I've never seen him living so bravely or truly, and it is doing all kinds of funny things to my brain. He's grown into such a confident man that it has me, a very confident woman, quaking.

My other favorite Hyungwon tracks are "Nobody Else" and "Wildfire." Head empty. Only Hyungwon. Oof. The office was too quiet as you sat there with everyone. Hyungwon was the last to join after sending everyone outside home and closing the place for the night. His orange-tinted, round glasses sat at the tip of his noise, accentuating his sharp features.

“Y/n, tell us what happened.” Jooheon spoke up, finally breaking the silence. You hated being the center of attention and having six grown and well-dressed men staring at you at once wasn’t helping, but you nodded anyway.

“I waited for Hoseok at the clinic as usual, he always arrives around 10 when I’m closing up, but after two hours I decided to call him.” You looked down at your hands, trying hard not to show how much you were shaking. It was to no avail, though, anyone could see it.

“Some guy picked up instead, a foreigner… He sounded old, maybe in his 50s. He-he laughed and then he told me not to look for the soldier, that it’s a long way before they’re done w-with him.” You were aware of your stuttering, so you kept your head down. If you looked up and saw any of the men’s expressions, you’d break down again.

“A foreigner? Were you able to tell where he’s from?” Kihyun asked this time, his voice tense. You shook your head no. “I’m not sure, he sounded American but he could have been from anywhere.” You went over that phone call over and over, trying to find any other clue that could help, but there was none.

“Changkyun, take her home.” Minhyuk ordered, his voice sending shivers down your spine. You wanted to object. You wanted to stay and help find your brother, but not only did you know you’d be of no help whatsoever, you were also scared shitless of Minhyuk and didn’t even dare look his way, let alone talk back to him.

Hoseok always told you about him, how he’s a funny guy, a good one if you got to know him. You couldn’t help it though. You knew from the start that he was the hitman in the gang, the assassin, but it never actually hit you until you saw him in action once. You never looked at him the same after that. His cold gaze, the way he took that guy’s life with no hesitation or remorse whatsoever… you could never shake that image out of your mind. You saw him as a complete psychopath and the farther you stayed away from him the better.

Due to your lack of objection, Changkyun had no choice but to listen to his older friend. He didn’t like the way everyone was treating you. He couldn’t trust you. Mostly because he didn’t know you. Unlike everyone else, he’s never met you. He was the last one to join the gang, and even though he heard Wonho speak about you during many occasions, he never realized that everyone already met you…even knew you enough to hug you. He could never get that close to anyone outside MX.

“Keys.” He held his hand out to you as he stood tall on your left, making it very obvious that he didn’t want to do this. You looked at Jooheon for help, but he was already facing the others, probably discussing a plan. Jooheon was Shownu’s right hand man and the strategist, so if anyone is going to plan to save your brother, it was going to be him. You weren’t about to disturb that by being a spoiled brat.

You sighed, fishing your keys from your pants and dropping them on his palm. It took you a second to gather enough energy to stand up without falling back down. All kinds of scenarios were running inside your mind. A million questions at the tip of your tongue, desperate to be asked. You didn’t want to bother the men with them yet, though. You were going home and you were going to wait till they called you or brought you some news. If Hoseok trusted them with his life, then you had no right to doubt them. They’ll bring him back to you safe and sound.

Or so you hoped, at least.

Changkyun waited for you to lead the way to your car. You could sense his gaze on you as you walked ahead of him and it bothered you to no end, but you weren’t in the mood to talk to him. Judging from your little interaction with him earlier at the office door, he was the type that could get under your skin with just his sarcastic comments. You planned on keeping speech at minimum to avoid any unnecessary arguments.

It seemed like that’s what he had in mind, too, seeing as he kept silent the whole way. Upon arriving to your car, he took the driver’s seat and silently selected Home on the GPS, not bothering to ask you if it was the right address.

If Minhyuk terrified you, then Changkyun irritated you to no end and you only met him a couple of hours ago. You weren’t sure which one was worse.

