The fact i literally just drew this before coming onto tumblr
jokes with a small audience
#like no shit#in my miku red dwarf shes a droid who was owned by some other ship#as an entertainment droid#until one day she discovered that there was some big nefarious evil plot going on so she tried to stop it#but the ships captains turned her into a hologram to remove her ability to touch and interefere so that she could ONLY entertain#eventually that ship's plan backfired horribly and all of the ships crew died but miku#since she was a hologram and kept alive with the remaining power of the ship#she enjoys being alive with the other machines on that ship but she knows shes running out of power and is unable to maintain the ship#until she is detected by red dwarf#Rimmer HATES miku however they need her expertese on a certain function of holograms or something and so she has to board red dwarf and#rimmer has to be turned off since the ship can only handle one hologram#some of the rest of the episode is spent with the other crew members debating if they should keep miku on the ship as shes a lot morehelpful#than rimmer despite the fact she can only speak in japanese and has to be translated by kyton bht eventually she decides to go back to her#own ship and take revenge on the aliens that mistreated her and her robot friends magical girl style#after being turned into a hard light hologram so she can upkeep the ship#anyway most of the episodes comedy is based solely on wow rimmer is so terrible and the toneal differences between red dwarf and miku#um anyway yes ur art resonated with me lmao
