i'm standing by 'no' on the basis of like, in its normal everyday operations, absolutely the fuck not. don't get me wrong i definitely don't think it's awful or disgusting or anything, he definitely cleans well, but like there is way too much weird shit going on there to pass it off as a normal and safe regular restaurant

but yeah """"realistically"""" [for as much as the word can mean in a setting like this jfjkf] if he already went through the whole tower ordeal, a health inspection is NOT gonna be what takes him out. he definitely knows what the standards ARE for the most part; as long as he knows it's coming it wouldn't be too hard to make things presentable.