Glancing down at his side, you could see his gun poking out from under his leather jacket. Attached to his left forearm, a blade shone under the streetlights, making you wonder how many other weapons he had on him. According to Hoseok, he could hide weapons virtually anywhere. Your eyes traveled down his body, trying to spot more of them.

“Enjoying the view?” Changkyun asked out of nowhere, causing you to jump in your seat. You didn’t reply, choosing to look out the window and away from his smug face. That was enough to let him know you were ignoring him. Changkyun only chuckled, making a stop right outside your apartment building. Turning off the engine, he threw the keys on your lap before stepping out of the car. You stayed stunned for a moment, not believing how eager he was to go back. Swearing at him under your breath, you got out and locked the car as you marched towards the entrance. Not saying a word to him.

The moon light illuminated your apartment enough for you to make your way to your bathroom without turning any lights on. You didn’t know why but that darkness brought you some comfort, or maybe it was just the fact that you were back home where you felt safe. Immediately stripping off all your clothes, you only turned your mirror lamp on before you stepped under the boiling hot shower and let your muscles relax. Your brain was still racing with all kinds of thoughts and concerns, but you tried to push everything to the back of your mind for now. There was no point in worrying, anyway. You were helpless in this situation.

When you felt like your skin couldn’t take the heat anymore, you stepped out of the shower and wrapped yourself in a towel. You hurried to your bedroom, still not turning the lights on, and reached out to your pajamas that sat at the bottom of your bed. You didn’t get to touch them when a cold metal met your temple for the second time that night. This time, though, you weren’t in your brother’s workplace where you knew no one would willingly hurt you. Someone was inside your bedroom, waiting for you in the darkness with a freaking gun. You felt like time stopped as you put your hands up slowly.

The man spoke in what you assumed was Chinese, his voice so gruff you wanted to step away. Now, you were just fine taking that call with the guy who spoke English, but you had no idea what this guy was saying. Did he want your money? Why not just take it and leave then? Why did he sound like he was asking you questions? Before you had the chance to say anything, though, you heard something by the door and then the next thing you knew, the light was on, the intruder was on the floor bleeding all over your carpet, and Changkyun was standing a few feet away from you, gun and silencer in hand. Your brain couldn’t process any of it. It all happened too fast.

“Get dressed and gather whatever you can.” He spoke up, walking around and inspecting your apartment. You didn’t budge. You couldn’t. This was beyond your abilities.

“Y/n!” He yelled this time, voice urgent. You jumped, running back inside the bathroom and wearing the clothes you removed earlier as fast as you could, which wasn’t really fast seeing as your whole body was shaking. When you came back, Changkyun had your small suitcase open on your bed. Ironically, the only thing you could think about at the moment was the fact that he went through your closet without asking. You wanted to laugh. Taking whatever clothes and underwear your arms could reach, you stepped over the guy on the floor and threw everything in the suitcase. You added your laptop and other items you thought you needed on top before you closed everything up and looking at Changkyun to signal him that you were done.

He took the suitcase and walked out of the room, expecting you to follow behind. You couldn’t just leave, though. Bending down, you put two fingers near the bleeding man’s nose to make sure he was still alive. He was, but based on the amount of blood surrounding him, you knew he wouldn’t hold up for much longer.

Standing back up, you ran out of your apartment taking your purse with you on your way. Changkyun was already in the car texting someone, suitcase visible on the back seat. The moment you closed the door behind you, he sped up in the direction of the gym again.

“How did you-“ You wanted to thank him first, but the question came out before you could stop it.

“His gang logo was on one of the cars out front.” Changkyun seemed to have understood what you wanted to ask.

“That’s a gang member?” You wondered out loud.

“I doubt your next-door neighbor takes Chinese classes and has a gun laying around just because,” he replied, running the nth red light. If you were in your right mind, you’d be crying about the number of tickets you got tonight. You’re definitely losing your license.

“How did he get into my apartment? And what the fuck did he want from me?” You asked again after trying to make sense of everything in your head, only this time you didn’t get a reply as Changkyun was parking in the gang’s garage, right next to Kihyun’s bike.

