Did a bit more digging and decided to add on to this post:

turns out i was wrong about the crest thing, they do appear on ultimate uniforms. but in my defense, its on in dr0 illstrations and difficult to see

BUT, i took a closer look at this photo

and noticed that Junko does have a custom HPA cardigan, with the crest on the breast and the motifs on her shoulders!!

it seems to be the same cardigan from the thh photo, but her tie and black bunny seem to be the same in udg. She also is wearing her old school pins still.

Anyway, i will never shut up about junko and her cardigans. I love how she clearly loves them, even outside of her fashion persona. let her find happiness outside of despair
