joy remains on Zillow. only foreboding.