The moment you walked back into the offices behind Changkyun, Jooheon ran to you, making sure you were okay and asking question after another. You just stared at him, feeling utterly lost. He held both your shoulders and walked you to the nearest chair before running to get you some water. Everyone around you was talking, but you couldn’t understand anything they were saying.

Less than an hour ago you were here, worrying about your brother’s safety. Now you were back here again, hair soaked and still worrying about your brother, but only this time, some Chinese gang was apparently after you while one of them bled out on your bedroom carpet.

Not exactly the Friday night you were looking forward to.

“Changkyun, Hyungwon, take y/n’s keys and go take care of that body. Minhyuk, get y/n’s suitcase, she’ll stay here till we figure things out.”

Yoongi - as you may know the Suga whisper has a hold on me (bc it's sexy af) but his voice as a whole is so good, like his rap has always been one of my faves, his voice is so smooth and the way he delivers the lines ahhh (brainrot) I could probably write an essay but like if you need an example his part in Mic Drop is so good... Also Life Goes On the mm-mm-mm-mmm part, oh and Seesaw!! His vocals 💜💜 haha how could I not list Daechwita? That one part has me in a chokehold and it's not funny. and when he talks and there's this little rasp in his voice and it's so low and I'm on the floor

Changkyun - I AM WHAT I AM listen his voice is everything it's so low and sexy and the way he says his line in Livin' It Up akdjsjjs my brain malfunctioned and I'm obsessed.

okay wanna say this first; the complete erasure of wonho was smth i knew abt beforehand (& was expecting anyway) and uh. that's never not gonna gut me. never not gonna sting. he did so much for the group i wish they could at the v least leave old clips & photos be..would they then need to actually credit him?? (also why didnt they use his real name in the song credits?? did they not use his real name for aal??)

Jooheon still gave you feelings you couldn't explain but now Kihyun was in the picture. You liked seeing his playful side and he really showed to be a caring person but how were things going to change now.

"Stop." Gihyun blushed.

You looked around causally trying to spot Kihyun as you hung out with Jooheon and Gihyun. The more you hung out with Gihyun the more you disliked her. She had a comment for everything, and always had to one up herself for everything that came out of your mouth. Like she was competing with you.

"I'm going to use the restroom." You told Jooheon as he nodded. You had to get away from Gihyun and her constant chatting. The closer you traveled down the hall, you heard loud music of people singing along and the loud chaos of people cheering.

"Bang bang bang!" You turned the corner seeing a crowd in the hang out as two figures were singing along to the tv as it layered lyrics down the screen as they stood on the couch.

This can't be good this late at night.

You got closer about to head down the other hall until the familiar voice got you off guard. Kihyun? Oh no.

"Yeojadeureun get low. Danggyeora BANG BANG BANG- Hey (Y/N)!" Kihyun made eye contact with you. "Come up here."

You just shook your head.

"Please."

"What the fuck is going on?" The RN came in as you were quick to get Jooheon.

"Um Jooheon." You started but you could feel a sudden presence behind you.

"Jooheon you said you were gonna keep this party out of control."

"What are you talking about?" He looked at the RN.

"Your friends are drunk and causing a ruckus. Please just send everyone back to their rooms before we get into trouble." She left in a rush.

You followed Jooheon back out to the hangout as everyone was already gone. "Sorry Jooheon." A boy with blonde hair spoke.

"Minhyuk, where is Kihyun?" He pointed to a figure laying on the floor against the wall.

"Shit." Jooheon mumbled concerned for his friend. "Kihyun doesn't do this, ever. I've seen him drunk before but not this bad."

"I'll help clean up Jooheon." Gihyun said sweetly.

"I'll take Kihyun to his room." It was your turn to speak.

"You sure?" He asked.

"Yeah." You smiled and was already on the move.

"Okay, let's go." You grabbed his hands trying to pull him up. "Let's get you to bed."

"I can sleep here." He said pulling you down to lay on the floor. He wrapped his arms around you, cuddling you cutely. Okay maybe Kihyun was the cutest drunk ever.

"Kihyun, we need to lay in our beds not the floor." You giggled.

"My bed is like a hour away. I'll just stay here." He whispered.

