if you are in the Seattle metropolitan area I do highly recommend the Jewel Box Cafe up by the mall, or rather, across from the movie theater (the one next to the doctor's office lol).

Their crepes are expensive but good (and huge), and they have the best popping boba (rose flavored!) which i'm pretty sure they make themselves 'cause i tried finding rosehip flavored popping boba online and i am pretty sure it doesn't exist

just be prepared for a single bubble tea and a single crepe to run you a minimum of $15-20

unfortunately i am 200 miles away from them and cannot obtain that anymore 😔 the place near the movie theater where i live now is okay but their popping pearls are of a lesser quality (aka The Skin)
