Just months before the Immortal Alliance Conference, Luo Binghe discovers the cure to Without-a-Cure. With his own heritage still sealed and mostly unknown to him, there seems to be only one solution: Shen Qingqiu must receive the cure from the last known Heavenly Demon, Tianlang-Jun, even if it means that Luo Binghe has to grit his teeth and set his precious Shizun up with another man. Shen Qingqiu does not want to receive the cure from Tianlang-Jun. He doesn't particularly want to receive anything from Tianlang-Jun. Shen Qingqiu somehow ends up fake-dating Tianlang-Jun anyway, if only to swindle the System into delaying the Endless Abyss plot for as long as he can.

Haven’t had the brain capacity to get much writing done since Friday, but I did manage to tippity type a little something something for LA Lonely 🏙️ . So have some of Buck’s inner self deprecating thoughts.

As the weekend rolls into Monday, Buck tries not to think about Eddie but somehow the guy has burrowed under his skin, an itch that Buck can’t scratch. He finds himself doing a double take at every fit, 6 foot brunette man that he encounters while on a call, both disappointed and relieved that they aren’t who he’s hoping for.

Not that he’s hoping to run into Eddie again. The guy didn’t leave his number or take Buck’s, and Buck’s been playing this game for so long he knows what that means. Because Buck is only good for one night, maybe a weekend if he’s lucky. No one wants to take a chance on him.

He’s used to it, so he doesn’t understand why he can’t get Eddie out of his head. The sex was good - incredible actually - and Eddie was hot. And kind. And his smile could light up an entire room. And Buck really needed to get a grip.

Eddie had his fun and then he left. Just like everyone else.

This is funny— I was actually thinking about doing this anyway because I love seeing others’ work, but I have been tagged! Thank you, @rigginsstreet ♡

But he also knows it’s something he needs to hear; reassurance that he’s safe is all Steve really wants to give. And it’s been a rough and wild week, but he’d bet that if Billy let him, he could prove that to him for the rest of the summer. Or however long they have until he high-tails it back to the ocean that birthed him.

Billy’s palms burn past the thin material of his shirt when they uncurl to hold him, steady and like a plea. Steve’s hands push about his curls, tugging slightly on that one that hangs over his brow most of the time, and makes a contemplative sound. “I might be stupid enough to let pretty boys fuck up my plans, though.”

Intro:

This AU features Kiyotaka, Mondo, Leon, Chihiro and Yasuhiro, the main party on an adventure together as a group. They are investigating a certain mistery revolving around their land, where multiple people are disappearing without a single trace. During their investigation they encounter a lot of different individuals and obstacles.

(And as the title of the au says, it has a Dungeons and Dragons setting.)

creative buds, please. please. no one is worse at taking my advice than i am, believe me, but seriously, if you've been feeling down or frustrated or stumped with something you've been working on lately, take this as your sign to maybe take a little break. a week, a month, whatever. you've been looking at it too long, you've read it too many times, you've erased that same line so many times you've lost count - you need to come back to it with a rested brain and fresh eyes.

however rough it feels to you now, i promise, promise, promise that it'll feel so much better after a little distance. <3