"This floor is disgusting." You whined. "How about my bed? It's closer."

He hummed in agreement but still chose not to move. "Kihyun." You whispered closer to you but he bumped his head against yours causing you both to winch away.

"Who are you?"

"(Y/N)." You giggled some more. But he just looked at you trying to be proven correct.

"I wished you like me instead."

You immediately felt that punch in the gut feeling. The short time you knew him, he wasn't very keen on sharing but he liked you, it was confirmed.

He didn't deserve you by the way you look at it. You used him for his friend and continued to like his friend. It wasn't that you didn't feel anything for him but you couldn't forget about the other.

"Let's go. For real this time." You continued to help him back to your bed.

Once you finally settled him down, your friend must of slept somewhere since she was no where to be found. You attempted to sleep in her bed until Kihyun's clingy ass forced you in your own bed with him. He was definitely not what you expected when he drinks.

The next morning, you woke from Kihyun quickly getting up alerted.

"Kihyun?"

"Sorry (Y/N) I'm gonna be late for my showcase."

"What showcase?" You asked yawning.

"My photography course. I'll see you later."

You got ready as the day was starting and quickly made your way out of the dorm.

"Hey (Y/N)." Jooheon smiled as he approached you with Gihyun.

"Hey."

"The concert got cancelled, on the count of rain...." He began. "But did you want to do something anyway?"

"Umm....okay." You shrugged.

"We're so happy we bumped into you. We were just thinking what we should do." Gihyun spoke with that annoying fake tone. "It's funny, we were just talking about you and how amazing your artwork is."

"How long have you been painting?" She continued.

"About 12 years." You said clearly uncomfortable with her as Jooheon just nodded along.

"Wow. You and Kihyun are so artistic. Probably why you make such a great pair."

"Thanks....technically we're not a pair."

"Not yet, at least." She giggled as you tried not to roll your eyes.

"Well it was nice talking to you guys, I'm gonna run." You waved goodbye as you continued to get your morning coffee you were urging for.

"(Y/N)! Wait up!" Jooheon ran after you.

"Hey."

"Wait, so you and Kihyun aren't together?" He asked confused.

"No, we're just friends. We've only met recently for tutoring."

"Oh okay.....Look I know Gihyun wants to do something but you busy right now? We can do something just the two of us?" Oh no. Why were you still feeling flustered when Kihyun is the one you should like.

"Um....no, I'm just getting coffee." You smiled.

"Mind if I join you?" His tone was sweet.

"No." Yes. Why was this happening now?

"I'm sorry that Gihyun is constantly clinging on to me." He laughed. "I mean, she's great and all but I don't want to hang out with her 24/7. I need a break."

"Well, she likes you." You laughed.

"Ha no."

"Yes. I thought you guys were together at first."

"I guess we were both wrong." He smiled with a slight blush warming his cheeks.

"How long have you and Kihyun been friends?"

"We met our third year of high school." Jooheon opened the door for you.

"Did he ever sing at all?" You couldn't help but wondered about the boy that was slowly taking your heart.

"Sure, I mean no more then the average person, but it wasn't something he showed interest in." You ordered your drinks and sat down.

"Well he should." He smiled at your response.

You knocked on Kihyun's door and answered it, dressed all neat and formal. "Hey." You began confused. "How was your showcase?"

"Fine." He shrugged. You followed him into the dorm as he was setting up his portfolio.

"Do you remember anything from last night?" You couldn't help but wonder.

"Not really."

"Just want to say that you are a very cute drunk." You laughed.

"Great, you saw a side I probably didn't want you to see." He rolled his eyes.

"Nah, I liked it." You bit your lip. "Very clingy, I should add."

"Is something wrong?" You asked from his silence.

"Nothing, I'm just wondering why you aren't with Jooheon right now." He began.

"Well....I was with him before, but it was just coffee."

"Ah...so he asked you out, like you wanted?" He laughed like nothing was different.

"It was just coffee, I wouldn't really call it a date." You looked at him confused. "Why are we talking about this?"

"Well....it turns out that Jooheon likes you. I guess you got your wish."

"He likes me? How do you even know that?"

"Because he told me." He finally looked at you, putting his work down. "I guess we're done here."

"But what about yesterday?"

"We can forget about that. We just got caught up in the moment."

You shrugged confused. "Kihyun-"

"It's okay (Y/N), Jooheon likes you. That's great." Sure he was right, you should be happy but why weren't you. Seeing Jooheon early, still gave you all those old feelings but now everything was different. "You don't owe me anything (Y/N). It was the deal remember."

"I don't understand-"

"You like him and now he likes you. It's what you wanted."

"Did something happen between you two?" You continued to ask from the sudden change in his behavior. He was acting the way you first met him.

"No, he was just asking about you. I'm sorry I really need to finish this."

"But Kihyun." You were at a loss of words.

"(Y/N)." He gave you a look you didn't quite understand. He was clearly hurt and trying to push you away.

You couldn't stop thinking about Kihyun. Why was he lying to you? What happened this morning?

You quickly rushed through the door. "Where were you all day?" Your friend asked.

"Oh um....The concert in the park."

"Wasn't that cancelled?" She arched her eyebrows.

"Yeah." You sighed. "I was with Jooheon and his side dish Gihyun, who clearly can't take a hint."

"Still competing with that girl?" She laughed.

"I really don't think I want to. I think I'm ready to move on."

"Don't tell me its because of Kihyun?"

"Why not?"

"Nothing, I just thought you were into Jooheon." She smiled. "I was confused because everyone is saying you're with Kihyun. Remember you both mysteriously walked in covered in paint."

"We were just goofing off." You said hiding the truth. Not that you knew yourself. You didn't know where things stood now. You felt something with that kiss and you sensed he did too. But now Jooheon was interested and Kihyun was acting like he supports it. You feel like everything is all mixed up now and you didn't know what to do.

"Sure. You've guys been attached lately."

"I don't know what to do." You sighed siting on the bed. "I like Jooheon but now since Kihyun and I kissed, I'm having mixed feelings."

"Excuse me! You kissed?" She looked at you baffled that you completely forgot to even mention it.

"I thought I told you."

"You certainly had not! When?"

"Yesterday. I was cleaning the art room and he came and helped me and then we started dancing and it just happened."

"So now what are you going to do?" She asked. "You don't want to string on two guys."

Everything felt like it was crashing down. You recently lost a family member that you were close to and loved dearly. Life just felt unfair. Honestly, you didn’t want to be bothered with the boys. You felt like you’d be a burden to their already busy schedules. It was Hyungwon who caught you crying. “Babygirl, what’s wrong?” He asked crouching down on the dining room floor with you. “I-It’s nothing Gwonnie. Please don't’ make a big de-” you said in between sniffles, “My baby is crying. I have to make a big deal out of it. Is it someone?” He asks. As you were about to deny his suggestion, Minhyuk shows up. “What’s going on here? Y/N? Sweetheart, are you crying? What’s the matter?” “No, Minhyuk I just-” You began. “Yes! She’s crying and she wont say why. She’s insisting it’s no big deal.” Minhyuk began stroking your cheek with his hand and kissed your nose. Quickly, this became a big deal as the rest of the boys heard Hyungwon. Shownu was the one to come pick you up and bring you into the living room. You knew the boys loved you. You really did but this just was a time you felt alone. Like nobody really understood you. Wonho pulled you closer to him. He knew how much you loved his cuddles and was hoping it’d help. Even just a bit. “We don’t want to make you talk about it, but we do want you to know we’re here for you.” Changkyun says handing you a water bottle. You sigh. “It’s just...My relative passed away and it’s just hard to think about..you know? I was really close to them and it has me thinking.” You say quietly but loud enough so all 7 members can hear. “Awe, babygirl. We’re so sorry for your loss. As you already know, we’re here if you need anything.” Jooheon says and kisses the back of your hand. “I think I just want a hug right now.” You said wiping the tears from your eyes. Not even a second later, you feel 7 pairs of arms wrapped around you in the tightest and most secure, warm hug you’ve felt in a while. “We love you so much Y/N.” They all whisper but not in sync. “I love you all too.” You say back and smile. “I’ll make you the best food you’ve ever had!” Kihyun says and rushes to the kitchen. The remaining 6 boys eyes widened “Can we have some too?” Hyuk asked quickly following Kihyun. “Yeah, we’ve been working hard and-” Shownu began. “I’ll help.” Hyungwon said then the remaining member and you looked at him funny. “No?” He asked after noticing. You all shrugged. Kihyun wouldn’t let him do anything wrong anyways. Not when it came to his loves. Wonho cuddled you tighter . You noticed how everything felt right being with MX and began to smile. Shownu:

Enter panic mode. He would be really confused at first. Not knowing what to do when he woke up beside you, your figure barely moving and your body burning up. He’d ask if you were ok but your condition was so bad it didn’t even allow you to speak. So he took a moment to think about what he should do before deciding on getting you a warm cup of water and a cold towel to rest on your forehead. He’d stay by your side the whole day, even cancelling whatever schedule he had for the day just to make sure you had someone to take care of you.

Wonho:

If you’re sick, then he’s sick too. The moment you told him you felt dizzy and almost fell to the floor, he’d catch you before you hit the ground. Carrying you to the bedroom, he made sure the room temperature was decent and covered you with a blanket. He’d run to the local pharmacy to get you your meds and your favorite drink to gulp it all down. When your fever was somewhat lessened, he’d join you in bed. You’d tell him to go away, scared your fever might worsen and be contagious, but he didn’t care. He’d tell you that he might have come down with a fever already so you didn’t have to worry. Rolling your eyes, you cuddled up to him and fell asleep with the sunlight shining into the bedroom.

Minhyuk:

When you told your boyfriend to keep you company at home instead of going on the date he’d plan, you didn’t believe he’d be so willing to comply. He knew you changed your mind last minute because you weren’t feeling well. You usually never cancel plans and knowing the hectic day you had at work yesterday, he was more than sure you were sick. He came to your apartment prepared with a bag of snacks in one hand and a bag of first aid necessities on the other. Just seeing him walk into your apartment made you feel better as you laughed at his excessive behavior. When he catches a glimpse of you tangled in a blanket on the couch, he’d run to you and drop the two bags on the floor, placing the the palm of his hand on your forehead. He’d make a dramatic reaction and start unloading the bag of medicine. Rummaging through advils, thermometers, cough syrups, etc., he finally landed on the cooling patch and immediately tore that open. You felt so much better with your ridiculously caring boyfriend and was almost completely rid of your fever by the end of the night.

Kihyun:

Transforms into Kihyun eomma. At first he was angry that he found out about your fever from your friend. You didn’t want to disturb him from his busy schedule so you decided to call your friend to get medicine for you. Kihyun walks into the apartment to see you wrapped in a thick comforter like a snowman and approaches you with a sigh. He leaves the medicine on the coffee counter and orders you to get up. At the end, he had to tug you up and help you to the bedroom due to your intense fatigue and headache. Although he was mad that you didn’t tell him such a serious matter, he’d immediately become so loving and caring when he realizes how much pain you were in. He’d pull the comforter off you and cover you with a thinner blanket and wipe the sweat off your forehead with a cold towel. After he gave you your medicine, he’d stay beside you on the bed until you fall asleep. By the time you woke up, you smelled something delicious and walked into the kitchen. Kihyun yet again scolds you for getting up but softens when he hears your stomach grumbles and ends up feeding you the food he made in the most loving way.

Hyungwon:

To your surprise, Hyungwon was super calm and cared for you so well. You hesitated to tell him about your high fever because you didn’t want him to stress over how he can make you feel better. You wanted to just simply wait until your fever goes down but the pain was too much for you to handle by yourself so you called him. When he came to see you lying limply in bed, he came over to you quietly and kissed your forehead before starting to take out some stuff in his backpack. He checked your temperature, put a cold towel on your head, and placed medicine on the bedside table. After going out to microwave a packaged porridge he bought from the market, he went into your room and played soft instrumental music and then cuddle in bed beside you while you slept like a baby. An alarm woke you up and Hyungwon shuffled beside you. Turning the alarm off, he went out to grab you a glass of water before feeding you the medicine. He continued to do this for the next two days before you started to rejuvenate from the bad fever.

Jooheon:

Poor Jooheon would be so worried for you but didn’t know what to do. You were shuffling in bed with a burning fever and Jooheon tried his best to console you by keeping you company, assuring you the fever would pass soon. But as your fever continued to grow worse, he couldn’t just sit there anymore and dialed his mom. He asked her everything that he should do for someone with a high fever and even facetimed his mom to make sure he got everything right. At the end, he followed the instructions carefully and was relieved to see that your fever was slowly coming down. He kneeled beside you on the bed and stroked your face in hopes of making you feel better. You smiled at his cute gesture and assured him you’d be fine within the next few days.

Changkyun:

He was beyond worried when you called him, your voice barely audible as you tried your best to tell him you were fine. He’d rush to your apartment and tried his best to help you as much as he can. It would be stressful for him to see you with such an intense fever, but he’d make sure that you were well rested and properly cared for. For the next couple of days, he’d be under so much pressure just making sure you were ok. He would always be by your side to help you whenever you needed and even took a few days off from work. When your fever was going down, he’d finally relax a little but would still constantly comfort you, mostly cuddling you in bed and watching funny shows with you.

NO WAY!! I can't believe your bias is Hyungwon also. I feel like I never meet other monbebe who are in his lane :( Fun fact, I actually couldn't pick a bias for such a long time because of how much I love all of them. One day, however, I was showing my friend one of their music videos and they asked me who my bias was. I balked at first but ultimately I had to admit I always felt so validated, appreciated, and moved by what wonnie had to say.

His songs made me feel something, unlike other artists(not compared to the other members lol). He has such a way with words and as an avid reader, I fell in love with how he wrote. His personality played a huge role in my trip also haha. I feel so safe when I listen to him sing or read stories about him. His disposition was similar to mine, I am an INTJ, and his fearless nature helped me gain confidence in myself.

ALSO, I am in awe that Wonho was your semi-first bias of MX, considering he was the one who got me into them. I saw a TikTok of him dancing and I was immediately absorbed by his energetic yet smooth style. After that, I searched them up and fell in love lol.

Although Hyungwon holds my heart, I must say Kihyun bias wrecks me so hard all the time, which isn't helpful when MX are my ults.

Anyway, enough about me, who's your bias wrecker? I feel like you are possibly a Honey mbb lol. You give off such a comforting and kind energy, yet an intelligent and analytical one at the same time. Getting to know you has already been such fun, I can't wait to develop our friendship further! Speaking of which, how should I call you? Oh, it's so true, isn't it! Where is the Hyungwon praise, people?!? At least that means it's less we have to share of him haha. :D Stil, Hyungwon (and all seven boys) deserves all the love and best things in the world. I feel like he's really only become truly comfortable in his idoldom since Wonho left, as it was pretty easy to take introvert shelter in Wonho's tremendous wingspan heh heh.

Yes, Hyungwon is as unintentionally funny as he is intentionally funny. Since Inssaoppa, too, he's really been flexing his quick wit and wordplay, and I'm here for all of it. I love that he's been given more and more creative freedom, too. He's an INFP like me, and if we can't create, we wither and die.

Almost all of my all-time fave MX tracks are written by Wonnie, particularly "Mercy" (though I hadn't realized he'd written that song until long after it had been my favorite). I remember the first time I played the No Limit album in my headphones. I had intended to fall asleep listening, but the second "Mercy" hit, an entire universe opened behind my eyes. I cried into my sheets lol. That song rattled my bones. Needless to say, it's my favorite from their whole discography, and I started an entire novel around it. So, yeah, there's that.

I'm not sure if I have a clear bias wrecker since they've all wrecked each other for me for years lol. If I go by non-Hyungwon fics I've written, my favorites tend to be Kihyun's. If I go by the numbers of photos I've saved per member, Minhyuk's and Wonho's are a dead-heat in terms of how many photos I've saved. And aren't we all Honeybebes at heart? ;) I feel the same intense compulsion to put Jooheon's head in my lap and stroke his hair that every single member of MX does. *sighs* He must me adored and babied at all costs. :D

Oh man, I've got you fooled haha. But thank you for saying such nice things about me. If I give off a 1/16th of the warmth Jooheon does, that's the highest compliment I can think of (behind you saying I write like Hyungwon *continues to sob for all eternity*).

Pocket Monsta X - Harnessed

A/n: Hi beans! Pocket BTS/MX Harnessed is basically what would happen if you put them in one of those little child harness things with the leashes to let them roam but still not lose them. Enjoy ~

Shownu:

a relatively good pocket on his leash

likes to use it as his workout for the day

jogs beside you as you walk

will occasionally get distracted and randomly jerked

but he’s fast on his feet so he won't fall down

carries a twig with him as he walks next to you so he can poke random things on the ground like gum or cigarette butts 

Wonho:

thinks his harness is the most. fun. thing. ever.

likes the security of being attached to you 

so will be more willing to roam free

but will come scrambling back to your leg if he feels remotely unsafe

sits on top of your shoe and ties himself in with your shoelaces until he feels settled enough to venture off again

is very smiley, enjoys the sunshine and the exertion of keeping up with you

if its raining he sure as heck will be making a mess in the puddles and will happily be drenched for the remainder of the walk 

if you walk by the pigeons be careful bc he might eat the bread crumbs off the floor

Kihyun:

skips as he walks next to you

doesn’t think he needs a harness, grumbles that he’s a big boy 

but is secretly smug when it matches his suspenders 

spinner hat makes an appearance 

it helps you keep an eye on him

very observant of everything around him

picks up little pieces of litter as he goes 

“Mother Nature does not like being dirty”

if you ask him how he knows he’ll say “because getting dirty is yucky”

if he doesn't have time to ask you to pick him up so he can dump his findings in the trash he’ll leave them in a neat little pile by the trashcan

then of course asks for hand sanitizer

Minhyuk:

constantly chokes himself because he runs off until he’s reached the end of his string and gets pulled back

will constantly have to wear a helmet

wants to bring a toy on the walk

runs around everywhere like a little man possessed 

comes up behind people and screams at the top of his lungs then runs away giggling 

will be covered in mud, scrapes, grass stains and will have twigs in his hair when you get home 

but he will be wanting to do it again in an hour

Hyungwon:

if you think you can get Pocket Wonnie in the harness you’re funny 

absolutely despises the thing

will make every meme face he has at it in disgust 

if you do manage to get him to wear it though he’s actually really good at keeping up 

hates walking, but hates being dragged more so will make sure he’s steadily by your side 

will zone out for the most part, runs into your legs more than once when you stop

however certain things will get his attention and then he’ll start smiling and enjoying himself 

gets the most curious about the street artists 

will try to climb in their open cases to watch for a bit and will try to tug you to stop where he stops 

hums the little tune of his favorite street musician on the way home, kicking pebbles with his feet, playing rock soccer with himself 

Jooheon:

who wants to walk when you can swing

makes running starts and leaps as high as he can onto the leash

screams like Tarzan 

will ask for an umbrella bc if Jane gets one why can’t Tarzan too 

if you oblige it will be one of those little paper cocktail ones 

he’ll be so happy about it but will get upset when it hinders his climbing abilities 

has fun until his legs get tired or he gets bored 

then he is all the way behind you at the end of the leash, dragging his feet, complaining as he goes until you give up and put him in your pocket or give him a snack 

will chew snack grumpily until he finds something else of interest to hold his attention 

I.M:  

this little rascal, causing a nuisance wherever he goes 

taunts the pigeons

then comes running back to you when they come after him to hide behind your legs 

goes back to taunt them again 

runs at squirrels then runs back in panic when he realizes how big they are 

also runs at birds and you're just like “can you please stop charging everyone and everything you are very smol” 

but he’ll do it anyways 

purposefully tries to tie up your legs, running in zig zags and jumping over the leash with the biggest smile on his face as he makes a string maze between your feet as you talk to someone 

only makes it worse when you try to detangle it, giggling as he runs around
